Overall, I have no complaints. Great experience.
Just a few things for people to know:
1. For some random reason at certain points of the day you would get the smell of what I assume was a nearby trash dump or recycle location.
2. There isn’t much green space to walk your dog. We had to walk up or down the mountain in either direction for Green space.
Again, great stay. Just a few things we had noticed that we had to work around. Neither reason makes me what to review the place negatively. It was VERY clean and the host was responsive as we had things come up (We only had one issue and it was because we wanted to and were granted permission to extend our stay.) The host was GREAT.

We were very happy with the house and location. My 1 and only issue was the trash pick up instructions. My party was elderly and did not have strength in our hands to open the rusted lock on the bear proof bin. I contacted the host leaving a call back phone number so I could find out about the trash. I never received a return call making it unable to address the issue.

This place was really nice and clean! Community pool is perfect for younger kids and was not over crowed! Great location for us! We will be back in the near future!

The place was beautiful and the perfect amount of space for my boyfriend and I. It was only 20 minutes from to pigeon forge also and we went back and forth every day

We enjoyed our stay!!! We had room for my family of 6 and my mom and dad. The kids had fun in the pool and the hot tub. The game room was a bonus for my twins that are 16 and my daughter who is 14. My 18 month old loved the stairs. The only thing I recommend if you have small children are baby gates if you have them to bring. Make sure you bring 2 of them due to both sets of stairs. We brought 1 baby gate and it fit the upstairs where our room was and the game room to keep him from falling down. We would definitely stay here again!
