Our family of 6 just spent a week at this charming Cape Cod house for a week. We lucked out & had fabulous weather, but this house was perfect for all of our needs. We have 4 young children & they all loved sleeping in the fun "bunk" room together. The layout was perfect for entertaining, and the rest of our family (renting houses in the same neighborhood) would end up here on nights we didn't eat out. We grilled, had lobsters & everyone enjoyed each other's company on the outside deck, sunroom & running around the yard playing games. The house is big enough that it comfortably fit our family of 6, and also small enough that I could keep an eye on my kids at all times. This house also had lots of pots, pans, serving trays that made entertaining easy with a big group. We also loved being in a quiet neighborhood where you can take walks, and even walk to the small beach at the end of Pleasant Street. We would definitely come back to this house.

Cottage number 5 was adorable and very comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent - walk to town, walk to beach. Had a lovely time!

We really enjoyed your home as we explored Cape Cod! On our arrival our daughters ran to the lake and immediately took the kayaks out followed by the hot tub! We loved spending time on the lake…it was always a perfect end to our day. The sunsets were spectacular and mesmerizing. While here, we explored the Cape Cod Rail Trail a couple of days, each time biking a different section. We also took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and enjoyed seeing the famous Jaws bridge (looking forward to watching that when we return home). The last couple of days were picture perfect summer days so we headed to Craigville Beach. We loved how low key and relaxing the beach was – it made it hard to leave, but knowing we had the lake at your home made it a little easier. Thank you for the beach pass, it was put to good use. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home. It will be hard to leave.

What a wonderful home!! It was very clean, very well equipped and so nicely decorated with a Cape theme. It was perfectly located as I have friends and relatives on Cockle Cove Road. The house is spacious with room for 8 at the dining room table which was perfect for a family/friend dinner party. The porch off of the dining room was like having an additional room. The design of the home offers privacy for the children as well as the adults. Chatham has so much to offer and this home is centrally located. It has great restaurants, the Friday night concerts at the Band Stand, wonderful stores downtown, a variety of beaches and, of course, the Schoolhouse Ice Cream store. What a great way to end a memorable vacation!!! I am looking forward to my return to Cockle Cove Road in Chatham next summer (hopefully, for a longer period of time).

Another awesome week in Chatham! The house is very comfortable and well-maintained and a short walk to Lighthouse Beach and town. We enjoyed every minute!

Extremely comfortable and well-equipped home. The Master Bedroom suite is like a separate apartment. The family room is perfect for drinks and conversation. The outdoor enclosed shower area offers bathing au natural. Walking distance (12 minutes) to Schoolhouse Pond.

We always have the best times at 415 Main! It is our home away from home! We can't wait to come back next year!!

This was a very nice house, we have stayed in hotel for years and this is the first time we stayed in a house and we where very happy. This house its own pool so swimming is fantastic. I would highly recommend this house the only down fall is the low ceilings in the upstairs and that is not really that big of a deal I am tall and was able to handle it.

We loved this home and would love to book it for next year if we can pin down a date. Everything was just perfect about this house. We had so much fun.

We've been to Cape Cod many times before and this vacation, by far, was the best because of this condo and its location. Condo - 2 Bd/2Bth condo was perfect for our family of 6. We can tell the owners took loving efforts to decorate the condo and provided everything we needed for a week. It even has two Weber grills (not some cheap brand) - charcoal and gas - even though we didn't have a chance to use them. The individual A/C's were God sent as it got really hot and humid. Outdoor furniture was very useful as we were able to seat comfortably and rinse our feet outside. We had a bucket outside with seawater to rinse our feet and I highly recommend you do the same so you don't bring all the sand inside. We also ate meals on the picnic table outside and it was great. The beds were a bit soft but the mattresses were high quality with mattress toppers. The rooms were decorated very tastefully and very neat. Our only "Cons" comment about the condo is that the ceiling on the first floor is very low and can feel stuffy but it gives you a small cottage like feeling. Location - can't get any closer to the ocean than here. It's right off a small beach next to a marina. You can dig for clams (you need a permit) right on the shore and even when it's high tide, the water only comes up to your knees! Perfect for families with young children. The beach is calm and the clear water is a perfect temperature. It's nice to have the condo right by the beach so we don't have to schlep all the beach stuff back and forth in a car. And you don't have to worry about parking! If you want to do yoga in the morning on the beach, you can walk to the Chatham Lighthouse down the block, which is a larger beach with waves and fine sandy areas. We also went to Chatham Fishing Pier which is very close by where you can watch the commercial fishing boats come in, buy fresh fish, and charter a fishing boat if you want to fish. Parking is very limited but it's a fun place to visit. The condo is also within walking distance to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located. It's about a mile but it's a pleasant walk and is perfect for a stroll after going to the beach. We had a great time and if we were going back to Cape Cod, we'd definitely stay in this condo again! P.S. New England Vacation Rentals's emails were no joke! They kept us informed every step of the way and check in and check out was a breeze! Very professional and we loved renting from them!

We've been staying at Cape rentals for the last three seasons and this property was the best by far. Sometimes it's difficult to tell from pictures and 'words' what the property is like but this one lived up to the billing. It was clean, well appointed with extra's including central air conditioning, excellent appliances, i.e., fridge, washer, dryer, grill, outdoor furniture, plenty of parking, etc. It is, like many properties, about 2 miles from the water but is a straight shot without stressful traffic. It was perfect for two Seniors, 1 son with 2 teenage Grands who came for several days. As you can tell, I would recommend to anyone. We'll be going to England next year so might skip the Cape.

Great house, convenient to Chatham and local beaches

My family and I frequent Chatham and have an annual tradition of staying there during the summertime. This was the first time we stayed at 14 Capri Lane, and we were not disappointed. Close proximity to town, right on the wonderful Oyster Pond, the location could not be be beat. Then, the house itself was just the perfect layout for our family of 6, with enough living and kitchen space to host us all as well as our extended family that visited from a nearby house rental. The bedrooms were laid out well, if not the walls a little thin, and the bathroom situation was perfect for us to split up. While we didn't use the finished basement all that much - with it's full size flat-screen TV, DVD player, board games and ping pong table, it was nice knowing it was there in case we needed it due to a rainy day. This was really a perfect base for us and we would absolutely rent it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested!

Immaculately clean, fully furnished kitchen, rest of house accommodated our needs. Instructions were well defined and so clear. Outside porch, shower, and yard all added to our needs and comfort. Air conditioning worked perfect,

We've been renting 17 Uncle Venies for at least 8-9 years now and would never go anywhere else! We love Red River Beach and have enjoyed many, many wonderful memories here! Out of all the places we've traveled in the world, THIS is the that soothes our souls and has us counting the days til we return!

Our stay at 201 Main Street was nothing short of spectacular! The house was not only beautiful but impeccably maintained. Every detail was thought of in every room of the house. From the well-stocked kitchen and wet bar, the outdoor shower, the many DVD's for the movie screen, the extra beach chairs, the full gas tanks in the grill, to the perfect temperature in the hot tub and more. The location with walking distance into town and Lighthouse beach makes this house a perfect home for the perfect vacation.

This home was exactly as described and as shown in the supplied photos. Actually, it was better than we expected. The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation immensely and look forward to returning to Chatham next summer. Truly a wonderful vacation.

Loved our stay near ridgevale beach again this year. My family and I have been coming on and off for 30+ years. This house had a huge deck with absolutely beautiful views. Staying there was a real treat. Master bedroom also had waterviews - so relaxing to wake up to that view every morning. Wish we could have stayed longer than a week!
