It was clean and the location was great. The showers could have been a little better.

It was very spacious it fit my family of 5 prefect I loved that its first floor the kitchen had everything needed. Very homey feeling. Beach about an 5 min walk. Loved the screened in porches. Loved the indoor pool with hot tub That I didn’t know that I had to go to a different location to get keys. And they close at 5pm so I’m assuming if I wasn’t there before 5 I wouldn’t be able to get inside until the next day at 9am when they open.

We normally send check in instructions for after hours check in automatically and the reservation team reaches out to guests checking in late to inform them. We’ll review to see if you were contacted along with our check-in instructions and signage to make the pickup location and hours clearer and look into better after‑hours options.
