We loved this house, we had six adults and three children and had beds left over. Fifteen minute walk to two Bay side beaches, beautiful lawns and gardens, interior of house is bright and clean, kitchen is new and well equipped. This our sixth straight year of renting homes in the Cape and Four Shores blows the others away. We stayed 8/4-8/11/2018, thank God for central air!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie (unit 2) for our week's stay in Harwich Port. It's tucked away from the main street which meant we were close to everything and it was still super quiet at night. We went to Bank Street beach which is just a 10 minute walk from the cottage. We visited the local Beer Garden to take in a Red Sox game and had lunch at the Mason Jar (their sandwiches are awesome!) We also had a pizza from George's - again delicious! There are a lot of wonderful shops, including the Grey House which is a spot you definitely need to visit! We also went to Sundae School for some ice cream, again it was just a 10 minute walk from the cottage, which beats the crazy, busy parking lot. The cottage itself was comfortable, it had all amenities we needed. Shaw's is a 5 minute drive, which was great, as we stocked our fridge and made breakfast & lunch almost every day. There was a super cute patio for morning coffee and an outdoor shower that was refreshing after a day at the beach. We rented linens which were waiting for us upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The biggest item we were thankful for was the AC unit. Cooled the place down quickly and we were able to turn it off during the day (while at the beach), kept all windows/doors closed and when we returned, the place was still cool. We would definitely stay here again!

We had some wonderful wildlife visitors every day- the resident turkeys are fun to watch, even the coyote who passed through the woods 15 ft away during our morning coffee!

Finally found a place on the Cape that doesn't feel like a spider den. Well taken care of and a nicely stocked kitchen. Especially nice to walk to beach and close to all the shopping/activities.

The weather was good, no rain, so we had quite a few beach days. Coast Guard by far was our favorite – great waves, a nice sandbar when the tide is low/out. Marconi Beach was beautiful as was Cahoon and not to miss Beachcomber Restaurant there. That was a highlight dinner – loved it! Skaket for sunset was also perfect. Shopping in Chatham & Provincetown was fun, as was the “Lobster Pot” in P’town – always a family favorite. It was a perfect week – and this was a great place to stay for the week! We loved our porch and deck and spent time every night out there. Thank you!

I am new to using Airbnb and they have set my standards to EXCEPTIONAL! There was attention to every detail from games/toys for my grandchildren to use to books/magazines for the adults to enjoy. Even the small things that you forget we use on a daily basis were supplied, like elastics. Trust me, doesn’t seem like much until you need one. The outdoor space was just as enjoyable as the roomy comfortable indoors. Location couldn’t be better..quiet street just a few houses up from the beach and within minutes to restaurants and shopping. We plan on returning next year!!!”

This is a neat, clean, easy cottage for 2 persons! It would be difficult for more than 2 adults because the pull out couch takes over the living area and makes it difficult to get to the kitchen! For those of us who like to read…the living room needs a bigger lamp for more light in order to ready in the evening or the night!! Good kitchen and comfy bed in the bedroom! Great fun in the sun, visiting family, fishing and enjoying the beautiful summer time. The House was in good working order and it was handy to have access to a washer and dryer. We ate at home most nights but also enjoyed the local restaurants.

Loved the house and the neighborhood. It was clean and well equipped. Great deck for eating and hanging out. Location was convenient to beaches, downtown and Stop and Shop. We also enjoyed walking over to the pond for a swim with our grandkids.

Well appointed, clean, updated, quiet neighborhood. Only downside is that it is not walking distance to an ocean beach. Lovely location and great house. My five adult children (18-27) enjoyed the week with us. Plenty of room. A lot of space to be together or to relax separately. We are a family who likes to grill and eat outside - great deck and pretty backyard.

The first thing that comes to mind is clean and modern. Clean is my most important thing! As a family of four, this house was perfect! We loved everything about it and would consider coming again next summer. Great private location - walking distance to the beach and Harwich Port downtown, so nice. It had all the amenities we needed for a week stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this very cute home. Thank you!

The Captains House is charming and worked out great for our family of 5. Location near pond was perfect for paddling and walk to town and beach was easy. Interior is larger and finishes are much nicer than shown in photos. We will be back!

This house was very nice old but very clean and cozy the pool was great the town was very nice as well as the people.. it was my first time going to the cape and it really like it a lot and would look forward to another vacation there!

The house was terrific, the location is great as well our only complaint would be that there was road construction outside the house all week long which meant traffic delays and most of all early morning noise ( very loud noise ) which made for terrible relaxation at the house other than after 5pm. We would rent this house again provided there was no road construction, decor was great, house was clean. We like to cook and there were pots, pans, utensils and everything else that we needed for every meal. Beach chairs and pails and umbrellas in the garage. Wonderful private back yard with a fire pit. Back trail to the CCRT country store Best House we’ve stayed at for a long time.

This is a lovely house. Very nicely updated & lots of nice extras available. Who ever remembers to pack band-aids ? And the extra soaps in the bathroom provide a lovely fresh scent! The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking up that lobster dinner- mugs in the freezer are all ready for your favorite beverage! The Lobsta house exceeded our expectations in terms of size and updates. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would love to stay at the Lobsta house again. We didn’t have any issues. The only recommendation we would make is to have a table outside for outdoor dining. There was so much to do on the area and having the beach within walking distance was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was fairly private.

Thanks for your support with our booking. We appreciate the immediate team response in addressing the hot water heater problems and with supplying items missing from our Welcome Bag. We loved the location of the Cozy Beach Cottage - a short walk or bike ride to everything we wanted to do locally, yet quiet and private, with a feeling of being in a remote location. The great views of the dunes and beach from the front porch were the next best thing to staying in one of the beach front sister cottages. The cottage itself was well equipped for our basic needs. We understand that it was recently updated with new furnishings, etc., which created a welcoming and relaxing vibe. While quite small, the cottage was perfect for our needs this trip. It was clean and well cared for overall. Our only suggestions would be to repair or replace the window ac unit in the bedroom which was quite noisy and to replace the old style beach chairs which were quite uncomfortable for adults. We also missed having a beach umbrella. However, you explained that the house was originally equipped with one but that it disappeared with guests too often to continue supplying one. Overall, we would book the cottage again if it were just the two of us as it’s really not adequate for four people. We would also rent directly through NEVR. We missed the time frame for reviewing the property for Home Away. I’ll send a few pictures from our stay to your email address. Thanks again for a super week! Our family came from the Pittsburgh, PA area and El Paso, TX area. We have truly loved calling Cape Cod "home" for the week! With 5, 7, and 9 year old children and 3 grandparents, this house made it even more special. The children adored the door to the 5th bedroom and being able to shower outside after the beach. We had a busy week celebrating Father's Day, my daughter's 5th birthday, and our 14th anniversary! I recommend visiting Nantucket for the day and driving up the Cape to see the lighthouse and the Truro Vineyard. A quick trip to Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory and Beer Distillery 20 minutes north/west is fun for the children and parents alike. Lastly, the beach has been truly amazing! We didn't expect it to be warm enough to be beach bums but it was gorgeous! You have the perfect spot - not too crowded and beautiful shells. I have to say the best part of our trip though has been this home and the neighborhood. We met several neighbors who showed us clams, conch shells, and helped at when my mom fell and injured her head. We wish the Drew family and all who visit beautiful memories and a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back as I'm positive my children will remember "Four Shore" as their Cape home.

The Cape has been a tradition for my family since before any of us can remember. It started with my parent's parents and has been passed on since then. Normally our family of four stays down the street at the Red Jacket - so South Yarmouth has been a tradition too. As we grow old, and our family ages/grows renting cottages has seemed like a better option. Your home has been a fantastic place for us to make memories together. My family and I came from Scottsdale, Arizona for a family reunion. We were so happy with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. We enjoyed our time here in South Yarmouth. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the new basement room with TV. The kitchen was very well equipped except did not have a coffee pot. We hope to stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home in July. The house is set back from the road so you never hear any road noise. The yard and gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was one of the best we've had in a rental home - plenty of dishes, cookware, and silverware. All the fixings for a lobster bake too! The house was very clean and free of clutter. Truly enjoyed our vacation in this home!
