The location. It was hidden in the woods but still close to everything! Shopping, parks, food, etc. The cost was very affordable. The staff was great too. Right there if we needed anything. The stairs. My family is getting older, the youngest is 60, there are a lot of stairs. An elevator would have been great. We would still come back again. Not a deal breaker.

Great location, very close to Dollywood! Lots of beds/space for our large group. Enjoyed the hot tub! Having Alexa to check in, music and all questions was wonderful!! Air hockey table did not work Tv in upstairs bedroom did not have same provider/channels as other TVs and only had a few channels mostly news or old shows. House keeping missed some important stuff!

This house was EVERYTHING advertised and so much more. It was a hard decision whether to go see sites or stay and enjoy the house. It was the perfect time in a most beautiful setting.

The best airbnb I've ever stayed at! They were super accommodating for our group. The hot tub and pool table were a hit amongst our group. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Smokies to reserve this cabin.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Private bed/bath for all and a communal bathroom on the main level. Elevator was great as long as everyone remembers to close the door on each floor or it doesn't work. Comfortable furniture and beds. Everyone had a great time with plenty of room for privacy. We saw a few bears roaming the neighborhood in the morning and evening! But that was when we were the only ones in the neighborhood, by the weekend they were gone. They need new sheets for the master bedroom, they have many stains. Downstairs had a few spiders and the air hockey didn't work. Outside furniture needs the screws tightened, but we brought some of our own lawn chairs for our own comfort.

We rented to take our moms. Sadly mine did not get to come, but we all had a great time. So much to see and do. We loved our cabin, had plenty of room for all of us.
