They say it’s all about location, location, location! I would have to agree 100%! This property has it all. My family and I were able to view the beautiful bay while staying indoors. We also enjoyed the ocean and its beach, daily. Which is just a short (few minutes) walk away. This property actually sandwiches you between both. ;) The house is an older style home with good bones. It was clean and well maintained. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this home to others.

The bedrooms and kitchen cabinets are dated. Brand new furniture in the dining and living areas.
The bottom floor layout is awkward. We didn't need the 4th bedroom, but it is not really usable if anyone needs privacy (you have to pass through it to reach the garage and/or the other bedroom).
Screen doors are all very difficult to operate.
The view will make you forget everything else.

The views of the harbor are unmatched. And your only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk! Upstairs felt so spacious and open with the floor to ceiling windows facing the water. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue and they had it resolved within a couple hours! Loved that! 100% would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

Everything about this stay was amazing. The view is spectacular, the street is extremely quiet given the proximity to Balboa Boulevard. The home is so much bigger than you expect.
We truly didn’t want to leave.
Our host was proactive in communication, checked on us to make sure all was good and gave us a reminder of check out process.
We would definitely stay here again.

Place looks like it does in the pictures. Definitely outdated but functional. Great view of the bay and public beach. 2 car garage is great for extra space.
Downsides: one of the bedrooms you have to walk through to get to garage and other bedroom, FYI. We didn't use it
Place could use exterior hose bib to wash off sand, definitely makes a mess in the shower : (

No Beach towels, toys, chairs, or bikes. Would be awesome if they had these things and would pay slightly more if they did.

Vackert ställe, perfekt för barnfamiljer med sociala ytor och parkering. Läget går inte att beskriva, otroligt bra!

The view was out of this world, looks like you are in the south of France!
The location is convenient for restaurants, and the beach is at your doorstep!
Another good point is that there’s a grocery pre-ordering service which helps a lot!!
Would definitely re book this!!
