Our stay in Gatlinburg was beautiful & exciting! We saw Black Bears every day! Gatlinburg is a beautiful, fun town with lots to do & the end of town leads you right into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The home we stayed at was Pirates Peak. The rental home community this home is in is private, quiet, & absolutely gorgeous. The community pool is very nice and was an easy walk from our rental home. The house itself was large, had plenty of space for our group & had so many things to do. The indoor pool & hot tub were very nice to have. The movie room was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable & cozy. The home was clean & the fact that every bedroom had a private bathroom was a huge plus! The interior of the home does need some TLC as far as the drywall, paint, etc. The last night there a smoke alarm started alarming at 130am & went off every two hours- After contacting the host, no one came for over 6 hours, so we set the alarm outside. Overall, we loved our stay!!!

I enjoyed waking up everyone morning to the cubs and momma bear at the cabin. Was close to the attractions and the pool was a great location for walking and relaxing. Enjoyed the fire pit ring as well.

Amazing..breathtaking..best places. We stayed for five days. We had a/c issue so we called for it to get fixed. They told us that it could take up to hour for the maintenance man to come . It took 15 minutes. The maintenance man was super nice and professional. He fixed it and told us if we need anything just give a call. It was so clean and smelled good. They had everything you need in the kitchen to use to cook food . The table was big for our family. The hot tub was nice to rewind at night. The pool was so nice and very clean. The fireplace at the pool was amazing. I love to walk in the mornings and it’s a great and safe place to do so . The rooms were so big and loved the fact that everyone has their own bathrooms.The people are so nice and there is so much to do . We go to different places every year but next year the kids want to go back . They can’t stop talking about it and the bears !

Great location and amenities. The house was large and well stocked. A few pieces of furniture like the outdoor table were very worn and not usable and carpets were visibly stained and damaged. All could be over looked but at this price point things could e refreshed a bit. All in all we would book here again but maybe a house closer to the community pool.

The pool was amazing! I asked for an earlier checkout ahead of time & no one was accommodating at all. Then, no one sent me a text telling me when the room was available.
