My husband and two 12 years old stayed for 1 week. This home has everything you need to make for a very relaxing stay away from home. Access to free beach down the road on the bay side. The home is very clean, neat, nicely decorated and the grounds are beautiful. Would highly recommend. We had a great stay in West Yarmouth. Thanks!

Loved the house. Our second year to rent it. Would like to rent again next year, first full week in August. The openness of the house and skylights make it bright and cheerful on the rainiest of days. Our daughter and her husband own a house on Palmer, so having the rental on the same street makes it convenient. Sort of the "Mitchell Compound". Mary Ann Mitchell

Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings and tasteful décor. We were very comfortable and especially enjoyed having the parents upstairs with our teenager downstairs in his own space. Loved being within walking distance to Ridgevale Beach.

We had an amazing time in Chatham with lots to do. I was their with my four adult children and being be to walk into town and to the beach allowed everyone to come me go as they pleased. The views from the house were great and made dining at home even better. The house was a perfect size and comfortable for all.

Hello! We had a wonderful time at 299 Cranberry Lane and truly loved the home and the views. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay there. The home itself was very well kept. The small things that we wanted to mention : there were a number of spots and stains on the carpets, the upstairs balcony was beautiful but somewhat unstable seeming with old wood flooring and railings. Truly this was very minor and we loved staying in the home & will likely try to come back next year. Thank you again.

We love 12 Alonzo Road! We hope we can continue our family tradition of vacationing there. The owners have thought of everything and the home is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly clean. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We have one suggestion and this is not for the owners but for the real estate company that rents out the property. 3:00 is already a late check in especially when you have small children. We need to go to the real estate company to get the key. We arrived at the company at 2:30, there was a sign on the door that said will be back at 2:45. They arrived at 3:00 and then we had to wait in a huge line to get the key. There has to be a better way. By the time we got into our home it was after 4:00. When something is already paid in full I would hope we can be there right at 3:00. Something similar happen to us last year as well where we ended up waiting hours to get into our rental. I wrote a review last year as well but nobody ever responds, I have been renting on the Cape for nearly 2 decades and this has only happened when using New England Real Estate. Can anything be done about this?
FROM NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: Thanks for your comments. Regarding check in --while it is supposed to start at 3PM we always start at promptly 2:45 PM and even earlier including your arrival day. We understand our guests frustration in wanted to check in earlier. It is just not possible during the peak busy summer as we have our cleaners and maintenance team working as fast as they can to get our homes ready for our guests. It is a very small window between check out time of 10am and 3pm. We appreciate you booking with us again next year and look forward to having you back.

This home is well taken care of, very comfortable AND well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the private backyard for lawn games and fires in the fireplace. The deck and grill were great! No negatives at all and we'd love to book next year!

The kids particularly enjoyed the large pool and the blow-up toys that came with it. We had 5 kids ranging from 4-15. They also rented bicycles and rode around the area. The house is very lovely and everyone had a great time. We were told there were no supplies in it, but everything was there except the linens. The only problem we had was that we could not figure out how to lock the back doors, but it is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The beach is two blocks away. The house is very nice. The only complaint I have have is the blue couch is not firm and you tend to sink in deep. But I definitely would rent this house again

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the Aoibhneas home. It was very clean, nicely appointed with all amenities including central air and a quaint yard and within a short distance of restaurants, go karts, and shopping. My family and I had a very nice stay here in Harwich and would love to return in the future.

This was our second year there. We loved it! So glad the back deck tree sap and bird poop issue was resolved by removing that tree. Nice work there. We hope to come back again.

This house was just the right size and what an amazing unobstructed view of Nantucket Sound! At the end of a dead end street all you could hear were the wildilfe and breeze blowing through the open screen doors. One special thing is that we needed to take the keys 1 hour early due to a very important event and NEVR made that happen. Their staff is beyond amazing and helpful in every way. This house is definitely a gem!

This home was immaculate and the perfect setup for our family. We had 7 people for the week and we were very comfortable with all of the accommodations. The location was great; a quick, relaxing walk to the beach or going out to sightsee or to dinner, etc. We will absolutely return!

We loved the newly updated renovated Priscilla House. It was a haven for our grown up extended families to spend a week together. There was plenty of room, everything we needed, town was right there and we could walk to Light House beach! Our whole family (all 20 fo us!) would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved 165 Ridgevale! I hope to rent it again next summer! The house was immaculate, and beautifully decorated, and central air was a huge plus! One suggestion would be to put larger plastic bowls in the house. Something for a bag of chips, and even to put pasta salad in. Those colored plastic large bowls were needed, so I had to purchase some at job lot while we were there. That was the only thing missing! Really appreciated seeing trash bags and foil. I did bring those myself, as well. Lastly it would be nice to have a pad and pen to write on. Had the need to take a marions order, could of grabbed a paper and pen if there was one. Not a huge deal but even a magnetic pad on side of fridge would come in handy for lists. A special thank you for responding and delivering us a replacement toaster! Best

Great home! It's very spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. We came with a gang of 8 people and felt like we could have had twice that number without being on top of each other. The location is centrally located on The Cape making it a great place for people who want to be busy, or it can also accommodate those wishing to just relax in a big, beautiful home. The company managing the property were easy to work with and made it hassle-free. Would definitely return for another family vacation!

If you are looking for a beautiful quiet home located directly on Long Pond in Harwich, this is it! The five acre retreat is tucked way back off the road giving ultimate privacy. There are two very large bedrooms with full baths on the main level. The upper floor has two smaller bedrooms with two twin beds in each. There is a bathroom in between. Very large open feeling in the main living area with picture windows all around highlighting the glimpses of the lake just beyond. The kitchen is a bit dark but adequate. There are two separate dining areas, one with six chairs, the other with seats for eight. Wonderful views outside from both. Additional lighting is needed in the area that seats eight for after dark dining. There are kayaks, a canoe, and a small sailboat with life vests for your use on this gorgeous "Pond". New high capacity washer and dryer are located off the garage in the basement area. There is a small deck with four chairs down by the water for sitting and relaxing. We found it even more relaxing to place a few beach chairs right at lake level and sit and enjoy the scenery. This house is air conditioned throughout with multiple thermostats for area control. We loved our three week stay in this home and hope to return next year.

The house was great! Very clean and loved all the beachy decor. Wonderful beach home. Great location. Although we brought toilet paper, detergent ect.....it was very hospitable that they had all of that available incase the guests forgot something. We really enjoyed the sunroom! We would rent this house again. Also the staff at New England vacation rentals were wonderful to work with!

This cottage was perfect for my husband, myself and our 13yr old daughter. We loved how new and updated everything was. The cottage was also well stocked with just about anything you would need. The only very small detail that could be addressed is the bed while pretty comfortable is very tall, a step stool kept in the already very well supplied cleaning closet could remedy this easily. The outdoor shower, large private deck, and comfortable outdoor furniture were terrific! We enjoyed many mornings and evenings relaxing on the deck watching the birds and bunnies. Loved the very short walk to the beach with gorgeous sunsets and endless space to walk in the shallow water at low tide. Overall our family enjoyed our stay immensely!

We stayed at 19 Old Cart Way in Chatham and had a great week. The property is very private, quaint, nicely furnished, and a very easy walk to Hardings Beach. The house had a great sunroom/porch where we enjoyed playing board games and reading. There is a peaceful, shady backyard with a hammock. And the gardening is very beautiful. It's clear the owner puts a lot of thought and TLC into this home. We will definitely be back!

Spent a week at "Family Tides" - extremely well accommodated - they haven't missed a thing! We (6 of us) thoroughly enjoyed Cape Cod (Chatham)! The Friday night band concert in the park was so great and wonderful family fun! Plus there is so much more to see and do. Cranberry bogs, seals, osprey birds and nests, hydrangeas, wonderful clean beaches, light houses (take the walk up!) and more. Shopping was fun and eating (as always) was spectacular - scallops, shrimp, lobster and ice cream!. The house had everything we (6 of us) needed from BBQ grill to beach chairs and cooler. "Family Tides" can accommodate 10 people but it was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms for our 4 "family units" and 2 bathrooms. The back porch was the best & a great way to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing sit with a book and a coffee in the morning - or any time. Great to eat outside too - everything you need - table w/umbrella, chairs, table cloth, place mats and even a couple of citronella candles in small buckets to fend off the "no see 'ems" (tiny gnats that you can hardly "see" ... get it?). And if you ever need a quick (and cheap) somethings else; you (like me) might enjoy a visit to "Job Lots" and get some more amazing stuff. Actually, that's a great stop the first day if you need anything else for the week/beach etc. - especially if you are flying in, you can get perfectly wonderful beach toys & towels and "stuff" without having to jam it in your suitcase. All in all we had a fantastic week!
