We loved staying at this beach house! It was a fantastic location right on the beach and walkable distance to restaurants and stores. It was clean and stocked well with things you might need. The only downside I could say was no air conditioning but since we were there in April it didn’t get too hot and you can open the sliding doors and let the beach breeze in.

Great place! So roomy, clean, and close to beach. Only recommendation is that they need to provide more towels! Other than that, this place is truly perfect!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful home! It was just a short walk to both the beach and the bay and within a mile of both Newport and Balboa piers. It was spacious, clean, and everything we were hoping it would be. The balcony was our favorite spot to hang out as there was just enough ocean breeze and the peek a boo ocean views made it even better!
My only call out is the AC is a tad loud in the master bedroom (especially at night) and the beds could use more comfortable pillows, as they were flat and hard to sleep on. All in all, we had a great time and can’t wait to book again in the future!!

We stayed at this insanely gorgeous home for a book retreat and it could not have been more perfect! The location was so convenient and maybe took us 2 minutes to get to the sand. The home itself was stunning and fit all 13 of us so comfortably and we loved being able to spread out between the two living rooms and kitchens. The beds were oddly comfortable which is really hard to find at Airbnbs. When we arrived the house was spotless and fully stocked with all the basic supplies we would need. We for sure will be back!

What an unbelievable experience! The location was PRIME! The location is at the end of the peninsula, so although it took 20 minutes to drive out to the main city, we felt like we were in a remote location. The beautiful weather and backdrops, the amazing waves on the ocean, and the minimal traffic on the beach. The home was in perfect condition. Spacious layout, multiple rooms ready for weary travelers, and comfortable accommodations. Communication with the owners was so easy for check-in and check-out. We will DEFINITELY be back.
