All 6 sets of double doors in the hallways were disgustingly filthy. As if they hadn't been cleaned in YEARS! To have to touch something that disgusting to enter and exit the building is absolutely unacceptable especially with all of the extra precautions being taken in 2020. The condo itself was very clean, just the hallway doors were the problem.

Thank you so much David for taking the time to review your stay. I do apologize for the lack of cleanliness in the building hallways. We will forward your concern to the Homeowners Management Association. During this time, extra precaution does need to be taken in all areas of public use. We had a wonderful time at A Place at the Beach. The condo has all updated amenities, sits on the beach and has two pools on site. Plenty of room and fun for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

The place was great! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfectly done and accommodating. The only downfall was having to take the keys BACK to the realtors office which is not close buy. Had to borrow a car to take them there.
