Great property in a quiet

We had a great time Beautiful view We rented bikes and was easy to get around

Having stayed in the area on a couple of prior trips, we found this gem. to accommodate the number in our party, this seemed to be a good value. A lot of space, quiet , friendly neighborhood and parking wasn't ever an issue. We had a great view of the marina to sit and watch out over for relaxing evenings or early morning coffee and a 5 minute (at worst) walk to Newport Beach which we took full advantage of several days. Balboa and food were really close by and not far distances to travel for an afternoon on the pier in Huntington Beach or a day at Disneyland. We loved this place.

They say it’s all about location, location, location! I would have to agree 100%! This property has it all. My family and I were able to view the beautiful bay while staying indoors. We also enjoyed the ocean and its beach, daily. Which is just a short (few minutes) walk away. This property actually sandwiches you between both. ;) The house is an older style home with good bones. It was clean and well maintained. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this home to others.

The bedrooms and kitchen cabinets are dated. Brand new furniture in the dining and living areas. The bottom floor layout is awkward. We didn't need the 4th bedroom, but it is not really usable if anyone needs privacy (you have to pass through it to reach the garage and/or the other bedroom). Screen doors are all very difficult to operate. The view will make you forget everything else.

The views of the harbor are unmatched. And your only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk! Upstairs felt so spacious and open with the floor to ceiling windows facing the water. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue and they had it resolved within a couple hours! Loved that! 100% would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

Great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and plenty of room to spread out in the house. Great neighborhood.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The view is spectacular, the street is extremely quiet given the proximity to Balboa Boulevard. The home is so much bigger than you expect. We truly didn’t want to leave. Our host was proactive in communication, checked on us to make sure all was good and gave us a reminder of check out process. We would definitely stay here again.
