We had a great experience at the house last weekend! The house was very clean and inviting when we first got there. The outdoor areas, outdoor grill, hot tub and everything was cleaned and ready to go which made our arrival instantly relaxing and really allowed us to enjoy the whole weekend. The upper outdoor deck is completely fenced in so our mini dachshund could run around and be outside which was also great! The lake is accessible via a quick trip down some stairs and there's a dock you can swim out too which was great as well. The beach parking pass was a fantastic bonus! We would recommend this property to anyone looking to relax or families looking for a getaway.

This house was perfect for my group of 6 families with six 13 year old boys and their siblings. Despite the large group, it was incredibly quiet, we didn't get into each other's way and the location was AMAZING! Walkable to the entire Main Street and Lighthouse beach gave independence to everyone, kids and adults alike. The management company was incredible and responsive, fixing a minor issue within an hour. Everyone was very pleased!

The house was perfectly located - walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants), beach, Chatham Bars Inn, etc. We were low on food and snacks and little did we know there was a cute little shop right next door. The house was nice and big so we never felt cramped and we had more than enough bathrooms with showers, which is rare to find. They had everything from dog bowls, to lanterns, games, beach chairs, cards, games, amazing wet bar - anything you needed was there. The yard is smaller than we thought but big enough for a lawn game and the beach is close enough to make up for it. We ended up playing pool and watching movies at night in the entertainment center as a family, which was a great way to unwind from the busy day. I would highly recommend this property to a larger group looking for a relaxing and fun vacation home in Chatham.

We do a fair amount of house rentals for our family vacations. This was our first trip to Chatham. We used NEVR to help find a home to use as our base during the week of college road trips in the New England area. On arrival, we were swiftly checked in, given welcome kit and a warm welcome by the NEVR team. They were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay. The home they found for us was outstanding. The property at 201 Main Street is beautiful. The best point about it is that it is well-maintained and cared for. But the location was also nice. We had views of sunrises in the morning. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future during the main season.

Great time with family at 138 Soundview Ave. Ridgevale Beach is awesome for children. Must do Kate Gould Park on Friday evenings for the Chatham Band concert. Two cloudy days out if ten. Not bad for a New England summer. House is very nice and well equiped. Fourth of July evening making Smores around the fire pit was awesome.

We LOVED our rental. As soon as we pulled up to the property we fell in love. Everything was better than we expected and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent this property again.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks on the Cape. It was our first time and I can see why families go back every year. We love the house we rented and hope to return soon.

Our family enjoyed a relaxing week in the 16 Studley property. Don and Tricia's house is comfortable, well maintained and beautifully decorated. From start to finish our experience renting was smooth and pleasant; from NEVR, who helped us to book the home, to Mary, who gave us such a warm welcome at the house, to Don who was kind to check in and make sure all was well and even Chris, who stopped by to check on the pool. The pool! My 8 year old would tell you it's the high point of the property - it was tough to get him to go to the beach. Thank you all for helping to make this an enjoyable trip. We hope to return next year!

Lovely two weeks. Great weather! Perhaps a package of recommended restaurants would be good. ( this has helped save time in other rentals we have been in from Scotland to other areas) Great location. Very well decorated. Manager Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay- we are a paperless company- trying to be more "Green" so we provide a FREE mobile APP with all the restaurant info in the area including menu's and websites- along with phone #'s and even discounts to our partners. We hope to assist you again in the future.

Our first experience renting a home and our first with New England Vacation Rentals. Enjoyed the house very much. Just perfect for our family of 4 and 2 guests. There were many extras that were delightful for our stay - games, puzzles, two TVs, dock, A/C in bedrooms, excellent cookware and kitchen appliances. Minor issues for repair or maintenance have been sent separately.

This house was amazing from the moment we walked into it. The downstairs was decorated like a coastal magazine with beige and blue tones and depicted nothing less than a paradise. Communication with New England Vacation Rentals was flawless from the time I became interested in the property until our last day there. This house is in the perfect Chatham location if your goal for a fall vacation is to rest and relax, walk the streets of Chatham, eat in local restaurants, and just enjoy yourself. The downstairs provided the utmost in space and comfort. The upstairs also had beautiful decor and plenty of closet space for suitcase and extra bedding. My family and I are definitely considering another stay in this property in the next year.

Wonderful home on Main St near the heart of town. Excellent furnishings, appliances and amenities. We hope to return. Note that maid service comes at a premium in the form of penalties for not leaving the home clean (including dishes in cabinets, all trash on the curb and all beds made).

I recently traveled to Cape Cod for a family reunion. I had 4 adults and five children and this home was perfect. The set up and space was exactly what we needed. The home felt welcoming and was immaculate. My family made a lifetime of wonderful memories.

The house was clean, very comfortable, beautifully appointed in cottage chic decor, and has wonderful views for watching sunsets. It had everything we could have hoped for--lots of amenities, a nice upper level patio (where we had coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings!) that gave us the feeling we were nestled in the tree canopy, private access to the lake and to peaceful kayaking, a hot tub, and very close proximity to a variety of restaurants, stores, beaches, and other activities. A few of our favorite nearby restaurants--Pain D'Avignon in Hyannis for delicious croissants, crispy prosciutto sandwiches, and onion soup gratinee; and the Dunbar Tea Room in Sandwich for English fare and outdoor dining. There are also several ocean beaches within a twenty minute drive from the house and a multitude of stores and antique shops nearby. We would highly recommend this beautiful and centrally located but peaceful retreat on the lake! And we look forward to returning again soon. Joe and Anita Benson

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Cape and our stay at the property in Chatham-it was extremely spacious and clean and had everything we needed-just one slight problem and that was the key to enter into the property was difficult to open the door sometimes but apart from that we would certainly recommend this property to any of our friends who wished to visit this part of the Cape FROM NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: Owner has updated the entry to a keyless entry system.

This home is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable! It was completely furnished with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, however our weekend weather could have been compared to a monsoon. Oh well, cant win them all. If I had to mention one detail that I wish could be remedied, it would be that the full bath in the hall needs an electrical outlet. It made for some creative thinking on the group when trying to get ready for the wedding we were attending. From NE Vacation Rentals: Thanks for the suggestion about the bathroom outlet...we will work with the owner and electrician about this...

Lovely setting to spend and welcome in the New Year. Beautiful lake views and although I never got the chance to jump in ... the Jacuzzi was perfectly placed overlooking the lake. My friends spent the night (I was nearby). Lots of space and cape charm. Looking forward to going back! Submitted: Mar 13, 2015 Stayed: Dec 2014 Source: HomeAway

I was tasked with finding two homes in Chatham for a corporate retreat in September 2015. We rented 201 Main Street and 14 Hallett Lane. It couldn't have been a more PERFECT situation. The houses connected by gates so people could go from one house to another. It was like we had our own compound. The houses were so beautiful too -- 5 Star! We were less than a mile to Downtown Chatham and less than a half mile to the the beach. I cannot rave more about how amazing this trip was. I help run a Sales organization and my employees came back from our trip with high energy and lots of motivation after a weekend away in these amazing houses. I cannot thank you enough for a very memorable trip that my employees will be talking about for years to come.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home tremendously. It has great curb appeal which signaled a well-maintained house. It is spacious inside and the deck also is large and comfortable. I loved the containers of flowers, they are just beautiful. Being up on a hill, we got a great breeze and the ceiling fans were extra help on hot days; we did not need to use air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture is comfortable. The previous guests or the owners had left a lot of paper products and cleaning supplies to carry us over till we shopped. And the location...being walking distance to the beach is amazing, morning walks on the beach were a favorite part of my stay. We knew the Chatham/Harwich area and enjoyed being close to so many old favorites like Brax Landing and the Chatham Fish Pier, great haddock! We also discovered new places like the Monomoy Reservation. So two generations of our family had a wonderful time and hope to return to 34 Old Wharf Road next September. Thank you Joanne for your welcome the first Saturday and for handling our WiFi etc. difficulties so promptly, and thank you Sonnie for listening to my thoughts other places last November and finding a great house for us.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chatham. 415 is a lovely historic house which has been very tastefully updated. We are a family of 5 adults and we all had enough room to be together or to have a little alone time. The house comes with everything that you could possibly need. It is also pet friendly which made it possible to visit since our 13 year old lab is past the point that we would leave him in a kennel. I would highly recommend this house for future rentals for anyone interested in a really fabulous house in a great location walk-able to town and the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home for a week in Sept. The layout of the house was great- we enjoyed sitting in the sunroom in the mornings to read and drink our coffee. Next to it is the family room with a comfy sofa and 2 chairs where we caught a football game or two. Then is the large kitchen/dining area where of course we tended to spend the most time. The bed in the MBR was very comfortable. Our daughters were happy with their area upstairs. The location of the home is fabulous. Very close to town. And Chatham is a wonderful town in which to stay! I'm so glad that is where we stayed as we did not know much about the Cape area before going. We walked to the beach/lighthouse, taking the beach chairs provided by the owners. We did not ride the bikes in the garage, but they looked to be in very good condition. We did drive over to Dennis to rent bikes and ride the Bike Rail, which we loved! What a great week!!

Tom and I just got back from a glorious week on the Cape, staying at 93 Bucks Creek Road in Chatham! We had sensational weather and each night we delighted in running from Hardings Beach to Bucks Creek to enjoy the amazing sunsets and sky at 6:47 PM! Staying at 93 Bucks Creek was perfect; the house is so beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, gleaming bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a sparkling pool! Having the CAC was terrific since it got HOT! The pool there is such a treat after a few hours at Hardings Beach. We only went out to dinner twice because the kitchen is so well appointed; I didn't mind cooking and grilling one bit! The yard and the gardens there are lush and so private! At night, we could sit on the small balcony off the second floor and watch the stars! New England Vacation Rentals, along with the homeowners of this lovely home are committed to ensuring this amazing respite for all of their guests!

What a delight to wake up in the morning to this fabulous location! Located right on the dunes of the Chatham Harbor, we barely drove the car. Walked the dunes, walked to the ocean, walked to the Chatham Lighthouse and walked to town... one mile exactly! The charming little cape has a picnic table outside in back as well as a few deck chairs for hanging out. The gas grill came in handy. Will come again for sure!!

We had a wonderful vacation at the beautiful home on lower county road in W Harwich. The house had everything we needed. Our children are older but we able to join us throughout the 2 weeks we were there. Love hanging out on the spacious deck. Really a relaxing time. The fact the house had central air was refreshing. The weather was perfect those 2 weeks, and will look forward to staying there again. Thanks John S.
