We had a wonderful time and the location of this cabin cannot be beat. It was the busy July 4th weekend and even with traffic we were in downtown Gatlinburg in 15 minutes or less and in Pigeon Forge in 20 minutes. Everything was convenient. The cabin was very clean and plenty of space for the adults and teens to spread out and relax. We did see bears in the back of the cabin every day, but felt safe and just kept to ourselves when they came for their daily walk through the backyard. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The cabin was amazing. Offered just enough kitchen stuff to cook dinners, had plenty of stuff to keep the kids entertained between outings, were able to do laundry, and was close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit. Would definitely book here again. We had an issue with the door lock as it wouldn't lock when we were ready to leave but when I called the office they had a tech out within a couple hours and got it fixed for us. What i didn't like is how dark it was when trying to navigate in my vehicle at night. The street lamp and the road junction wasn't working and for me it was hard to see the blacktop at night in the dark. This cabin you have to drive up a short hill to it's parking area and 2 feet after the blacktop ends is a wooded cliff. I am including couple pictures of what the driveway looks like I took with my camera in both night mode and without the night mode on. I suggest putting in solar lights around the edge of the driveway to make it easier and safer to see the boundaries so someone don't back off a cliff or can pull further over to allow for another vehicle.
