We've been coming to this property now for the past 3 years and love it. The location near Seymour Pond and the Rail Trail is perfect for our young family. The house is also good sized and well cared for. We are happy to make this our second home every summer for a short time!

Wonderful home. Outdoor is deceiving as the interior is very well updated. Adorable and very cute. You will love the inside. Great deck, shed storage for bikes and beach equipment. Very dog friendly.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Chatham, 151 Sky Way is the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The house is immaculate, it is extremely well equiped and very tastefully furnished. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

My husband and I absolutely loved this contemporary Harwich home. The large deck in back was perfect for morning coffee and evening cookouts with a very private yard. Inside was immaculate and so comfortable for entertaining or just relaxing. The kitchen was quite large and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We looked forward to watching a family of wild turkeys stroll around the perimeter of the yard daily. Too cute! We would definitely rent this home again.

For Stay August 2016 This was our first time at the cottage. We had a wonderful time with our two daughters. We liked Earle Road Beach and walking to the playground. We enjoyed Ember Pizza and shopping in Harwich Port. Looking forward to coming back!

June 2016 Stay: Like the high ceiling in the main area and the beach decor. Nice fireplace. we had a great week, great weather 70's and sunny all week. Enjoyed the beaches and the beautiful sunsets at the Bay. My husband loved the outdoor shower.

This was a gem of a cottage. I honestly do not think the photos do it justice. Everything was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials we needed and we felt like we were home away from home. It is situated on a quiet street, 2 blocks from a gorgeous beach. We have stayed at the cape in various places, but this by far, has been our favorite. We can't wait to book a week (or 2) next summer!

From July 2016 Stay: This is our 5th year staying at 130 Belmont. We absolutely love this cottage. So happy as there is now a full length mirror (nice addition)! I also liked that there was a gift bag on the table with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish liquid. For new guests we recommend our favorite restaurants such as Oyster Company Dennisport, Ocean House Dennisport, Del Mar Chatham, Brax (best Lobster roll) Harwich Port. If you really want to treat yourself go to the Chatham Bars Inn clambake located in the Oceanside restaurant. Need a reservation and a little pricey but worth it. I really wish the cottage was rented all season for weekends as we would come in May, Oct and Dec. However we always look forward to our week with our pops. See you next year!

What a great place to enjoy the Chatham area with friends! The house was ideal for the six of us! We enjoyed eating out on the deck and lounging in the sun room and the front room! The large table and dining area was wonderful for nice group meals. There were several notebooks in the house with fun places to see and good restaurants to enjoy! It was only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach, or walk in the opposite direction to Dunkin Donuts as well as cute shops and restaurants. We plan to return to this great house in a good location!

We loved the home, perfect for our family. Well kept, nicely decorated, beautifully landscaped, nice and clean upon arrival. Had everything we desired from central air, laundry, nice kitchen, nice bathroom to things above and beyond such as a beautiful yard and patio with grill, and the outdoor shower was a huge plus for after beach rinse-downs. Only complaint was the queen bed killed our backs (probably an old mattress), but literally that was it. Everything else was amazing. Other tip I'd give was that the photo of the bathroom on your website does not match the actual bathroom, must be from a different house. That said, the bathroom absolutely met our expectations and was nice and clean. Much thanks!! FROM NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS:  Thanks for taking the time to give us your comments.  As far as the bed goes, it is only 3 years old and we had two people last year tell us it was as comfortable as any bed they’ve ever slept on.  We guess everyone has different mattress comfort levels that the like. We hope to assist you again.

This home met all our expectations for a venue to host a family celebration of six adults and five children. Its location on the edge of the village put it within walking distance of the Main St shops and restaurants. The kitchen and living area could easily accommodate a larger party than ours. The third floor has 4-5 beds in a sleeping room, allowing the home to claim it can accommodate up to 20 people. Our party was smaller and we did not need to occupy the third floor. I'm not sure what the comfort level would be for those sleeping on the third floor if the outside temperature was above the low 80s. All things considered we would highly recommend this property. FROM NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at Priscilla House.  The third floor does have central air and heat.  Drawing the shades on hot summer days should help keep things cool and comfortable for those larger parties that are utilizing its third floor. Thanks for your feedback

What a beautiful home, so well located, furnished and decorated. The back yard is a great place to relax and the neighbourhood is clean, friendly and terrific for families. You will not be disappointed! We went with our 2 adult sons, their spouses our granddaughter and our dog. Everyone had a wonderful time. Will definitely want to go back!

This is a wonderful house in an awesome location. We had 20 people staying here and there was room for everyone. All of the renovations to the house are great, especially the kitchen. Super easy walk to the shops and restaurants in town.

Absolutely loved the house and location! Easy access to just about everything. I do feel the parking was difficult because we had a large group and the parking was very tight. FROM NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: Priscilla House can accommodate parking for 8 cars, but if additional parking is needed there is a parking lot at 365 Main Street.

The home and location were great - we had everything we needed and then some. The ability to walk downtown and to the beaches was wonderful and the location for the 4th of July parade could not have been better. A real treat. We celebrated my Mom's 85th birthday in style. The only recommendation I would make is that the mattress could be upgraded - many people had sore backs by the end of the week.-- From New England Vacation Rentals: Thanks for our comments we will pass the on to the owners --especially about the beds.  We hope to assist you again. UPDATE from New England Vacation Rentals: The owners have now upgraded all of the bedding as of November 2017.

Impressive. We were pleased with the condition and amenities available at this property! Other than food, towels and bedding this house has absolutely everything you will need. There is a nice beach (Hardings) .5 miles away for watching Kite surfing and a nice walk out to the lighthouse and Oyster Bay. If you are squeamish about seaweed this isn't the best beach for swimming unless you don't mind getting out 20 ft to get past it.

This is great vacation home. The rooms are bright and cheery and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the shed was filled with outdoor games, sand chairs and a beach umbrella. The flower gardens around the house were spectacular!

We enjoyed our visit. It was a very clean, well-equipped, quiet, convenient home. It was a perfect size for our family. We were close without being onto of one another. Yes we would come again for the same week but cannot commit at this time. The only thing that was missing was a back yard. WE went to the beach every day but for the little one a back yard would have been good for him while we were getting ready.

For over 20 years we have stayed at 38 Pleasant Street, wouldn't dream of staying any other place. We call it our second home-with many warm and fond memories with our children and now the next generation. Truly a magical place.

Location, location, location. This home is close to town and beaches. If you love kayaking this is the place for you! We came to beautiful Chatham with our daughter and her family. The lake is small enough to let the kids go off and kayak. In the basement there is a table tennis table and a wonderful three season room. We brought our two dogs with us and it was perfect having them here. The house was great. It has a well stocked kitchen and a convenient laundry room. The outside deck and house have tremendous views of the lake. Our family enjoyed staying in this home.

Thank you for sharing Old Camp with us. We had such a wonderful time together, made that much more special and comfortable by the amenities of your lovely home. We wanted for nothing, slept and ate well, swam, boated, and read. Having returned to the Cape last year with my family for the first time in almost 30 years. I cherish all the moments I get to spend here now. We hope to return to Old Camp again next summer.

This was our second stay at Mermaid's Rest; and it was as wonderful as the first. Early Spring is a great time to be on the Cape. It's peaceful and without the summer crowds. Because the leaves weren't out yet, the views of the sunsets over the lake were spectacular--whether from the upper patio or through the expanse of windows along the dining area. We even had the opportunity to watch a fox sunbathing on the lower patio--a very pleasant surprise. Because the weather was cool, we were so glad to be able to enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace. We took almost daily leisurely walks along Craigville Beach, which is just a ten minute drive away. We even had time to do a few of the jigsaw puzzles made available to guests at the house. A very enjoyable and relaxing vacation! We look forward to returning again in the Fall.

We had a great stay. Priscilla House is all about location! It's walking distance to both the Main Street shops of Chatham and the beach. It's also located next to a coffee/bagel shop which was very convenient. The first floor renovations are gorgeous and our group of 18 stayed very comfortably. House was well appointed with some minor exceptions. The weather didn't permit us to enjoy leisurely beach days but the garage is chock full of beach chairs, toys and coolers for guest use. Very grateful for the provided linens, towels and beach towels. Laundry is conveniently located. I would recommend this house to any large group that wants to enjoy the best of Chatham.

This cottage served as the perfect home base for our Cape Cod adventures. It was idyllic, centrally located and super comfortable. It was immaculate, well appointed and it had great water pressure. We loved our stay, and wish that we didn't live 7 hours away.

For Stay April 2017: My boyfriend and I rented this home with two other couples for a relaxing getaway in our favorite spot on Cape Cod - Chatham! The house was so beautiful and newly renovated. Everything was extremely clean and looked brand new. I particularly loved the decor and furnishings - everything is bright & breezy, very coastal chic. We also made good use of the gourmet kitchen & outdoor grill to cook-out quite a bit. The open concept is ideal for groups, we had so much fun hanging out at the house, cooking in the kitchen and playing games on the back deck. In addition to the house itself, the location is great too! Just a short drive to both Harwich and Chatham town centers - we even walked to downtown Chatham a couple of times. It's a bit of a longer walk but totally doable. We also walked to Cockle Cove and down the Cape Cod beach to Ridgeville (about a 10 minute walk). Both are great beaches for kids, especially with the creek running behind them - too cold to go in the water though! But really beautiful scenery. The house is also less than a 0.5 mile walk to the Rail Trail, which we walked every morning to the Chatham Airport diner for delicious breakfast. During our stay, we went to the Devil's Purse Brewery in South Dennis for beer tasting and had so much fun! We also went shopping in downtown Chatham and out to dinner in Harwichport and Chatham... be sure to stop by the Squire for some fun and people-watching. But the absolute highlight of the trip was getting drinks at the Chatham Bars Inn - it's so beautiful, definitely a must-see! Overall, I would rent this house again in a heart beat. We had such a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing weekend in Cape Cod!
