This was the perfect house for our family and I would highly recommend it. The location, the house, the pool all were better than expectations. We had a fabulous week on the Cape. Mary was so helpful when we checked in, the house had everything we needed, we have the best memories from this trip and will talk about it for years to come. We moved from New England 12 years ago to Seattle, I have wanted to return to the Cape for years and it was a great week! We look forward to returning and would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Booked late and this was only week this home was available...so we got lucky. Place was much much nicer and larger than expected! Had 7 in group...could easily sleep 10. TWO full baths big plus. Kitchen good size as was living room with nice tv with all channels. New composite deck in rear...nice on bare feet...with outdoor shower. Garage to store beach items and full basement with laundry and extra room with futon and tv was another bonus. Red River beach 4 min drive...very nice beach. Location was convenient halfway between Chatham and Harwich Port. Overall very very nice place...highly recommend...and frankly a steal...this place closer to beach would be double $$.

It has been a pleasures working with Joanne and Sonnie from New England Vacation Rentals. They have been professional, supportive, thorough, and truly know the vacation rental business on Cape Cod. It has given us peace of mind knowing they were taking care of all the particulars during our rental season, while keeping us well informed of any issues needing our attention. NEVR is a terrific, professional company and we have had excellent results utilitzing the team. Sonnie and Joanne have years of experience in this business and are the best on Cape Cod. We have been renting our homes for over 15+ years and bar none, they have proven to be the best there is. To ''Don'" - as an owner, you should appreciate the enormoity of what goes into summer rentals. This team works extremely hard to make every effort for our guests comfort and satisfaction. As owners ourselves, we understand the work involved. The emails they send are witty and funny - not insulting as you imply. They try to maintain a sense of humour when mishaps occur and by sharing, make us all realize we are not alone when disaster strikes. I commend them for handling so much pressure with grace and calmness....no small feat in the height of the summer! Their business ethics are above reproach and we highly recommend renting through them.

New England Vacation Rentals have been very helpful and diligent in renting our property. We would, and have, highly recommend them. The owners are hands on and respond promptly. They attend to a myriad of details and save the home owner from dealing with lots of issues. 5 stars for sure!

Do you own a vacation home that you would like to rent? Are you looking for an excellent management company to handle the advertising, tenant screening and all that? Then look no further than New England Vacation Rentals (NEVR). As new owners of a rental home on Cape Cod, NEVR provided us with excellent tips about the “likes and needs” of summer guests so we could make our home desirable and bring in the maximum rent. This was our first summer renting our home on the Cape to vacationers and NEVR rented it for nine straight weeks! They are the best for owners and renters. And, they are great people to work with too!

The house is situated on a quiet development close to Seymour Pond. It provides good quality living accommodation with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has modern appliances and the outside balcony provides a restful retreat. At peak times it isn't cheap but in this part of Cape Cod that is par for the course.

This was a lovely and cozy beach home and perfect for our family of 5. The house was very comfortable and had very cute beach decor. The yard was well maintained and shed was very helpful to have since we had 5 bikes. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our family greatly enjoyed the Priscilla House. The new open design and modern kitchen on the ground floor was great for comfort, socialization and monitoring the younger children. The large TV was a bonus especially for the kids. The walking proximity to Town and nearby beach was great, with breakfast place, coffee, bike rental right next door. Beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, lobster pot, grill, and the two wagons were much appreciated. And the responsiveness of the New England Vacation Rentals staff was terrific. All told, it was a great week! Thank you!

The property was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have stayed in a better, more beautiful property. The house was beautiful, from top to bottom. Even though it was just my wife and 2 children, there was so much space and room to sleep 8 more people. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home, great location and tons of fun.

New England Vacation Rentals is great! Very friendly and super helpful love the emails with checklists before, during and checking out never had to scrounge up any paperwork they were always on top of things. Got locked out of garage and they responded immediately even though it was after hours and our problem was resolved in probably 30 minutes. The welcome package of soaps, paper towels, TP etc was perfect we didn't have to buy any of it and then leave 90% of it behind since we fly in each year not drive. And the little bag it came in was a great bag to take to the beach! Our rental house, 61 Eliphamets, was spotless and best location we've rented...on Mill Pond beautiful view and perfectly set to see sunsets, 10 minute walk to town, 10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach. Only a couple of super minor "cons" the master bed mattress is extremely (!!) hard it's new but beyond firm and living room furniture a bit on the old side could use a little updating. Other than that we had a great stay!

The Priscilla House is beautifully remodeled and in a perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Lighthouse Beach is also very close. We had great family time around the outdoor fire pit sitting in the adirondeck chairs and on the large table on the deck. We did notice the 3rd floor did not appear to be renovated and the bathroom is very small and old. The only major issue was the extremely hard mattresses throughout the house. The beds are very uncomfortable and several of us couldn't sleep and had sore backs. Overall a fun family vacation in a wonderful house!

The house was beautiful, from top to bottom. Even though it was just my wife and 2 children, there was so much space and room to sleep 8 more people. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home, great location and tons of fun.

It was a charming house with nice beach decor. Perfect for our family of 5. The location was great too. We loved biking on the bike trails, eating at the talkative pig, our day on Nantucket and of course all the quaint beaches. Great beach home close to beaches, bike paths and restaurants. The yard was well maintained and shed was very helpful to have since we had 5 bikes. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our family had a great week on cape cod at this lovely home. The entire house has been redone so it has all the modern conveniences you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood and just steps away from a little inlet that you can go kayaking on ( with the 3 kayaks that are provided), yet it's about 2 miles into town. It was more that enough house for the 4 of us! It would be the perfect house for 2 young families as there's one bedroom with a king size bed/full bath and one with a queen size bed on the first floor with a full hall bath. upstairs there are two bedrooms with plenty of twin size beds and a full bath.

This lovely house worked very well for us as we enjoyed the Chatham area on Cape Cod. It is in a quiet neighborhood but also so close to many great beaches, ponds, and shopping in Chatham and nearby towns. Thanks for being pet friendly!!!

The house and grounds were very nice. The one thing that would keep me from renting this house again is the stair case going up to the master suite. The grounds are especially beautiful. House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. thanks very much. FROM NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: So glad you enjoyed the home. The staircase was specifically designed for this home to create access to the upstairs while maintaining the open feel of the lower level. The staircase has been built to building code and is made out of 1/4" thick steel plate. We do highlight the staircase info and show a photo of it on our description. We hope to have you back again.

My family found the home wonderful. Only a pool could of made it better. Everything was clean and nice. Good location near bike trail and corner store. I would definitely recommend this home. Our family loves the Crow's Nest. We will return next year, and hopefully for years to come. The location really can't be beat (I kayaked to the marsh every day). Architecturally, it's a really neat house, and has a nice cozy, comfortable feel to it. It could use a few updates and maybe some fresh paint, but having granite counter tops isn't that important to me, having easy access to the water is. Love staying up on the third floor in the treetops! And the kids really love the swings and hammock and yard space. Perfect for us! Our stay at 36 Cross St, Harwich Port was integral to our total enjoyment of Cape Cod. It provided a comfortable base for walking to Harwich Port and the beach, visiting Sand Pond, and trips to Chatham and Provincetown.

Excellent holiday rental which has been convenient for all of Cape Cod. Visited several beaches, Chatham, brilliant experience whale watching in Provincetown followed by the carnival which was an unexpected bonus. Good day for the kids at the inflatables park. Received lots of useful advice from Sally at the information centre in Harwich. Little Boys Caper is really homely and ideal for a family of 4. Plenty of space to spread out and relax! If it wasn't so far from us, I'd be back next year!!

So livable. lots of room to chill out. big living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Bed rooms well place for separate peace and quiet. You don't feel any of the neighboring houses are too close. Very private. patio is a great place to enjoy afternoon sun. Large dining area where cooks can interact with family. very nice neighborhood for walks or runs (a little hilly). we brought our 2 kayaks and there are three provided with house. short walk to Ryder's Cove put in next to community dock. location is great for access to downtown Chatham by bike or car. Unusual for a rental property in terms of furniture and decor quality. More like a real home. Just loved it. Our group included my wife and me, my daughter and her husband, my son, my wife's 2 daughters and a college roommate of youngest daughter. bedrooms were well isolated from each other and well equipped for our particular mix of people.

We've been coming here for almost 10 years now and would never go anywhere else! The house is very clean and you can't beat the deck views or the sounds of the ocean! The convenience to Red River Beach trumps all! Working with New England Vacation Rentals over the years has been top notch. Out of all the places we visit in the world, this ranks as one of our top vacations every year!

We loved the 2 living areas and the proximity to red river beach. Eey clean and neat. I would recommend changing the description to a full size bed in the master as it currently says queen. The bed is VERY sofy and should really be replaced. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

The home is beautiful and fitted our family of 7 perfectly. It had many spaces to spread out in for quiet times or getting together for games etc. We loved the privacy and the beautiful grounds surrounding it. Being on the deck over looking the marsh was special. We rented this home for celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family and we couldn't have asked for anything better
