I was at another Airbnb location and the day I was to checkin to the Booe Realty location I was admitted to Grand Strand Medical Center and needed surgery. I contacted my brother to come down to Myrtle Beach to move my personal items over to Kingston Plantation location. I also contacted Booe Realty to let them know my situation and that my brother would be stopping by to pick up the welcome packet. Thank you to Booe Realty for understanding my situation. I spent 13 days in the hospital and my sister checked me out and took me to the Kingston Plantation condo. Everything was excellent just as the pictures showed. I spent the next three weeks recuperating at this lovely and very peaceful condo. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again. Thank you again Booe Realty for a excellent stay.

Very short walking distance to the beach (just across the street). Good driving distance to everything. Love my stay.

We loved how close it was to the beach! The house could of been much cleaner but other than that it was great!
