This is the fourth year we have stayed on this property. I can’t say enough about it. The home has everything you could possibly want and more! Central ac multiple seating areas a fantastic kitchen as well as a glorious oversized deck. Every year the owners have added something new to update the property. A true gem on the Cape!

We enjoyed 93 Bucks very much. The home had everything we needed and the pool was the cherry on top. Being able to walk to the beach was also terrific. The top deck had a wobble to it so we stayed off of that. We would absolutely be interested in renting again - we had a great vacation!

We had a great week in the Oyster Bed. It met our families needs perfectly. The house is meticulously maintained for a rental house - everything was very comfortable - and we had everything we needed. The location was great and convenient to get to the places we wanted to go. We especially loved the beach in Harwich off of Uncle Vinnies Road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would love to stay at the Lobsta house again. We didn’t have any issues. The only recommendation we would make is to have a table outside for outdoor dining. There was so much to do on the area and having the beach within walking distance was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was fairly private.

We found the home to be very comfortable and it was exactly as you described . The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed having privacy. The house is close to the midcape highway so it was easy to get to many of the towns.

We have been renting in Brewster but this was the first time I have used your agency. We really enjoyed the house this year. It is comfortable and very well kept. During our stay we had a couple of minor issues(we could not turn off the water in the bathtub and then one afternoon the keyless entry decided not to work) so I wanted to take a moment to mention Chuck Wimberly. He was wonderful and took care of things promptly. Looking forward to next year!

We are a family of four plus a dog and we had a great stay in this home. It's bright and cheery, plenty of space, well equipped and comfortable. My dog especially loved the fenced in yard and a garden is even maintained with fresh basil and many other veggies! There are sidewalks all the way down to Chatham center which made for a nice walk to shops, great location!

The house was superbly located on the edge of Chatham town and yet close to the beach. We routinely walked to town, the beach and local restaurants. Might make this a yearly routine! Recommend it to all!

We had a wonderful time on Cape Cod last week...we didn't want to leave. Our West Harwich rental "Monomoy Retreat" was an amazing house! It was super clean, updated, comfortable, pretty...I could go on and on. We appreciated all the niceties...."Fiesta Ware" plates, paper products, bath mats, and room A/C units. One thing I would add to the bathrooms would be more hooks or towel rods...there weren't places to hang wet towels. The house exceeded my expectations!! Thanks so much for all the work/communication/assistance provided by the agency. Oh, one other thing we would've liked is information on how to recycle our bottles/cans/paper, etc. I did try to recycle some items at the Star Mkt but the machines there only took limited cans. I drove home with the rest of it! #missingcapecod

Upon arriving at this home, I opened the door and the house was super clean, the kitchen so well stocked and organized, and everything set up for maximum space to move around. The cable channel was set to wonderful music playing as I came in and the ac was on and it just set the tone for a wonderful week for my family and I. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your rental house.

Our third year at 12 Alonzo, beautiful house, location, clean and lots of amenities...homeowners take pride in ownership and making sure it is a pleasant place for guests to stay. Our 8th year with New England Vacation Rentals...easy, great service, and personal. Would never plan our cape vacation without them.

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cottage. It is in South Chatham right next to Harwich. The cottage is well maintained by the owner and looks like it has been recently renovated. The management company is very responsive. The house has a nice layout (open kitchen with eating area, 2 bedrooms with queen bedrooms with 2 full baths that are spread out and a huge kids room with bunk beds). We enjoyed having the option to relax outside on the deck or head inside to the four seasons room when it got buggy. The window A/C units in the bedrooms were enough to keep the cottage cool.
There is a small beach at the end of Pleasant Street. It is within walking distance, but I would recommend bringing a wagon if you are going to walk there with your stuff. There are a few free parking spots here and also a couple of streets over at Forest Street. It is the bay side, so bring water shoes as it is rocky with lots of seashells and horseshoe crabs. There are other straighter shots to the beach, but many of the streets have private access to the beach and don't want you access the beach from their streets.
We rented bikes and biked around the different neighborhoods in the area. There is a bike path, but we did not feel comfortable biking on the main road or trying to cross over to route 137.
The house was well stocked with lots of plates, utensils, serving trays and bowls. They have nice beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a cooler that you can borrow. There is a shed where you could store bikes.
There is a not a lot of privacy between this house and the one behind them, but it did not bother us.
I would definitely recommend this house.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our second vacation at 41 Nons Road. The weather was perfect this year and we appreciate the kitchen upgrade made by the owners since our visit last July. But, more importantly, we love the comfort, setting, convenience, and beauty this home offers to our family. I have been visiting Cape Cod for summer vacations since I was a child in the 1950’s. Back then my parents provided us with very basic accommodation that were all they could afford but were to me and my siblings were filled with fun and provide us with happy memories to this day. That is what I am hoping to provide to my children and grandchildren. It’s all about being together and sharing what we hope will be memories for a lifetime. The fact that we can do this in such a beautiful setting makes it that much more special. We all look forward to being back again next year.

This is a very nice cottage. It is surrounded by trees and shrubs which makes it very secluded. The cottage is very well maintained and the hydrangeas are gorgeous. The property has everything that you need for your stay. Walking to all the shops in town is just a few steps away and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes It is the perfect cottage for a couple or small family.

We had a lovely time at 149 Sky Way. Thank you for arranging the extra day. We loved the view of the pond, kayaking and canoeing, and the easy access to the rail trail. The house had a great layout which worked very well for us. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. We loved the fact that the kitchen had both a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker! Everyone was happy!

Weather was perfect which always helps, we have a big family, plenty of room to spread out! The deck was amazing, and we even played badmitton and corn hole in the back yard.

What a delightful cottage! Our family enjoyed the taste of the Cape (our first time here) tremendously! It was a pleasure to return each afternoon after venturing out to explore beaches, golf, tennis to the cozy bright cottage that we love! We’ll be back!

We’re back! A year on in our lives and so much has changed for us all – but here we can just be together – playing long games of BS, eating together at the big table every night, search for treasures at the beach, hitting the rail trail every single day. Again we marvel at how we get so lucky with the weather. We treasure this time here and with each other to laugh uproariously and our (now big) girls can be silly like when they were little. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Laura --- We just love it here and look forward all year to the week we spend in your beautiful home. We absolutely love the house! Not only did it accommodate the couple of us actually staying there, we were able to have a family cookout in the spacious back yard! It made for the perfect holiday getaway vacation! We highly recommend the house, location, everything!

This is a very nice cottage. It had everything that we needed for our week stay. It was very clean upon our arrival. All directions were very good and check out was a breeze. Very nice for a couple or a small family. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at wits end was perfect. The house was exactly as described and matched the pictures provided. Everything was in wonderful condition and the house was completely stocked with everything you’d need for a great cape cod vacation. We had 4 adults and three kids in the house and had plenty of room for everybody. Dealing with New England vacation rentals was easy and hassle free and everyone we dealt with there was extremely professional. I would recommend this house and company to anyone looking for a cape cod vacation.

30 Cockle Cove is truly a magical place! I cannot put into words how thoroughly my family enjoyed this vacation. New England Vacation Rentals was a joy to deal with. This home is so CLEAN, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need ! The location is in a lovely neighborhood, with the ocean at the end of the street! What could be better than that?! It is a short walk or drive to anything more you could possibly want in town. The worst part about staying here is that your rental has to end at some point... We are already hoping to be able to return soon!

We had a great time in Chatham and the property definitely contributed. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The house is in a great location near the beaches and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The family is looking forward to going to Chatham again and hopefully this property will be available when we book.
