Our 1st visit to the Cape was a wonderful time! The house was as nice as it was in the pictures. The yard was great for our boys to play soccer or catch after a day at the beach. Even loved the outside shower for after the beach. I was glad it also had hot water, and both showers (indoor and out) could be used at the same time with no problems. The house was stocked with everything we needed, even things that it said we needed to bring were there in case you forgot. I also thought it was really nice that someone dropped off a bag of some essentials on our 1st day there. Nice touch. :) Only thing missing that I was hoping would be there, because we had none, was beach chairs, but you can get them almost anywhere in town. Great to have Dollar General and Job Lot within walking distance! We will definitely rent again! Thank you for a great week! :)

Very Charming house, plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. Well equipped kitchen, we were able to find everything we needed. They AC was turned on when we arrived, I think our stay in July was the hottest week of the Summer. Nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to Harding's Beach. I would highly recommend this rental!

We stayed for a week and the rental was certainly 5 stars. Large with three bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air and vacuum, all the things you want for a great time. We have rented for three years and this was certainly the best

Enjoyed the stay at convenient location across the street from relatives that owned their summer home. Very accessible to many things to see - Heritage Gardens, Edmund Gorey's House, P'Town, Truro Highland Links GC, Dune Sunset tour. Great time was had by all.

The house is just stunning! Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for our week in Chatham. It is possible to walk to the beach at the end of the road but we were lazy and drove as we took the beachchairs, boogie boards and umbrella from the basement with us! It's a few Minutes drive into the main town but there is plenty of free public parking. Bike the rail trail, go to the harbour at 11:30 and watch the seals waiting for the fish catch to come in! We thoroughly enjoyed the house and would highly recommend it. New England Vacations made the booking, check in/out very easy and their service was great. Thank you.

43 A Old County Road was a perfect place for two. The kitchen-bedroom-living area was a larger room than we had imagined. It was a great location for the beach!

Beautiful home. Extremely clean and the location was great. Would highly recommend. We had 6 adults and 2 children and the house was a perfect size for us. Have to say the outdoor shower was my favorite!! Great walk to the beach but a bit far to carry chairs, etc. Totally happy 😎

We've been renting in and around the Chatham area for many years and this was one of our favorite houses we've rented. It was extremely clean and organized and had everything needed for cooking at home, heading to the beach, etc. It was very spacious as the media/sitting room upstairs added another area to relax. The layout of a bedroom with it's own bath downstairs and the 2 bedrooms upstairs was ideal for our family as my parents had privacy downstairs and my husband and I and our 2 daughters had plenty of space upstairs. We are clean freaks and this house was spotless! We also liked the South Chatham location close to the beaches and town and also very close to Harwich Port which is also a cute town with additional dining and ice cream options.

This is the second time that we stayed at this property. This home is lovely. The inside is tastefully decorated and comfortable but it is the deck that draws you in. It has a large, furnished deck where we enjoyed morning coffee, eating lunch, reading in the late afternoon and sipping cocktails as the sun went down. My only complaint, as always, is that the week just flew by!

We love this place. Six of us stayed here, ages ranging from 16 to 86. The kitchen had everything you could ever want. There are air-conditioners in every room so we were always comfortable. There's a nice deck too.

This was our 6th year vacationing in Chatham and our 2nd at the Palmer Dr. location. We LOVE Palmer Dr. It is the perfect home in the perfect location. It is close enough to the downtown that we are able to either ride our bikes or walk to the shops or to a great Chatham A's game. Again the location allows for a quick trip to Lighthouse Beach for a lazy afternoon or to the Chatham Bars Inn for a bite and a wonderful view. We also love the home itself which is incredibly clean and welcoming with a great kitchen and back yard for cooking out. Thank you to the wonderful people at New England Vacation Rentals for helping us to plan yet another awesome vacation.

We absolutely LOVED this home. We've stayed in a lot of different rental homes throughout the 15 years we've been vacationing on the cape and this is by far, the cleanest and most well-maintained home we've rented. We loved the open concept layout and the beautiful deck and yard. We will come to this home again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer at one your rental homes. The house had everything I could have asked for and more. The website cautions travelers that linens, etc., do not come with the house, all beds had quilts and blankets- we just needed to bring basic sheet sets as desired. I have small children and packed all of our essentials (night-lights, booster seats, changing pad for the baby, etc.) and was very surprised that the home was equipped with all of that and much more! I would definitely stay with NE Vacation Rentals again. The house was also very affordable compared to others that I looked at on the cape!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Harwich Port! The home was perfectly positioned in the heart of town - convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. My family has been coming to the Cape every summer for the last 30 years and this house was our favorite to date. Thanks for making our vacation extra special!! We are already looking forward to next year.

165 Ridgevale Road was the perfect house. It had everything and was spotless. You can tell the house is loved by the owners. Fantastic beach - great for kids of all ages. You may want to drive to the beach instead of walk if you have small kids as there are no sidewalks.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The picture is of the shells which we got from the beach which was a short walk away from the house. The decor in the home was so adorable, everything you could possibly ask for in a home away from home. We enjoyed it so much and are looking forward already to renting it again next year! We stayed at 201 Main Street, Chatham 6/25-7/2/16. This was the second year in a row that we rented the property and we were just as thrilled with the experience as the first time. The place is beautiful, clean, perfectly-situated to beaches, downtown, easy access to major routes, and DOG FRIENDLY! Even the dogs loved it! I highly recommend this property (and I am very finicky/particular)!!

My friends and I had one of the best vacations ever. It was everyone's first visit to Cape Cod and we all just loved it. The house was spectacular. The layout is perfect for sleeping arrangements and the entire house was just beautiful. Your services were easy and great. We would certainly use your services again in the future. Please give the owner our deepest thanks for sharing their gorgeous home with us.

My childhood friends and I spent a fabulous week in this wonderrful home right in the middle of the Cape. The setting of this house is incredible with beautiful views of Pleasant Bay from most of the windows in the house. The bedroom settings worked so well for us because some like to rise very early and some liked to sleep in. WIth two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other, it was perfect. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for everyone with a lovely living room, great TV room and even a formal dining room. We spent a lot of time out on the deck which even had awnings for shade and rain protection. The location is very quiet and not far from lovely downtown Chatham with wonderful shops and restaurants. Centrally located for trips to the boat docks in Hyannis and Provincetown. A great time was had by all!!!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful, well maintained home in Chatham. The home was very well-equipped and extremely clean. It it is also nicely decorated. Located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, we hardly noticed any neighbors. It is very private. The pool was an absolute hit with the kids! Would not hesitate to rent this home again.

My fiancé and I stayed at this lovely condo the week of June 18 2016. It is nestled on a dead end road and had a great central location for our favorite spots. It was modern clear and our neighbors were very friendly. The price of the rental was also very good. I would absolutely consider staying there again. The rental agency is also top notch. They are well organized and answered all our questions.

We totally enjoyed our vacation in Chatham. Our vacation rental was perfect for our family. We are grandparents and we invited our daughter's family to join us. the set up of the bedrooms worked perfectly for all as the home has one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms with a "sitting room" upstairs. the home is decorated beautifully and every detail has been thought about. the kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. the outside shower was used daily by our grandkids. the screened in porch was a wonderful place to spend time. We could not has asked for a nicer home to spend our vacation!

This home met all expectations! The owners have done everything possible to make it a nice vacation home, Everything was fresh and clean. Thr set up with two bedrooms and a "sitting room" upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs was great for our party of 6 (two children). The screened in porch was used frequently and the outdoor shower used daily! The kitchen was well equipped. Cockle Cove Beach is within walking distance and adjacent to that beach is the "kid friendly" Ridgevale Beach. This was the first time we had vacationed on the Cape and we enjoyed the house and the area tremendously!

The house we rented is on a quaint country road nestled amongst beautiful ponds. The house was extremely inviting and we felt right at home from the time we arrived and settled in. Lots of great space and views of the backyard pond.

It is easy to feel 'at home' at this property. David and Maria, the owners have made sure everything is available. They even left a welcome bag of extra everyday items. The house has a terrific floor plan and has a cute cottage feel. It was spotless, tastefully furnished and several pieces looked new. There were two flat screen TV's with great reception. The kitchen was spacious and modern and definitely had all new appliances. I was surprised at how many pots and pans and utensils that were available to us. Beds were all comfortable which is a big plus when you are on vacation. The two outside patios were a another big plus, especially as the upper patio is fenced so our dog could roam around and not bother anyone. This was our favorite spot to have breakfast while listening to the morning birdsong. The hot tub was terrific extra and super clean too. I was a little concerned about water quality until I learned the owners have this regularly checked. The fire pit was also a hit with our girls. One of the nice things about this house is that it is adjacent to a lake. The house has spectacular views of the lake which is lovely to look at both in the morning, and in the evening as the sun sets. There is a canoe and kayaks for guests to use and my girls enjoyed an afternoon on the lake using these. The house is set in a quiet residential neighborhood which was great for taking our dog for a walk. it is also very convenient to get to many essential shops, including Whole Foods which is 1.9 miles away. Also nearby are several beaches, and the beach pass included by the owners, really saved us a lot of parking fees. We were all really sad to leave 21 Beechwood Road and will definitely be returning.

It's a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. Very comfortable accommodations and we especially enjoyed the deck looking out over the cove. Nice large and well maintained gas grill too. Only a couple of inconveniences. Lots of dishes and cookware but could only find one frying pan when a couple of skillets would have been helpful. Also couldn't get the fridge ice maker to work. FROM NE VACATION RENTALS: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at 41 Nons Road in Harwich Port. We appreciate your comments and please note you can always contact us During your stay with any comments or needs. Here are owner comments back: FROM OWNER: The fridge ice maker I will check. they have to make sure the lever is down to make ice but when I go there Thursday I will check. There is a huge electric frying griddle in island. Big enough to do a pound of bacon, maybe they did not know it was in there. I know there is a couple frying pans, some are not that big. but I will look to see if any are missing. Beth
