This was a beautiful home in the mountains of Gatlinburg. It is a little drive away from the excitement of downtown, which was ideal when we wanted a break from all the touristy activities. The home was thematic, beautiful, cozy--perfect for a getaway. Highly recommend

What a great way to spend time with family! We love visiting Gatlinburg and were pleasantly surprised with the comfort of this place. The accommodations were amazing, clean, and as described. Working with the management with a few little items was by far the easiest I have ever dealt with. I would most definitely recommend Eden Crest and look forward to our next stay!

The cabin was exceptional, but the mattress needs to be replaced.

The cabin was beautiful, location was close to everything and the amenities was great. The hot tubnever got hot. Maintenance came out to Check it out told us to give it 2-3 hours and it should started working but it never did and the microwave above the stove wasn’t working, but we had 2 other down stairs so it was fine.

Look… I am a skeptic. I read the reviews on multiple places for Eden Crest and they were not good. I was really concerned about booking this rental. However, this place was freaking awesome! Eden Crest was responsive, kind, easy to work with and my family loved this house! I don’t know if things aren’t good at other homes, and honestly, I don’t care, because this place was exactly as advertised and was perfect. So, take that for what it’s worth, but this was an exceptional experience.
