The best place we’ve rented! This home has been beautifully done. The view is amazing to wake up to, the beach so easy to enjoy, and every detail thought through to make our stay relaxing. We can’t say enough good things about Bay Dream. We absolutely loved staying here and definitely would like to again.

This home is awesome! It's location is right at the beach. This was convenient for my 3 grandchildren under age 6. The backyard space was excellent for entertaining family on the holiday. The features of the home made for a very enjoyable vacation for my 2 children, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren. We plan to rent this again next year.

The house was clean and well-kept. We loved going fishing on the lake. It was nice to have the kayaks and canoe to use. We wish the access area to the lake was a little larger (maybe by removing a few of the bushes). We used the beach pass which was a nice added bonus. All the beds were comfortable. House is conveniently located near Hyannis. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the patio every morning and listening to all the birds. Relaxing in the hot tub was a pleasant way to end the day. The view of the sunset from the lower yard was amazing! Our family would love to rent again next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much at 13 Carol Lane in West Harwich. It had everything we needed and was very spacious and comfortable. We would love to stay again next year.

We had our 4 grandchildren with us and the house,amenities and the closeness of the beach,made for a perfect week.It was easy to get to everything and the ease in which the rental process worked was wonderful.We all look forward to a repeat next summer.

Our stay at the home located at 415 Main Street exceeded our every expectation. From the moment we opened the front door to our last evening out in town for dinner! The home is very clean, decorated beautifully, thoughtfully stocked with beach "stuff" and the kitchen & laundry had everything you would need. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable and the bed linens were beautiful. The central air conditioning was a real bonus. The living areas were also comfortable and well planned out for lounging, tv watching or just gatherings. We also enjoyed the outdoor areas to leisurely relax have coffee and read. All in all, we highly recommend the property and plan on returning! Many thanks to the owners and property management team for providing and maintaining this lovely home.

We have been coming to this vacation home for years and the week we are at the house is what we look forward to all year. NEVR was incredibly easy to work with and their rental process provides a seamless experience. We look forward to renting this house from NEVR during the same week in 2019.

The house was very comfortable for our family (traveled with 3 kids under age 5). We have rented several houses on the cape and this was one of the best. Much nicer furnishings than the typical beach cottage. The quiet neighborhood was great for walks with kids. We appreciated the beach chairs/umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. Spent most evenings relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day exploring town and new beaches nearby. Location was perfect to get anywhere on the cape for a day trip. Would stay here again.

The location was fantastic and home was clean and well appointed. It would have been great if there was a line put up in the back yard for beach towels. Other than that - great rental!

This is a wonderful home. It is beautiful, in a great location, and very comfortable. The pool is an added benefit And is really fun for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

From the moment our family walked into the Sea Gem we felt as if we were at home. It is absolutely lovely, immaculate and the decor is so charming. This beautiful home is large enough that we all felt as we had our own space and privacy when needed. The closeness to the beach is so wonderful. The home is well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. The "Welcome Bag" from the owners was so appreciated. We will definitely be back in the years to come. We have rented on the Cape since 1986 and this home was by far the most beautiful and comfortable. Thank you New England Vacation Rentals for suggesting this home to our family. We were not disappointed at all. See you next summer.

This is the absolute best rental in Chatham - not just because of the comfort and furnishings in the home, but because the leasing agent and owner just seem awesome to us. We love renting here for that reason, such a great team.

Everything you need for a week in the Cape. Perfect little cottage for our family of 4 (kids 8 and 5) right off 28 that is walking distance to everything.

The house was very clean and they had a book of wonderful tips of places to go and see during our week in cape cod. Close to the beach, about a mile from downtown Chatham which was an easy walk. Whenever we had a question they were quick to respond. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend this house to others.

My husband and our 2 adult children plus one girlfriend had a wonderful time! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. I loved the outdoor shower! We used the patio and yard daily for snacks, beer and corn-hole! We brought our bikes and the shed was ideal for storing them. The house was clean and perfectly decorated. I could not have asked for a better home to rent. We had the best weather. Location was ideal for all that we wanted to do on the Cape. I hope to come back to this home again some day.

The Sea Gem in Harwich Port is an amazing property! The home is extremely welcoming (especially to your four-legged friends with treats/bags/toys/bowls upon arrival!!) and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the view of the Nantucket Sound is fantastic right out of your kitchen window (which makes washing the dishes a pleasure!!). Every square inch of the property is well-maintained and New England Vacation Rentals is fantastic to work with!! We highly recommend this home!!

Nice place for a family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and kids beach toys were made available by the host. Covered patio was nice to have. We loved this place.

This home was simply delightful. The views from the deck were outstanding. Summer Wind’s central location on the Cape makes it an ideal spot from which to explore. The only reason to take the three-minute walk to Red River Beach is to feel the sand between your toes. The house was immaculate, nicely furnished, and perfect for the seven members of our family. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, and ate outside every meal on the great deck beside the pool. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. We also liked the proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail where we biked each day. It was a perfect week for us. Thank you!

Our time in the house and on the Cape was fantastic for the second year in a row. We could not believe our luck with the weather. The house is wonderful, and it’s location is perfect for the things we want to do. We are so fortunate to be able to take advantage of this time on the Cape and in this house.

The house was bright, airy and very clean. The location to beach and restaurants could not have been better. Sorry to see the property is for sale otherwise I'd be booking for next year immediately. We love this house! The kitchen is wonderful, and had everything we needed. Grandchildren loved the pool! We biked on the rail trail every day. Ate outside everyday on great deck. Perfect weather. Perfect week. Beautiful family memories made here. Thank you!

We returned this year, to 151 Sky Way for our week on the Cape. We have stayed at several homes on the Cape now, and this is without a doubt our favorite. The home is very comfortable and welcoming. There is so much to do in a close proximity. Between short drives or long walks, you can get to everything Chatham has to offer. We particularly love walking the bike path to the airport with our young son. We are grateful to the owner of this home for making it available and we hope to stay here again soon. Thanks to NEVR as well for making the process so simple and worry free!

We so loved our stay at 14 Hallett that we are already trying to figure out when to come back. The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a large and diverse family group with three levels to live and play in. It's very close to the beach and walking distance to town.

House was perfectly located on Main street and impeccably decorated with all amenities - including items I thought were not supplied. We appreciated that all rooms had their own baths including a guest staying on the couch. Would love to come again for a more leisurely occasion.
