Our stay at Tri Star Lodge was comfortable and peaceful! The house has many amenities that everyone in the family enjoyed. We loved the pool and hot tub on the lower level, and one day we visited the larger community pool. Most nights we watched a movie in the theater room which was a special treat! The kitchen had basic essentials; we recommend bringing something if it's a comfort to you like a coffee travel mug. There were so many towels and extra pillows and blankets! The gaming room was lots of fun, too. We found the location to be ideal to Gatlinburg, and also not too far of a drive to Pigeon Forge. There is a nearby grocery store and several restaurants and take-out places nearby. The back porch/deck faces the Smokies so we enjoyed the peaceful setting some mornings. Checking out was a bit of a mystery as we usually receive instructions or have them posted on the app. We did our best to clean up and leave the house looking good! Plenty of parking and bear-proof trashcans outside!

Great place to stay! Beautiful views, has everything we needed! 2 cool bear sightings, close to pigeon forge main drag! Hills a little steeper than expected but handled it just fine.. We absolutely loved our time at sugar shack!

By far, the best place we have stayed in Tennessee! Very clean and spacious! The lower level was perfect for the 4 young boys .
Kitchen had everything that we needed. The location was perfect! Only a 10 minute drive to stores and restaurants.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and clean home. Very easy check in. We will definitely stay at this cabin if we come back in the area. Thanks eden crest👏😀😀😀

Very nice cabin. It was clean, had amazing views and it’s close to Gatlinburg. I would recommend it.
