This home is only one house from the beach! The large patio was my favorite spot to relax with lots of shade, surrounded by beautifully landscaped plants and flowers with beach views. The home is spacious and has your bare basic necessities. It is outdated, see listing pictures, but it is functional, clean and you are really paying for the great location. The property management responded in a timely manner via text/ email. The only issue I had was being given the wrong lock box code, but it was resolved fairly quickly. The owners do live upstairs, but they were very welcoming. There is no ac. Box fans are provided. The listing states there is a charcoal grill, but it is electric. You must provide your own shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap for sinks/showers, spices, beach chairs/towels. I parked my car and did not need it the entire stay. There are many food/bar options, the pier and a grocery store within walking/biking distance. I 100% would book this home again!
