Open, light, airy. It was relaxing and a perfect little getaway. It is close proximity to the Apache Pier and a quick drive to local restaurants!

I will be back next year. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at A Place at the Beach IV. We had easy beach access, and there was plenty of things in short driving distance like a large candy store, mini golf, Apache Pier, batting cages, laser tag, and lots of restaurants. The condo was a little dusty, and there was lots of hair in the floor, but other than that it was nice. The original listing said there was a hot tub, but there is not. That was changed on the listing afterwards, and I was compensated for that which I thought was a very nice offer. We had an air conditioner issue, and Monica with Booe Realty was quick to have maintenance come out and take a look. The maintenance man was also super nice. Over all a great stay, and my family and I would book with Booe Realty again!

The condo was in a great location over looking the pool and the beach. It was updated and neat. Could have been a little cleaner - furniture needed wiped down and lots of dust in the corners on the walls. Wish I had know there was not an elevator for the building. It made carrying up 3 flights of stairs difficult. I would stay again!
