This review comes with the caveat that we have stayed in many units in this place. The architecture is weird and the hallways smell damp but the unit itself was great. We had an issue with furniture that was very quickly dealt with and the price is very comparable with other units. You come to this place for the location, steps from the beach and it is never overcrowded.

My wife Heather,son Cooper and his girlfriend Addie absolutely loved the place. we have been using AirBnB now for several years and this has been the BEST place we have stayed in. We are hoping to book it again for next year.

The condo was conveniently located next to the beach with community in ground pool. Relaxing on the porch was a little piece of heaven. About a 12 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach/Convention Center so close enough to the action but far enough to be in a peaceful community setting.
