Good location, very clean facilities. Quiet property. Pool was a little cold. Room air could have been cooler. Unable to set below 72.

We apologize the pool was a bit chilly and that the room thermostat wouldn’t go below 72°F. Beautiful beach front property. Rental was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Easy parking . Easy walk to the beach. After driving 6 hours, with children, the last thing we wanted to do was put sheets on all the beds!! I understand some people bring their own sheets, so they should unmake the bed since they choose to bring sheets. The lock on the door was not very secure. There needs to be another inside lock for more security. The after hours check in process is inconvenient because the property is 30 minutes (1 hour total) drive away. I drove that far just to sign property damage form that could have been signed on line.

It is not usually our standard to have beds made unless a guest requests otherwise. We do apoloigize for that. We are sorry the door lock didn’t feel secure. We will have maintenance inspect the lock and evaluate adding an additional interior lock for guest peace of mind. Finally, thank you for the feedback about the damage-form signing. We’re reviewing our after-hours procedures and exploring e-sign options to make check-in easier for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.

This is a great property for a family vacation. We spent a good week here; young grandkids enjoyed the pool area amenities as much as the beach/ocean!

Loved the location. Bahama Sands is one of our homes away from home. The elevator wait time becomes frustrating at times.
