A great house in every respect. We used the sunfish every day and loved the deck and pond. The house has a complete kitchen---nothing missing. Everything is perfectly maintained. The homeowners clearly care and have pride in their house. We will return in the future.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper. The house was perfect for our family. Our son was married at Chatham's Bars Inn and we had his groomsmen at the house the morning of the wedding getting ready for the day. The pool table, bar and hot tub were perfect for the guys to relax before the festivities began. The house has a great floor plan for entertaining so we had a few family and friends gather there during our stay. The beds, baths and kitchen were comfortable and full stocked so we appreciated that as well. We also loved that our dog Otis was welcome at the house which made our vacation complete. Finally the location couldn't have been better. Thank you!

The house was lovely, big and spacious enough for our two families to have plenty of room, a few different wings of bedrooms and two living areas, plus the basement which honestly we didn't even use! We spent most of the week outside enjoying the lake. Although we did have some nice evenings out on the deck, the mosquitos did start to come out after dark, so bring bug spray. It was extremely nice and convenient to have paddle boards and kayaks for our use on the lake, and we had a lovely family vacation that both kids and parents enjoyed. We would definitely love to visit again! New England Vacation Rentals Thanks for being a 1st time guest with New England Vacation Rentals! So glad you enjoyed your stay. It's nice that you were able to spread out and enjoy the space the home offers. The lake is the largest on the Cape and we will advise the owners how much you appreciated the kayaks and paddle board that were offered with the rental at no extra charge. Hope that you made many special memories and we will look forward to assisting you again in the future!

We really loved this place. Very clean and no clutter, with a gorgeous deck. The downstairs definitely gets stuffy but we were there during a very hot week. The central air in the main level was a life saver

The house was well appointed and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was complete and the gas grille even came with spare tanks. We didn’t need the spare but it was nice to have. The AC worked well and the WiFi was easy to access. We loved the location as well. The kayaks were easy to put in the water across the street. We had a wonderful weekend would look to try it again for a longer stay as one week really flew by.

This was a really fantastic house. It is perfectly situated for travel to Chatham or Orleans. It's a pretty rental with a clean and modern kitchen and a great deck that looks out on a very pretty pond. We'd like to come back next summer!

We had a great time in the lovely well equipped cottage. The landscaping enhances the overall enjoyment of our stay. My husband and I actually stayed down the street with Herman and Erin Sanchez and their children Nora (6) and Jack (4). Those staying in rental included our son,his wife, daughter (9) and son (7). Also our other daughter, her husband, son (11) and daughter (9).  We had a blast!!  Wonderful Chatham memories😎.

Funky ceiling & floor angles, but overall, a nice place The house was a bit old, but we were really focused on having a pool for our stay this year, so that made it worth it. It was very clean, though. The AC units helped keep it from getting musty, & the bonus sleeping area enabled us to have friends over. One bathroom was a bit tough for a family of 4, let alone having guests. But overall, a nice place to spend a week. Thank you for a great experience I would give this house five stars. The only thing I wish is downstairs had AC it got very warm down there but besides that the house was well kept and in beautiful shape. New England Vacation Rentals Thanks for being a first time guest with us and we are so glad you enjoyed the home! The lower level is usually pretty cool with the fans and dehumidifier but you did have one of the hottest weeks on record here at the Cape -happy that you liked the decor of the home and we hope to assist you again.

Have rented a lot of homes all over the world but this may have been my favorite! Loved being right on this beautiful warm, clean lake. We felt like we were on a boat but with all the comforts of of a very well organized and perfectly maintained home. A very private setting that made us happy when it rained almost as much as when the sun shone. Our dog loved playing in the lake as well!! Want to go back as soon as possible!

This rental has the cutest decor EVER! Tiny, but she has made the most of the space. Every single thing you could want is provided. My only constructive criticism would be to pare back on some of the stuff so the renters have more room for their own stuff. We had to move lots of things to have room for groceries and bathroom items. The other thing that really should be addressed in NE Vacations photos is there is NO private beach for this property. Red River is 1/2 mile but when we asked the caretaker and other condo owners, we were told there was no private beach. New England Vacation Rentals: So glad you loved the adorable condo! Sorry it took me so long .... we have received clarification from the condo owner that the beach at the end of the road is a public beach (with no parking) so yes anyone can use it but it isn’t association. We have updated our records- thank you. We look forward to assisting you again!

We had a great week and this charming Cape style home. The house was very clean and up to date. We were surprised that there was Central A/C as the original description revealed units in the bedrooms, so that was a very nice upgrade, especially given the humid week we had. The house was very spacious and open for the family. We also loved the deeded access to Oyster Pond down the road and brought our inflatable paddle boards there a few times. The bike-ride distance to the center of town was perfect for the whole family. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Salty Dog and I would highly recommend the property. We were traveling with 5 of our adult children (22 - 26). The house is perfectly designed with two ensuite masters and abundant other bedroom and bathrooms. There was plenty of room for everyone to come together to eat, socialize and game. We also hosted a birthday/anniversary party at the house with Cape Cod Chef on Call and there was plenty of room for everyone (15 in all) to spread out even on a rainy day. The views are lovely and coming home to the hot tub after a day in the cold ocean water was great. We did have an issue arise at the house, the A/C stopped working on the day of our get-together, but this is where I can attest to NEVR's excellent service. Once we called for help, we had repair people out that night and the electrician was able to mostly restore the cooling and the next day NEVR sent someone to pick up the necessary part off-Cape and have it installed by 11:00 am. Problems happen and when they do you can learn a lot about the property managers very quickly. I was very happy with NEVR's response throughout the whole issue. They have an A+ rating in my book as does The Salty Dog. NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: Your kind words have made our Day! We so appreciated your understanding as we worked to get your A/C up and running and were happy we could get quick resolve. We have been coming to the cape for the past 7 years and as our family grew we needed a bigger house, that’s how we ended up at 9 Wilfin. This house is better than the pictures. The house is sparkling clean, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and has two beaches only a short walk away. What more could you ask for !!!!! We’ll be back next year. This place is a gem with a Super Host. I had a last minute reservation request and New England Vacation rentals contacted the owner to see if my request could be filled. The owner, Kent was so gracious and made it happen. He checked on me the evening I moved in and wanted to make sure everything was ok. He also met me the morning I left to see if there was any suggestions. He truly cares about who he rents to and that his cottage is comfortable for whoever stays. The cottage is new, comfortable and in a beautiful garden setting. The landscaping surrounding the property was a delight to have my morning lunch and dinner outside. I would recommend this for one or two people. NEW ENGLAND VACATION RENTALS: We are delighted you were so happy with your stay and glad we could work it out last minute. We really enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The cottage is set back away from the Main street making way for quiet nights, but gave us the ability to join the Main Street action quite easily. The cottage was well equipped with many amenities, which allowed us to make breakfast each morning, enjoying it on the sun-splashed patio. The biggest winner of the week was the AC unit. It was really hot the week we were on the Cape, but the AC unit did an awesome job of cooling the place. We were able to turn it off during the day (keep windows and doors closed) and when we returned, the place was still cool! It was a savior! There was an outdoor shower that was very refreshing after a day at the beach. We used the Bank Street beach as it was easy to get to (10 minute walk) and had plenty of space. We used the cottage's beach chairs as well. We highly recommend this place and will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Harwich Port. What a wonderful week at the cottage. It was super clean and adorable inside!! The kitchen was fully stocked. My only suggestions to the owner is for a little more storage.... The only closet in the bedroom was full of pillows and other supplies. I could not even put my suitcase in there. Also there is only one small bathroom mirror. I would of loved a full length mirror. The sunsets at Paines Creek beach make everything better!! I hope to come back next year! We had a lovely time staying at Millhaven, 61 Eliphamets. The location simply cannot be beat. We loved the outdoor shower, and the family living space. A few recommendations: there was no spatula in the kitchen (this would be nice). The master bedroom bed could use some extra cushion or new mattress. One or two extra blankets would be nice to have available to guests. None of these are big deals but just thought I'd share -- we would love to stay here again in the same week if it is available! This charming home was spacious enough for 2 families to vacation together. The kids enjoyed playing games in the basement and front "library" room, leaving the main area for adults. Kitchen was nicely updated and the entire home was well provisioned. The best part of every day was having a cup of coffee on the deck in the mornings.

We love the house and can’t wait to go back! Amazing location and great layout for a multi-generation vacation. The best part of the house is the deck, LARGE fenced in yard and huge outdoor shower. Loved it!!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked kitchen. We loved this house, we had six adults and three children and had beds left over. Fifteen minute walk to two Bay side beaches, beautiful lawns and gardens, interior of house is bright and clean, kitchen is new and well equipped. This our sixth straight year of renting homes in the Cape and Four Shores blows the others away. We stayed 8/4-8/11/2018, thank God for central air!!!
