Submitted: Sep 8, 2017 Stayed: August 2017 First thing John and Ruby are great hosts. John gave his time on the phone for great recommendations around Cape Cod. They were always quick in returning phone calls or texts. The house was as advertised. Beautiful and most importantly clean. Also has everything you need. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Bikes and beach chairs in garage. Relax on the backyard deck. Tv and wifi Location was great. 10 minute walk to beach. Also free parking if you decide to drive. Only 10 minute ride to downtown Chatham or Harwich. 20 minute ride to Hyannis. Would stay here again

Submitted: Sep 21, 2017 Stayed: September 2017 This property is nicely decorated with such great attention to detail, quiet, and private. Immaculately clean and organized. Great location! The chef-like kitchen was amazing! Huge stove/oven, highend cutlery, and all that is needed to cook and bake. Two complete sets of dishes are provided. Great wood floors. So new. So clean. Thanks so much for exceeding all our expectations and being so helpful and accommodating! We had a great time! Perfect proximity to enjoy the entire Cape, which is exactly what we did! Thanks!

The Priscilla House was everything that you promised it would be!! On our arrival there was a lovely welcoming basket of goodies from New England Vacation Rentals which was such a nice thoughtful touch. Our family spent Thanksgiving week at the house and had a wonderful time! With adults and kids of all ages, the location so close to town was great for all. It was a short walk to town where you can have a good meal, peruse the nice shops, and visit the candy store! The kitchen was fabulous---well equipped with more than enough dishes and utensils for us to make Thanksgiving dinner for 14! The wine fridge was a great addition, as well as the second dishwasher and two washers and dryers! The bedrooms were all nicely decorated, and everyone slept well in the new comfortable beds throughout the house. I would highly recommend this very comfortable home for a group of family or friends to get away and enjoy the lovely town of Chatham. Thanks again Sonnie, Joanne and Julie!

We rented this house for Thanksgiving 2017. Easy walk to town and beach. Chatham is lots of fun at this time of year. More than adequate kitchen supplies (pots,pans etc.) to cook thanksgiving dinner.

24 Sea Mist Lane exceeded our expectations in every way. From the well appointed beachy decor to the cleanliness of every room, we could not have been happier. The location was perfect with a view of the marsh and beach from the second floor and a very short walk to the beach. The great room was perfect for gathering, with a gas fireplace, open kitchen and large dining table. The master suite was large and private and the two full baths were a bonus. We enjoyed every moment of our trip and will certainly return again.

An attractive house, beautifully decorated and in a great location which is quiet but just off Main Street, Chatham with easy walking access to shops, bars and restaurants. The house is very well equipped, from the viewpoint of not just a holidaymaker but as a home away from home. Chatterbox in Chatham is champion!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for us and was so convenient to the beach and to the charming town of Chatham. We enjoyed great seafood at several different pubs and restaurants. We always enjoy our time in Chatham and our stay at the Sea Mist offered everything we needed. it is a lovely, comfortable home with balcony views of Nantucket Sound. We found the living space open and airy; a wonderful setting to begin and end our day. We were welcomed to the home with a gift bag of essentials which was provided by the owner. This was most appreciated and we used every item.
Chatham is a perfect location; a mid-point with easy access to everything the cape has to offer. We never miss Monday night jazz at the Roadhouse in Hyannis. The restaurants continue to impress and we especially liked Pisces in Chatham and L'Alouette by Christian in Harwich. The October weather was beautiful and we enjoyed patio seating for dinner at the Chatham Inn. Of course, our first point of socializing is at Squires. The beautiful fall weather also offered the perfect backdrop for hiking on the many nature trails. A fabulous week and we would certainly stay at the Sea Mist again.

Amazing location to downtown. Can walk everywhere. The house it self is spectacular. Modern kitchen with but the house still has all of the Cape charm. Definitely would rent again.

The house is nicely decorated and has everything we needed. However, we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the perfect view! Very private location while still being just a short drive to dining, shopping, and ocean beaches.

House was lovely inside. Great outside space and quiet street. I will definitely consider renting again next September. Recommend fixing outside shower door lock and having a line outside for hanging towels.

Visiting from sunny (& HOT) Florida, we had a wonderful week here at 16 Starfish Lane. We enjoyed the mild weather and spent 3 of our days lounging on the beach. We visited Provincetown for some shopping, stopped at the Beachcomber [in Wellfleet] on the way home and ended up at the Squire to round out our day. At the Squire we met some players from the Chatham Anglers and attended a game on Thursday night. Chatham Bars Inn was worth a visit and I personally loved the flowers and landscapes of Chatham. Daily walks to the lighthouse, seal watching and even a bit of clamming filled our days. It went too fast and we were never bored or wanting for things to do. Your home was comfortable, clean and well stocked for our visit. Perfect place for my first visit to the Cape!

What a wonderful vacation week we had in this unit! Chatham is our favorite area of the Cape. [This area of] Chatham is quiet, but also a short drive to everything we need. At this home we love the closeness to the water, the deck upstairs, and the excitement of the Outermost Harbor Marina. This home is full of light and all the conveniences we needed. It is the perfect size for our family of six. Our favorite memories are watching the high - low tides come and go, walking the beach, flying kites, fishing and exploring the water’s edge for sea creatures at low tide. Thank you for letting us “borrow” your home! The happy memories are priceless!

We visited with our dog this September and we fell in love with the cape and the lake. House is perfectly located and the Craigville Beach was perfect for beach walks with our dog. The lake was beautiful and calm we enjoyed daily canoe rides at the end of our days --- will definitely return

The house was perfect for our girls' reunion. The decor was delightful and we enjoyed having our own bathrooms. Everything we needed was provided at the house. The location was great for walking to the shops and restaurants. When a maintenance issue arose with a leaky refrigerator, NE Rentals were extremely prompt and efficient in attending to the problem. Would highly recommend this property as a base for exploring the Cape.

The home was amazing. Every detail was perfect , clean , very central location , everything you could want was provided . Even hurricane Jose tried to ruin our vacation but we were able to still have a good time with puzzles and ping pong provided at the house. If we do come back I will surely use your agency again to fulfill my needs. Thank you Rich Morrow

This home was ideal for our purposes. Well located for the beach and not too far from town. The pool area was scenic and private. All the rooms in the house were well thought out and provide many comfortable places for us to get together as well as areas where we could get away. Over the years I have rented many properties up and down the east coast but this real estate company was the best I've ever worked with.

We loved this house! It has everything needed to make a relaxing vacation. The house is well designed and decorated with all the comforts of home. The deck includes seating for six, a hot tub and outdoor shower. The second floor deck provides glorious views of the sunset and sound. A short walk to Pleasant St beach is convenient and lovely. We would highly recommend this house and hope to return someday.

The house was perfect for our stay! Great location, close to town and for getting around the Cape. We had everything we needed in the house and then some! The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our party of 4! We will absolutely consider staying there net year if we go to the Cape again.

The home was beautiful inside and out. They supplied you with everything you could possibly need. Only one complaint. The mattresses in the room with the three twin beds were awful. Would probably be okay for children but not adults. The other two rooms had very nice matresses and were very comfortable. We were in contact with Cape Cod Rentals a couple of times. They were extremely helpful.

My wife and I decided to stay at 21 Beechwood Rd for our long weekend getaway. This house has everything we needed and is located in close proximity to Main Street in Hyannis while being right on the lake with terrific views. The house is well kept and we made good use of the two patios and the sitting area down at the lake for beautiful sunsets. The fire pit and hot tub were a nice bonus. I highly recommend this place for your vacation or long weekend!!

This is a beautiful home in an ideal setting overlooking a pond. There is a beautiful outdoor deck as well as a glass enclosed sitting area overlooking the pond. The neighborhood is very nice and quite. We hope to return again in the near future.

This is my 2nd year staying at this beautiful home. I found it to be very attractive, clean and well-equiped. It is located in a perfect location as I have friends and relatives on Cockle Cove Rd. This home has so much to offer. The children enjoyed the boogey boards and we all enjoyed playing Croquet on the side lawn. The porch was enjoyed by all. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to vacation in Chatham. I hope to return again next year at the same time. We loved the house. It was clean, had all the necessary amenities. Loved having lots of good dishes and pots and pans. With two kids it made our life much easier. Very close to the beach. We had a blast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 41 Nons. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed and the setting is fantastic! We were happy to see a few new touches including the sofa and love seat in the living room and the fire pit table. The only challenge was that we didn't have enough propane to run the fire pit for all 3 nights and since it was chilly, we could have used it. It might be a good idea to keep a spare full tank handy. Other than that, the house is great and we will be back!

Regarding the propane tanks, we do state in our policies that guests are responsible for exchanging empty tanks. Each home provides two full tanks at the beginning of the season (there was a spare tank in the outdoor shower. This is also noted on the fridge). If you had contacted us during your stay we would have been happy to let you know where the back up propane tank is located. We hope to have you back again!
