My family of four had a great stay in Sea Mark Towers, Unit 906. The unit is spacious due to the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. The appliances work, however, the oven does take time to heat up to the desired cooking temperature, so for anyone renting this unit, turn the oven on in advance of cooking your meals. The view from the balcony is stunning and very enjoyable (i.e. I enjoyed having my morning cup of coffee out there each day). Having a washing machine and dryer in the unit is invaluable as everyday there were wet beach towels to contest with along with daily showers. The A/C in the unit works (but I would suggest to Booe Realty to change the furnace filter - the one that's there needs replacing ASAP). The TV options are great, Netflix, YouTube along with regular local TV coverage is available. **We encountered water dripping from the ceiling access panel (in the master bedroom with the king bed) directly above the TV ~ this was reported to Booe Realty upon check-in. The technician who came to inspect the issue said that the dripping water is from the condensation from the A/C and that the pipes are not insulated, so you can expect drops of water to drip onto the TV and dresser during your stay ~ this is a little concerning, but was not a significant issue during my stay. **Overall, the unit is in good "shape" (could use a paint job, though, to touch up the "nicks" and scrapes along the walls). As well, it must be noted that Unit 906 is a corner unit, so there is ample natural lighting coming in from the many large windows. Very nice unit ~ thank you Booe Realty.I would recommend this unit be rented by anyone vacationing with a young family and would certainly seek to rent it out again for my own family's purposes!

I appreciate the heads-up about the oven — good tip to preheat; we will have maintenance check the oven’s heat-up time so it meets expectations. I’m sorry about the condensation drip over the TV; the technician’s finding about uninsulated A/C piping has been noted and we have scheduled insulation and a follow-up inspection to prevent further dripping and protect the electronics. We’ll also replace the furnace filter right away and schedule paint touch-ups for the scuffed areas. Thank you for recommending Unit 906 — we’d welcome your family back.

Everything was very very nice. We really want to come back soon. This definitely is where we will stay from now on There was nothing that we didn't like. It was great!!!!

The location of this rental is perfect. The beach is across the street, there are restaurants within walking distance. Great spot.
