Microwaves were not operational when we arrived but the maintenance team was very responsive and all issues were resolved the next day. The pool alarm malfunctioned so we called and unplugged it, since we did not have any small children. Mattresses were a little lumpy and may need updated soon. We did not have a major issues and we enjoyed the house a lot. It was nice that everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the pool table, the video games, and watched several movies in the theater room. The kitchen was nice and it had everything we needed. The grill is tied into the gas line so you do not need to worry about propane running out which is nice. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great after a day of sightseeing. We even got to see two baby bears climb up a tree behind the house, and a mama bear come and get them. We had a very nice experience and time at the house.

Cabin was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of activities to do in the area, but we also enjoyed relaxing on the deck, soaking up all of the beautiful scenery! Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin! It was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to feel right at home. The layout made getting around simple and convenient, and everything we needed was readily available. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

This is a lovely, quiet, comfortable house high in the Smokies. There were plenty of things to do in the house for kids and adults alike. The road to get there is a bit challenging but worth it when you’re finally there! There are 12 beds in the house but 6 of them are bunk beds. For our family we really needed another regular bed. All in all it was a good house! We had a great time!!
