We had a wonderful vacation at the beautiful home on lower county road in W Harwich. The house had everything we needed. Our children are older but we able to join us throughout the 2 weeks we were there. Love hanging out on the spacious deck. Really a relaxing time. The fact the house had central air was refreshing. The weather was perfect those 2 weeks, and will look forward to staying there again. Thanks John S.

Loved the condo, clean - If I was to say anything negative it was the chairs on the first floor in front of fireplace are not comfortable and there is a echo when two TVs are on. we enjoyed a wonderful week in chatham. house is terrific....clean, nicely decorated, perfect location. would recommend adding the fact that there are beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers and an iron to the property description so guests do not have to bring those cumbersome items with them. king bed in one of the bedrooms would make it all the more enjoyable! thank you.

We were so happy with this house! It was so very comfortable and it was spotlessly clean and it was a five minute walk from Pleasant Street Beach. We even received a welcome goodie bag filled with all things we would need for the week stay. This was the most positive renting experience we have had on the Cape yet and we definitely want to rent this home again next year. Thank You!

Our group had a wonderful time during out time at the cape! I would highly recommend this house as well as New England Vacation Rentals. There were a couple issues over the course of the week, and they were attentive to fix and followed up each time to ensure things were fixed. As a whole it was a wonderful experience and would rent this house again next year if available. A couple of the beds were uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker! We loved our stay at 26 Cranberry Lane. The home far exceeded our expectations. Very beautiful. It had all the modern conveniences and made our stay truly wonderful. There was only one minor inconvenience and that was no beach chairs were provided. That surprised me since beach chairs are so inexpensive and they hardly ever break. I did inquire into using the ones that were locked away in the shed but apparently the owner didn't want us using them. But other than that the house was wonderful. Loved the place, It was immaculate. There are two recommendations I would make. The first, It would be nice if there was a folding ironing board. The second, It would be nice if there was a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. These are just recommendations, It would not stop us from staying at this location again. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and our experience with New England Realty. The house could use a pair of scissors and a small frying pan, and extra garbage bags, however everything else we needed was there. The house was absolutely lovely and clean and comfortable - thank you for making our stay so lovely. Home very comfortable and clean - consistent with NEVR standards, which is why we have rented a few seasons now with NEVR. Check-in/out process extremely easy. Very friendly staff at NEVR.

We've been hooked on 17 Uncle Venies Road from year 1 - I think we may be on year 8 now! We love the location and have no desire to search out other places. Our adult children have grown up loving this house as much as we have and we use this precious week for regrouping together as a family. It is our 'happy place' and we are grateful to be a summer tenant!

We had a wonderful stay at this home on the water. The house had plenty of space and the view was unbelievable. We rented a kayak and paddle board and were able to kayak and board out our back door and down to the beach. The kids could independently use the boats in our little section of the harbor and were so happy to have that freedom. We could fish and swim right in the back yard. We never wanted to leave!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at 200 Indian Hill Road. The house was well maintained, tastefully decorated and in a wonderful location. The outside was well manicured and provided an opportunity for children to play on the house grounds. And, there's plenty to do locally - drive to the beach, swim in a pond within walking distance, and shop in downtown Chatham.

My family had an amazing stay at this property. Having the A/C and two bathrooms was fantastic for 5 adults. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog who did not want to leave and cried at the door as we packed up the car. Being so close to the beach was wonderful as well and we walked there almost every night to watch the sun go down. Thank you for a great vacation!

We have been going to the Cape for the past 15 years so we have rented a lot of places. This was my favorite house by far. The house was very clean, spacious and roomy. The outdoor space pushed it over the top...lots of seating on large deck and enough yard to play kickball then run to ocean to cool off. Basement was a nice bonus too!

Hello, we had a great family stay at this house. It was a perfect fit for our large family and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the inside of the house turned out to be. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved that the younger family members had their own space to hang out. The large yard was a plus for our very competitive games of whiffle ball! The location of the home was great too. We could walk to dinner or ice cream with the kids. Nice little town to walk around. Our only comment-- would be to replace the outside grille. It was not very clean but we did our best to burn off the grossness! We would love to rent again. Thank you very much, Shannon D. This property is beyond incredible. The house itself is lovely - nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped if you wanted to cook. It is a short walk to the beach allowing our family to go to the beach in the early morning and then again later in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this home. We would highly recommend this property. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Accessing the home was a bit deceiving but once we arrived on site, we were more than satisfied with the location. We all felt very safe letting the young children play outside in the back yard. There was plenty of space for them to play in. The step down off the back deck was a bit difficult for our 2 year old grandchild but once we showed him how to navigate down the 2 steps, he was good to go. The open concept down stairs was great. Having a half bathroom down stairs was perfect. The outdoor shower with hot water was wonderful to use with the children after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything you might need for cooking and enjoying meals and snacks. The bedrooms for each family were ideal. My husband and I especially enjoyed the suite over the garage.....lots of privacy. The house was very clean; the beds were comfortable; and it was very enjoyable to be able to have air conditioning on some of the very hot and humid days we were there. On rainy days we enjoyed the use of the ping pong table in the garage......had some exciting "tournaments" for sure. We are hoping to return to this property again next summer for another wonderful family vacation on the Cape.

The second floor of 416 Main is a fantastic place to stay! The condo is immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen has everything; you don't need to bring anything except for your own food. The deck is lovely - open, sunny, and a fun place to people-watch. Awesome location - the shops and restaurants are literally a few steps away. The light house and lovely beach are an easy walk. You can even walk to the Stage Harbor beach! Would definitely stay here again!

The home was the perfect setting for our mini-family reunion. The decor was tasteful and well appointed. We had 6 people staying at the home, but we comfortably entertained 14 at meal times. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed! We never felt cramped everyone had ample room. The pool was terrific and the backyard was private, perfect for relaxing. The two bedroom home is inviting, comfortable, and well furnished, as well as having a beautiful yard with wonderful chairs for lounging. Located just minutes from the beach and downtown, yet in a very private, quiet neighborhood, one couldn't ask for more. Extras such a ping-pong table and foosball make it extra fun. What a find! We will return. An added bonus is the personal attention one gets from the management service. Kudos all around.

The location of this property was perfect for exploring all sections of the Cape. The house is very modern and clean. The complex was very quiet during our stay. This is a great rental for an extended family or multiple families. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer!
