One could not ask for more. A beautiful home, tastefully decorated, with space for the whole (extended) family, and then some. A fantastic basement with a pool table thats in good shape and a theatre experience that works wonderfully. The kitchen(s!) are great and stocked with the basics one would expect to work in the kitchen. The outside options are spectacular. A beautiful fenced in back yard with plenty of seating and lounging options alongside a very nice pool. And if that wasnt enough, a separate outdoor area connected to the main kitchen provides a grilling area and a table that will accommodate 8 or more. And last but certainly not least, the location. Its an easy 10 minute walk to town and an even easier walk to some beautiful beaches...right across the street. I've rented quite a number of properties. This one is on the top of my list and I would recommend this to any large group.

This house is very user friendly. It has a great amount of appliances so you will have everything you need. The bedrooms all have bathrooms, and the amenities are great too (movie area, pool table, good back yard, pool, bbq, firepit). Importantly, the house is super kid friendly, and dog friendly too. The proximity to the town and beach is also great. Really a great place to stay!

We stayed at this house Memorial Weekend 2015 and it was FABULOUS! The house itself is beautiful, the bedrooms are fantastic (beds are so comfortable), small yard is great - big enough to enjoy outdoors/grill/Frisbee, etc. The location is perfect...walk to beach with dog every morning (and multiple times/day), close to town/shops, and the house has everything a family could need, PLUS it's dog friendly for responsible dog owners! I highly recommend this property and we are definitely planning to return. Thank you for making our stay easy to plan and enjoyable. The experience was great all around. THANK YOU!

Perfect home in perfect location. Walked to restaurants and shops and the beach! Love the furnishings, 2 living areas, bedrooms, and upper deck. Had many meals on front porch...very cozy! Enjoyed sitting in front of the house and relaxing! Would love to return!

One problem we had was that it did not have a regular coffee maker. We brought our own coffee, expecting that there would be one. The other (small, but not significant) problem was that we expected a washer/dryer. We had to buy some warmer clothing and wanted to launder it before we wore it. Was it in the locked basement, maybe? Everything else was wonderful! Thanks!

A beautiful vacation home and within such easy walking distance for the restaurants and shops of Chatham. Every need was catered for and even a request for a kettle was soon fufilled. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home that could not be better located in the heart of chatham village. Would definitely rent again. Also New England Vacation Rentals were simply fantastic, responsive, great recommendations. Our only issue with the vacation was that Chatham does not open in full until the end of April - as a result we were confined to a couple of places for dinner and not a lot to do for the kids. Weather was also not the best. That does not take away from the amazing home and great experience we would come back.

We enjoyed our stay at 48 Seaview.....great location...walk to beach or town. Very convenient and roomy. With daughters and grandchildren good to have large kitchen, oversized bedroom and three bathrooms. Wish property was for sale...would consider buying :-). Sonny at NE Vacation rentals was fantastic....Walt Cleaver

"Pleasant" is an appropriate word to describe the setting of this house that overlooks Pleasant Bay. Peaceful, lovely accommodation, positioned to view the sunrise. Spacious deck....away from noise and hustle bustle....need to have a car, but it isn't far to town. Our group of six had plenty of room in this comfortable, well appointed home!

This home is in wonderful condition and five of the six bedrooms are beautiful and romantic each with its own bath. The sixth, off the wonderful rec room on the lower level is large and great, especially for children, with two sets of bunk beds and its own bath. The house was very clean and well equipped and the pool and outdoor furniture and grills very inviting. In conjunction with 201 Main, these homes sleep many, can share outdoor facilities, and are walking distance to Light House Beach and Chatham center.

We absolutely loved this condominium unit. It was spotless, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and charming from the outside while offering the luxury of a new build. We traveled with another couple and were thrilled with the privacy and comfort offered by the two king suites on separate floors. The second floor also had a living area. We had room for more as the finished basement had two queen beds, two twins along with a game table, tv and couches. The patio had dining table with 6 chairs and, again, provided ample privacy from neighbors with its lush landscaping. The washer/dryer helped us pack lighter. Sonny from New England Vacation Rentals was friendly, attentive and helpful. The only blips were trouble with wi-fi and the gas grill ran out of gas mid-steak grilling. Note: gas does NOT come with the unit but we forgot until it ran out. We would certainly stay here again as it was a good home base while we traveled up and down the Cape.

The house was beautifully decorated and inviting. Ample space for all guests, and very lovely to have the welcome bag with some necessities. The only thing that was a surprise was the lack of parking. Maybe I missed a notice about it, but I didn't know about that ahead of time and with a rental that sleeps so many people one can assume there may be more than 2 cars, which was the number of spaces provided. Other than that I would gladly refer this location and this rental again or to anyone else!

The house was absolutely gorgeous!! We would definitely rent it again. The only complaint we have is the pull out couch. It was broken and extremely uncomfortable. It should not be listed as a sleep surface. Other than that the house was spectacular. Close to the beach...close to downtown...really nice. Our extended family did not feel crowded at all.

Rarely to you find a rental cottage that makes you feel as though a friend has given you the key to their beach home and told you to enjoy yourself. That was our experience at 14 Ivy Lane. All the standard expectations were met or exceeded. But beyond the standard there was always more, from spices in the cupboard to bikes in the garage -- we used the former and admired the latter! The house was nicely laid out and the outdoor space another positive surprise -- a sun trap with a very nice grill that we enjoyed using to produce a couple of hot dogs on a night we did not want to go out. The location was perfect, an easy walk to one of Chatham's nicest beaches. We will return!

We loved every moment of our stay in Chatham. The location of the home at Monomoy Circle was close to beaches and activities while also providing a private, serene get-away. The home was spotless and just the right size for our family. Amenities like beach chairs and toys for the young children in our group were so much appreciated. We definitely loved our stay and look forward to a repeat adventure via New England Vacation Rentals!

The location was perfect and the house was clean and nicely maintained. Wished it had an enclosed outside shower and a little more closet space but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at 47 Capri Lane and have no complaints. We have rented several homes over the years one thing we always appreciate is a personal note from the owner about the house and their comments on how to use the air conditioner or any other ponts of interestabout their home.It makes you feel welcomed.

We really liked staying in this home. We recommend AC for the room with the multiple beds, there are types which can be used in rooms with just skylights. The other recommendation is an additional full bath not just the shower. This property sleeps 10 people and one bathroom is tight. We are certainly looking forward to next summer to visit again.

Our family spent a wonderful week on the Cape and we're happy to have found this gem of a rental. The house was well equipped with everything you might need and more. It was clean, conveniently located and comfortable for our family of 3 + a dog. So glad to have found a pet friendly rental that was well priced and well maintained. We would highly recommend a stay in this cozy cottage.
