Excellent place right near the beach. We've been coming to Newport for 20 years and this is one of the more spacious places we've rented. Kitchen was recently remodeled and the outdoor patio is big. We will be staying again.

Some reviews scared me. But the week was great. love the location. close to good surf and walk to bars. The house was as expected, typical beach rental, I didn’t expect 5 stars. Front deck great. Bring a fan. The boys loved it.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Everything about this unit was truly great......the one thing that would make it perfect is a gas BBQ (spoiled by having one at my home). We will come back to this unit again!
