The location of this property is unmatched; it is within walking distance to the beach and 2 houses away from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer. A big draw for us was that it was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog.

Great place for our family including fur babies. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Nicely stocked kitchen had everything we needed for all the meals we prepared throughout our stay. We loved sitting outside on the gated deck with the dogs. The neighborhood was peaceful and the communal pool super close and convenient. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!! Would love to stay again!

We had never traveled with a dog to the beach and needed a rental that would allow our newest addition. I chose this rental because I was familiar with the area and the rate was great. There were some minor cleaning issues, not super obvious but more like the cleaning crew might have been cutting corners. No biggie and I took care of those small things myself. The rental agency was wonderful. Friendly and just pleasant to talk to. I understand other reviewer‘s preferring the convenience of a contactless check in, but the office is just a short drive from the property and putting friendly faces with the friendly voices I already knew was a pleasure. We had one maintenance issue during our stay because a shower knob broke and fell off. As soon as we notified the realtor someone came out and fixed it. The kitchen was One of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental. Great knives and cutting boards, good selection of pots and pans and plenty of kitchen gadgets. I almost wish we had cooked more on this trip! Close to the beach. Morning coffee on the covered porch was wonderful. I didn’t realize we didn’t need to bring chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys- the property has a deck box with those items for your use. Next time I will save all that space in the car! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental even if you aren’t traveling with a furry friend.
