The place was bigger than I thought, rooms were great. Sadly it rained like two out of the three days we were there so we didn’t experience the neighborhood pool but everything else was great!

This was an amazing getaway for the family. Very beautiful home that we enjoyed, relaxing utilizing the pool, hot tub, and sauna along with becoming addicted to the shuffle board table. We got to see a local bear visit us near the house which was awesome to experience. We do wish the house had a full body mirror but other than that this home had everything and more than we could have asked for! Highly recommend !!

Was extremely nice there and many amenities are included, I did only stay for one night so I don’t have the most review was gorgeous but make sure your car can get up some hills! Shower was a bit difficult that was the only thing I had a problem with other than that was amazing , do wish they also had some laundry detergent at the place (unless I just couldn’t find it) since there was only one towel each and I was hoping I could as I am 12 hours away from home, everything was clean jucazzi was clear, bed was comfy, and balcony view was amazing

Perfect and cozy little cabin. Just close enough to all the Smoky Mountain sites but just far enough to be secluded and to enjoy the cabin luxuries. Hosts were very strong with their communication and everything was as advertised.

This was a birthday trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We inquired about the hot tub prior to our stay as numerous reviews had reported issues—Eden Crest made sure to have it fixed and turned on, ready to go by the time we got there. Response time is spectacular, Eden Crest was ALWAYS available to answer any questions (seriously. always).
We received a notification that our place was cleaned and ready for us several hours prior to the anticipated 4pm check-in time. Instructions great. The place was clean, neat, and exactly as the photos show. The fully gated porch was ideal as we brought our fur babies with us and there was green space for potty breaks. Kitchen was decently equipped, basic toiletries provided.
Be prepared for the steep hill leading up the cabin, especially in inclement weather. The pool was not open for the season yet, and there was no outdoor trash can (there is one by the pool, but that is a hike). All in all, exceeded expectations!
