Had a great time staying at the cabin and the group we had with us were impressed by how nice the place was. From the host side, it would have been nice to have the hot tub filled prior to our visit but after messaging the host the maintenance team stopped by in the morning to fill it up. Also, as noted in other reviews, the water had a significant sulfur smell as is typical with well water. Requested ahead of time that the water be treated (greatly reduces the sulfur smell) and was assured that it was, but after arriving it was apparent that it was not. However, after messaging the host the maintenance team treated it first thing in the morning.
One very important thing to note for others who plan on staying here: while driving to the cabin Google maps will direct you to drive down Nichols Branch Way to turn onto Memory Way. These are gravel roads that have large ditches that most cars will get stuck in. Take Foxwell Way to get on Memory way as these are paved roads.

Have stayed at the Smoky mountain plunge a couple times now. The hosts Jennifer and Jeff are fantastic. The cabin is always spotless and in top working order. All amenities and inclusives are also top notch.

Very nice property. We chose because of the elevator. It is not wheel chair accessible though. The fact that there is an elevator would lead you to think you could have a wheelchair but the entry with the stone steps would never work. Thankfully my father is not wheelchair bound. We had a great time. Parking is very tight

We enjoyed our stay at A Splash of Blue in Gatlinburg. The house was exactly as described and had plenty of room for all of us. We contacted Eden Crest during our stay as the propane bottle for the grill was empty and more sand was needed for the shuffleboard table. Eden Crest responded right away and brought us the sand and propane that afternoon. The house is located a short distance from the resort pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend this property!
