Best location!

NBVP has been great! I was referred by a family that has been renting a property in Newport Beach. They've been managing my house for about a year and my number one compliment of them is their selection of renters. Our house was built to house 3 families and ideal for kids. My house has been very respected by all the renters and I've personally met many of them in passing while I was grabbing things out of storage. Just simply very nice people. And through summer I've had very few vacancies (so if you planning to use your property, plan accordingly) and this has only gained the value of the rental property. Thank you NBVP!!!

Excellent view and location. Right by the pier above the Pipeline restaurant. Internet was great for working remotely. I was able to work from the balcony that overlooked the ocean and watched the dolphins swim by. It’s on the beach so everyday I got to enjoy a walk on the beach. Coffee shop is 30 feet away could walk to tons of shops and restaurants.

The house is always clean. The staff is always amazing. We look forward to this trip every year.

We enjoyed the property and had a great time. It is nice to be so close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Great spot, a little warm in July but we knew there wouldn’t be air conditioning.

Check in was smooth, property was as described and perfect for multigenerational family. Enjoyed our stay
