Great amenities, super fast response when we needed it.

We absolutely fell in love with this property. We don’t know that we will ever be able to stay somewhere else now. Amazing rental and for an amazing price. This place has the best setup with the private pool for the kids to enjoy. The bottom floor has the pool, hot tub, movie theatre, and fire pit just all together. No need to even go answered, but if you are the location is amazing in gatlinburg and so close to everything in town. Host was super super response and management was amazing to talk to. We cannot say enough good things about this property we will be back

We had a very nice stay! The location was perfect, not far from places to eat and attractions! A very quiet neighborhood! The home was very clean, the host were very quick to respond when there was questions! I do recommend bringing extra towels for the pool! Everything else was provided and wonderful!

Splash Mt Lodge was just as described!! It was a cousins trip and we had an excellent time and experience!! Would highly recommend and we will return!! Thanks!!!

The cabin is very cozy! Great communication with host. Saw a momma bear with 2 cubs I do wish there was storage space available for all the groceries I bought.
