This place was updated and had a great Cape Feel. Location was optimum right off Main St and a really nice quiet Side Street of Main.

I had a wonderful time at this charming and cozy apartment, It has been remodeled with great taste and attention to details.The area is quiet and it has a nice patio where to sit to enjoy a cupo of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset. I felt right at home since the moment I walked in. Everything is in excellent condition and the instructions are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend it to others and would come back for sure.

This house was perfect for us. 4 adults and an almost 5 year old. The house layout worked out that the in-laws had their area and my husband, myself and our little one had our area, which included a couch nook for the kiddo to watch morning cartoons without occupying the living room TV. The house was very open, a lot of natural light and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed from all the kitchen items, right down to the beach umbrellas. The home was beautiful and very clean and the property was the perfect size and appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood and the amount of yard for us to play freeze tag and hide and seek, the outdoor shower and hammock were added bonuses. The home location, was within a quick walk to cute little downtown Dennisport which has a lot of cute amenities to enjoy and a short ride to West Dennis Beach with easy access to RT 6 and 28! Would recommend this property to all, especially small families!

Our family just spent a delightful week here and I recommend it without reservation. The house is located at the end of a dirt road and it fronts Pleasant Bay -- what a view! This is an older home but everything works well and we were all very comfortable. The New England Vacation Rentals folks were very attentive as well. Book here and you won't be disappointed!

Thank you, your home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy the Cape! The house has amazing views over the salt marsh. Morning and evening this was the perfect place to bird watch and enjoy our coffee or glass of wine. The picture of the house is deceiving as it’s built into a hill, so it is actually twice as big. The flow is great with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, sliders to the deck and a great grill (which we used nightly). I loved the two family rooms so that there was space to spread out. We have five children, so we especially liked the outdoor shower! Every day we would load up the beach wagon and walk to the beautiful sandy beach. On the beach, there is an area where the creek water moves from the marsh to the ocean. It is tidal, and the kids were able to catch little hermit crabs with their nets and loved it!! Great local food and shops etc. Plenty to do for all of us. We had a wonderful week and created many great memories. We will be back!

My family and I loved our stay at Mermaid's Rest. The house is beautiful and well maintained, the neighborhood is friendly and conveniently located to Centerville and Hyannis, and the easy access to the lake (and the canoe and kayaks) was fantastic. And we're so grateful to Sonnie and the team at New England Vacation Rentals for their super-friendly and quick responses to every question we had. Thanks to the owners and to New England Vacation Rentals for making this great house a pet-friendly one as well. Our only complaint is that we were only there for a long weekend -- we'd love to stay longer next time!

Everything was great, the agency was easy to deal with. A few concerns about the cleanliness of the house, seems whom ever is cleaning needs to be a bit more diligent in dusting and vaccuming.

This was our first time on the Cape Cod area. Our 2 daughters and a friend and my husband and I had a great relaxing time. House is centrally located for a lot of great easy places to explore. Loved the ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard. Mary suggested Beachtree Cantina on Main Street. Very good. Also Ocean House on the water near West Dennis. Thanks again for relaxing time. Need a fire pit + hot tub. House was tastefully decorated.

What a fantastic place to chill after sightseeing in Washington DC + New York. We loved the décor and the swimming pool was perfect for the kids. And the area was quiet at night. Definitely one of the best houses we’ve rented. Thank you!

House is beautiful and so comfortable. We came during the off peak season and even though it was a little chilly we were able to enjoy the heated pool. Kitchen is amazing! One of the best amenities is the closet full of toys that my toddler couldn’t get enough of! We hope to return again. Oh take a trip to Provincetown and eat at Lobster Pot! Sooo good! (Portugese fish is fabulous!!) Many thanks.

Fabulous house and a base for a lovely week in Cape Cod. Can recommend a visit to Chatham and Nantucket. Kids loved the pool. Only downside was having to have the bedding and make our own beds after a long journey.

We had an amazing week at this fabulous house. A week of blue skies and fun – we feel very lucky! The children loved the pool and we have cycled miles around the local vicinity. Alberto’s - great food and outdoor seating. Trader Ed’s - an interesting lobster experience. Spanky’s - fresh fish and excellent varied menu. Black Cat Shack at the dock – fun Saturday night dinner with live music. We very much intend to return!!

Fantastic vacation for 2 young families from Boston! We barely made it to the beach – the kids were so enamored with the pool! We swam, played chess, enjoyed the view from the tower room and can’t wait to come back!!!

This is our first time renting at the Cape. We had a blast and are sad to leave! Just love the location of this house. Such a beautiful home. Clean, neat, new and warmly decorated. Our children enjoyed the wonderful pool, their rooms, and especially the tower room. They sat on the deck and star gazed. Would love to return next year… Looking forward to another wonderful week. Thank you again for providing us this wonderful home!

Thank you for providing such a lovely home to rent while we vacationed on the Cape. We had a week of beautiful sun + sea + sightseeing, all made better by knowing we’re return to a comfy nest at day’s end. The girls loved their “tower room” and my son loved the pool. We’d love to return again next summer!

This house is wonderful I love the 3rd floor and the 2nd and the first! The food was very good here wonderful pool only if there was a hot tub…. Otherwise it was great I am sad I have to leave I hope everyone had as good as a time as me and my family.

This has been an amazing week. A little cooler than expected but the pool made up for the ocean. We did a lot of relaxing in the house. It’s an amazing retreat. We explored a lot and enjoyed our first time in the Cape. Thank you for sharing this home. We hope to be back. What a grand adventure! Thanks Mary for Beachtree Cantina recommendation. What a lovely week spent at a beautiful spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our get away and (as our 2-year-old says) the “cation” house – Hope to be back! For an adventure, it’s worth the drive to Cahoon Hollow Beach! The Beachcomber Osterville is an adorable town & there’s a great playground on Main Street in Centerville.

Great house! Love the privacy of the backyard. The Black Cat at the Harbor is the best food and for sure the BEST ice cream! Colombo’s has very nice Italian food. A little pricey but totally worth it! Pizza Barbone is the best pizza. Try the Bianca Verde and add goat cheese! Thank you!

NEVR made this an easy, seamless process beginning when the found the house on line and through to our departure. Since we arrived on a VERY COLD late December afternoon, it was extra nice that the NEVR staff had turned on the heat, freshened the air and turned music on to greet us when we entered. The house was perfect for our annual New Year's Eve, Chatham First Night gathering and would be as ideal any time of year. Welcoming, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, convenient floor plan with well appointed amenities throughout. Comfortable and private for three adult couples. Extremely convenient to all of Chatham's broad selection of shopping, dining and entertainment yet only a short walk to the beach. In the center of things but complete privacy. Easy, sufficient parking.

Our family of four stayed in the Priscilla House with three other families of four. The house accommodated us perfectly. Kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with anything and everything one would need for home meal prep. The living area was lovely and comfortable, the bedrooms gave us ample room to relax, and the third floor provided a perfect space for the children to play during the coldest winter weekend in years. The location is perfect for enjoying a walk to Lighthouse Beach and all that the downtown shops and restaurants have to offer. Will recommend to all of our friends!

We started our new year of 2018 in this spectacular house where my family and I had a great and unforgettable time! Everything worked perfectly! It was a very cold weekend and we felt like we were in the "mountains" near the fire place watching the snow falling outside playing cards, Ping-Pong and of course a great bottle of wine to complete the scenario. :)
