My biggest issue with Booe Realty was the fact that we drove 8 hours to Myrtle Beach and I called Booe Realty to let them know I was literally 5 min away getting to Booe Realty to pick up the key. I arrive at 5:03 PM after asking them to just wait a couple of minutes so I can get the key and check in, I find Booe Realty CLOSED. I was able to get the keys so that was not an issue, the issue was I had to return the next day between 9 and 12 to sign paperwork and give them my credit card. We had vacation plans the next day that had to be delayed simply cause they could not wait a simple 3 minutes, this is not customer Service... I expressed my frustration the next morning when I went to Booe Realty and frankly the woman was rude and didnt give a **it that I had to delay my early morning vacation plans... Dont expect them to go above and beyond for anything!!!
