We had a really nice time. Easy to get to but you are up a mountain pretty high but nothing too steep. Easy parking too. The cabin is comfortable and they hadgreat communication. The rental company left the wrong size sheets for the sofa but quickly brought out new sheets. Toilet was clogged upstairs but they fixed it. And our coffee maker craft was too short for the coffee maker so coffee spilled over the counter. They brought us a new coffee maker and it worked great! Our oven had grease on the rack and smoked a lot. We had them check it out. And the hot tub shut off once and they had to flip the breaker. But it also flipped again when the power company shut off the power for 30 min. Flipping the switch made it work again. We let the property management aware. With all this being said i believe it was just our luck this week. There was a big black bear probably 400 lbs that started lurking the day I grilled. I would not grill anymore. He climbed on the porch and walked around. We were not about to get in the hot tub and stew ourselves without turning the chairs blocking walkway and having a watchman. I guess you could say we were lucky to see a bear but it was kind of scary taking the dogs out at night. But I guess you would have that anywhere . The beds were comfortable we had great cooking supplies adequate plates and glasses and nice cookware and silverware. Showers were nice. The hot tub sure was beautiful and roomy. Super nice stay, would do it again.

We absolutely loved the large covered deck and all the seating. The cabin itself has plenty of room for everyone and has lots of great features. We all enjoyed the game room and the hot tub was wonderful for sore muscles from all the hiking. The property is in a great location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and the Park but far enough to get away from it all too. The only downside was being woken up early by the roosters across the road that roam the property and crow right under the windows but that’s not the fault of the property owners.

Overall, we really enjoyed this property. Check in was super easy. We didn't have any issues we needed to call for. I did get a call making sure everything was good the next day. The home has a smart system. That was new to me. Maybe I will learn to like it but we struggled to use the discounts that came with the rental. Full kitchen is great as we ate there a lot. Pros: Best sunrise experience in the hot tub with AMAZING views! Great location, close and convenient for all local attaractions. Cons: Cheap TP, random quirks with appliances, could have used more sleeping pillows on beds vs decor. NOT deal breakers by any means, just bring your own pillow, tp and hand soap if you have a preference. More than enough space for a family of 7. We will definitely come back :)

This is our second time staying at Smoky Cascades, and we absolutely love it! The cabin looks exactly the same as it did in 2017 when we last stayed here. The view from the front and the waterfall near the back porch make sitting on the porch so relaxing. Eden Crest checked in the first day to see if everything was good, and they were quick to send someone out when the light fixture in the bathroom stopped working the 2nd day we were there, and someone to look at the fireplace that wouldn't turn on. The maintenance crew was friendly and polite too.

Absolutely stunning views, nice cabin, and perfectly between all the attractions. Only bad part was it could have been cleaned a little better. Dead stinkbugs everywhere and i had to clean out the jets in the tub. But other than that, i give it 5 stars!
