We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Overall our stay was great! Workers were very nice. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kiddos. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful views of the ocean from the balcony. Condo is extremely spacious with everything you need with the exception of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap. It was perfect for our large family and you are just steps away from the ocean and just a few short miles from the center of Myrtle beach example being the boardwalk. Lots of things to do. Location is fantastic for night walks on the beach. My only suggestion would be a mat of some sort at main shower. Pool and hot tub are a plus.

Beautiful Property. Parking was a little challenging at times due to the lack of spaces available, but other than that it was perfect.

We had an absolute blast at this property! The views of the ocean were stunning and the short walk to the beach was better than we anticipated! The condo was spacious, clean, and we appreciated how spread out the bedrooms were for sleeping. Our only complaint was some loud neighbors upstairs who ignored the quiet time rule but otherwise we would love to stay here again!!

Whenever we come to MB, we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. Since my son was playing in the Cal Ripken Experience Beach Blast tournament, we decided to stay closer to the fields. We had no idea what to expect, but we were definitely not disappointed. This condo was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do this condo justice; it is very nicely decorated, yet has a comfortable feel. There were tons of different items that could be used in the kitchen which was helpful since we were coming from another state. The master bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and everyone argued about who would get to shower in there! Although the condo is not directly on the beach, it has a beautiful ocean view and is extremely assessible to the beach. Parking was easy and never a problem and the elevators were always available and clean. One of our favorite aspects to our stay was the gentleman who was the night security guard. He was so sweet and helpful throughout our week. Overall, our experience with Booe Realty and this particular condo was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Everything was great! Communication with the rental agency was great! We loves the condo! Condo is walking distance to the beach. It seemed like it was located in the middle of everything, but far enough for peace at night! My family would definitely stay here again!
