We liked being so close to Dollywood.

Met with family from up north for a fun week in the mountains. The location is perfect! Very clean, very organized home. PLENTY of space for different groups to chill, read, relax or nap. Pool was fantastic and right across the street. We had issues with internet the first day, promptly fixed after contacting the property manager. We did have issues charging our Tesla with the onsite EV charger, it wouldn't connect to charge (kept saying we had to have an account). This was never fixed by the property manager despite multiple attempts to contact them. However, we just trickle charged with a regular plug and was fine. Overall, would come back for another stay!

My family loved this neighborhood. The community pool was nice. We were able to meet some of the other people staying around us and our kids played together at the pool.There were a few issues that need to be addressed. The biggest problem was that the AC units were not working properly and the bedrooms upstairs were very hot. Property management was notified and they promptly sent someone out. However, the issue was the compressor in the unit needed replaced. We were told that someone would be coming to bring portable air units for the upstairs, but nobody ever showed up. The only other small issue was the TV in the downstairs bedroom kept powering off and on all by itself or if you turned it on to watch it, it would turn off. The power went off 2 of the nights we were there, but I'm not sure if that is a normal occurrence or not. Aside from those things, it was great! If the air conditioning units get repaired or replaced, we would definitely stay here again!
