They did a wonderful job renovating the home. The beach was spectacular. Strongly recommend staying here for a cape vacation.

We stayed for three weeks and were thrilled with the easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The kitchen/dining space was generous and bedrooms adequate. The upstairs living space offered peeks of the ocean and relaxing space to gather. Onsite laundry was very helpful and the backyard grill and outdoor shower were special treats.

The cottage was amazing. The room you're in is big, and it felt roomy. Great bed, eating area, sitting area, and full kitchen. You're literally steps from a perfect beach and near all the best stuff on the cape. I can't wait to go back.

The house location right on the beach was exactly what we wanted. The house layout and furniture were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the front great room. It was spacious, plenty of room for the little ones to run around and comfortable seating for lounging. The patio was a favorite family hang out space. The bedrooms were tight, but comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find an additional shower and toilet next to the laundry which is located in the walkout basement. The kitchen drawers could use a deep cleaning, but other than that, we had no complaints and would definitely return. Sagamore Beach is a great location for children especially at low tide. We could walk out quite a distance and the kids loved it. Overall this home is a wonderful place to spend a week with the family. We'll be coming back again next year.

This house was perfect for our family of four, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants nearby.Only downside to the who trip, was that we couldn’t stay longer!!! But we will definitely be booking again!

My wife and I hadnt gotten away for almost 20 years. Cabin 30 was perfect for us! Steps from the water, could hear the ocean at night, and everone else staying there was friendly. Loved the rabbits and the view was breathtaking. We were looking for a moment of zen and found it.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The only negative to this house is the size of the kitchen. It is very small and can easily feel cramped, especially with a family. Otherwise, this house is spacious, clean, lots of outdoor space, a large outdoor shower that we really enjoyed using, and a quiet neighborhood location. It is also conveniently located to 2 nice beaches - Hardings and Ridgevale.

My husband, myself & our 2 children (ages 7&9) just spent a wonderful week at this property! It is exactly as described. Chases Ocean Grove is a small beachside community, everyone is friendly & we felt very safe. The water is very calm here; of course it’s the ocean so a storm or a large boat can impact the waves but you should expect calm water. The property itself is very clean! I was pleasantly surprised to find all basic cooking needs covered including salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & EVOO. As well as ice cube trays & frozen glasses! The property also has boogie boards, 4 beach chairs & a beach wagon. We didn’t use the boogie boards or the wagon but we did use the 4 beach chairs. They are average beach chairs that sit low & they worked great for us! Location as far as on the cape goes - excellent! We enjoyed Chatham downtown & fishing pier, Wellfleet drive in & took the ferry to MV out of Hyannis! All within reasonable driving distance! We look forward to our next stay!

This location cannot be beat! You are right on the ocean and can hear the waves crashing! No need to pack up your gear and struggle to your beach chair!

We were very impressed with our stay on this property. The house was tidy and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised it was larger than we thought. There are four different rooms where family members can sleep, although it is important to note that only two are truly private--the other two you have to walk through to get to the kitchen or bathroom. It has a 4-season porch that are kids loved hanging out in. The yard is fairly private and full of well-maintained gardens. True to the description, it is less than a mile to the local beach and lots to keep a family occupied nearby. We had brought a small fan, which was a life saver that helped me sleep at night. I wished the property had a welcome book that could remind you of check-out policies and provide more guidance on local activities and restaurants. Otherwise, we were all thrilled and would gladly stay there again.

We have stayed in the Grove for years with family and this year decided to stay in our own place. This rental is well suite for a couple looking for a relaxing trip to the cape. Perfect setting across from the ocean. Love the porch to read on with Adirondack chairs. Wish there could have been a couch inside the space, but the team has down really well with the limited space in the cottage. Dedicated parking spot is key in the Grove. We would definitely stay again!

Great little cottage. Very clean and modern, on a quiet street. Easy 5 minute walk to South Village Beach, a short drive to West Dennis Beach and many great restaurants.
The water pressure in the shower is high and the beds are on the firmer side. Bed linens, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels and beach towels were all provided and all clean.
We really enjoyed our stay - 5 stars.

We love visiting the Town Neck area of Sandwich and this home was located perfectly- walkable to the beach and boardwalk, as well as some coffee shops and restaurants. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable for me, my spouse and our young adult children. We would rent again!

The pictures of the listing are not accurate. The property is in pretty rough shape. To start the yard was extremely over grown and unkept when we arrived. The property is also listed for sale. When we arrived in the property it was clean but we quickly noticed the beds in the description do not match what is actually in the property. Under normal circumstances this would be fine but we needed to bring our own sheets so that was an issue. It was a nice cool night when we arrived so we thought we would open some windows. In the living room most of the windows are broken and do not open/close properly and many were missing screens. We went to use the stove the next morning to find not all the burners on the stove top worked and the ones that did made me very uncomfortable to see the rot under the stove top. I called to voice this concern and also the concern about the windows and outlets without covers as these are safety concerns and we were there with a child. I reached an on call service and no one called me back until Monday. In between Sunday and Monday we also found a bedroom we could not use because the closet door was broken and could fall on us and a washing machine that did not work. On top of that it appeared the property sold and land surveyors were there to survey the property. The close proximity to a private beach was the only saving grace. But to be honest we tried to find other properties to go to because we did not feel safe in this house.

An absolute gem of a spot nestled in the back of a private enclave transported us to a place for complete relaxation! Walking distance to Red River Beach, Brax, or the close proximity to Harwichport, this location was ideal! We loved the mix of rustic and simple coupled with updated that made it all so comfortable and easy. The big outdoor shower was wonderful and enjoyed by all! Our dog loved walks in the back through what my kiddo called “the maze” (old cranberry bogs) that make for magical adventures! I cant wait to return to this slice of heaven in Harwich! Thank you for sharing this special place with us!

The house was perfect for our family. Easily walked to the beach each day and loved the neighboring restaurants. My kids loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood too!

The place was great. Location is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach is rocky so water shoes are recommended. We did a lobster boil and biggest pot holds (2) 1 3/4 lb lobsters. If you are doing more- bring a bigger pot.

We went to Harwich to watch a few baseball games last minute. We had the good fortune of finding this place. Super cute. Up to date higher end finishes. And the location was perfect! Very pleased with our stay!!

We had a wonderful time here!! Beautiful house and super cozy. The central AC throughout the entire home was perfect as our stay had some very hot and humid weather! The location was great, very close to beaches and restaurants. The fire pit outside was awesome as well! Keep in mind, this listing requires you to take your own linens (pillowcases, fitted sheets, dish towels, etc.) We are already looking forward to booking here again next summer!! 5 stars plus!!!

Adorable, clean and cozy spot! Would definitely stay here again! Backyard is fantastic for a family grilling, cornhole, etc. And walkable to the beach - amazing!
