Great location with less crowds on the beach! Condo was clean and very well-decorated! Booe Realty was very communicative. Would stay here agai!

It was just myself and my 3 kids for spring vacation and it was an absolutely incredible stay! The view was breath taking and so calming! We came from NY, so the ocean sounds were absolutely welcomed and just PEACEFUL. The space was nicely stocked, roomy and we were left with no needs, except the obvious bring your own type items- food, etc. It comes with dishware, cookware, kerig, linen, bath towels and wash cloths, and even a washer and dryer! How convenient! An indoor and outdoor pool! Right on the beach! TV's in the main room & bedrooms! TWO bathrooms! Everything about this place was just CALM, PEACEFUL & COZY! An absolutely great place to stay! Booe Realty responds and responds QUICK! Absolutely a great experience!

My family has been going to Sands Beach Club for 30+ years and we love it there. The property itself has plenty of amenities, and very easy access to the beach. Because of the location the beach isn’t too crowded and gives you lots of open beach to walk just across the inlet. The condo itself was very beautiful, very clean, and very comforting. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future and recommend to anyone else.

I absolutely love this condo! The stunning views are breathtaking, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the decor is beautiful. Having a brand-new washer and dryer is a fantastic bonus! We even spotted dolphins while sitting on the balcony. We really don’t want to leave!
