Cabin was cozy. Hot tub was warm enough.

This was our first Vrbo experience, so we had a lot of questions about the overall process and the rental itself. The rental management company, Eden Crest, answered all of our questions in a quick and professional manner. The check-in and check-out experience was seamless, too. As for the rental, it was clean, spacious, and fully-stocked for our stay. The indoor pool, movie theater, hot tub, and arcade were stand out features that everyone enjoyed. We put in a few requests, such as more towels, which the office took care of fairly quickly. The cabin living room furniture has seen better days, and the dishwasher was smelly. The bottom of the fridge had a leak, but the office tried their best to address it during our stay. Since the pool bedroom was pretty chilly temperature-wise, it may be nice to offer a heavier comforter like the ones used upstairs. We had an issue with parking confusion and the neighbors being crazy loud far into the morning, but the office did their best to assist us. Overall, great first experience with Vrbo and Eden Crest. Thank you!
