The house was nice and clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. My two daughters really enjoyed drawing in the art corner. I didn’t realize linens and towels were not provided until I received the rental agreement prior to my stay, however, I had enough time to plan ahead and buy and bring my own. Other than that, the house had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood was a classic sleepy beach town. Well maintained and quiet. Thank you for having us!

This was our first time to Cape Cod and we enjoyed it so much! The Priscilla house is conveniently located in the heart of Chatham with quick walks to the beach and many shops. The house was charming, comfortable and came with everything we needed! We fell in love with the area and will be back!

The post and beam house is beautiful! Amazing views from the gorgeous back windows, especially upstairs. It was cozy and inviting for the two of us and our Chocolate Lab. It was very warm the few days we were there, so our dog spent a lot of time swimming in the back along the tidal marsh. It was so fun to watch him running through and grabbing clam shells off the bottom at low tide.This was a last minute vacation for us....short, but sweet!

The experience was priceless. We haven't been to that stretch of beach in over 10 years and didn't realize how much we missed it until we drove down Salt Marsh Road and stepped onto the property. Our lives consisted of being in the water, on the beach, on the deck looking at the ocean, in the house, or on the deck looking at the marsh. I'm not sure if there is anything better in all the land!

It was exactly what the listing stated and was perfect for what we were looking for. The staff were extremely nice and friendly, the rental was clean, and the property was well kept. We hope to come back.

Everything about this house is perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. There are many different places for guest to relax with a large dinning room table that sits 8 to 10. We loved the large front porch with two different sitting areas. The kitchen is well appointed with two dishwashers, ice machine, huge stove and two sinks. It truly was a perfect house for our reunion.

This cottage was adorable and you can’t beat the location. It’s within a community of cottages, with a large shared lawn, plenty of picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs. It was cold and windy so we didn’t use them, but there were beach loungers available on the grass overlooking the ocean. The beach is only steps away and there are stairs leading to it. This particular cottage is closer to the road and doesn’t have an ocean view but it’s still very close to the water. Would stay here again!

Very nice place. Great location. This is a middle unit of a 3 unit condo. We thought we would have more of an ocean view from the inside. Worth the money to stay!

This house is in the perfect location and has an amazing setup. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and everything looked exactly as pictured. The backyard features a spacious lawn and an awesome patio. It truly captures that classic Cape Cod feeling! Would definitely reccomend!

Perfect house for our family of four! The weather didn’t cooperate but we had a great stay. The house was immaculate, beds are comfy and the walk to the beach was short. Lots of food and coffee places close by!

Super friendly and helpful! We were able to check in early. Easy access keypad on the cottage door. Beautiful private beach. Plenty of nice spots to sit on the property and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. Very very happy!

We loved our stay! It’s such a cute property and literally right on the beach. It was a chilly MDW but it was lovely drinking a glass of wine by the ocean. The cottage was exactly like the pictures and would 100% book again. Our power went out once but the property management got it all fixed very quickly! They were super friendly!

Beautiful private home walkable to beach and downtown. Lush private yard. I loved the place. My only issue was that when paying $500 a night it was really annoying that they didn't provide linens without paying an extra charge. Also, if you are looking to cook, the house was missing most of the basics to cook like spices, olive oil, etc. Overall the place was great.

This home was bigger, more luxurious and comfortable than expected. Dogs are welcome and yet I was nervous because everything looks so white& pristine. Awesome slipcovers meant I didn't have to stress if my brother's dog put a paw on couch. We were siblings from all over gathering for parent's funeral. The large living room with window seat allowed us to sit together and reminisce. The description indicates a greater occupancy than 10 and it is worth every penny if you will use all the amenities and the large space as described. Fantastic lake, dock, huge downstairs and much more. Communicating with owners directly is the essence of AirBnB. Prop. managers are necessarily formal and by the book - reiterated "Occupancy 10". Only 6 of us stayed - but more than 10 gathered post funeral. Not a party, but I was nervous. Other owners understood and welcomed me, but rules are rules with PMs. GREAT House! (Sink was clogged but its always something. Caught a Bass!)

Gorgeous area. The Whale Watch home has a great view of the water and is super close to the steps down to the beach. We were bummed that it was raining/cloudy for most of our (short) stay, but the area is still fun even in less than ideal weather. Wish we could have stayed longer!
