1 floor, spacious, roomy condo. Appliances slightly dated and dining room + kitchen table we worn with dirty cushions. Negative comment on stay is only 1 of 3 TVs is cable accessible, and the cable box was not functioning. After multiple calls and promises issue would be taken care of, no one followed through and my 3 year old daughter couldn't watch TV for the week. The other two tvs in the bedrooms are Roku Tvs---very limited viewing capability and you can even download free apps as the account is locked.Overall, I would stay again, but leary on service if problem arose.
Joseph — thank you for the detailed feedback. I’m glad the layout and space worked for you, and I’m very sorry the appliances and dining cushions were worn and, most importantly, that the cable box failed and our team didn’t follow through. That was not acceptable.
We have scheduled a tech check to repair or replace the cable box and will test and unlock the Roku TVs so streaming apps are available for guests. We’ll also deep-clean/replace the dining cushions and inspect the appliances to determine any needed updates. I appreciate you flagging these issues — we’re addressing them and will improve our follow‑up procedures so future guests aren’t left without service.
