This house had everything we need. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living areas, 2 dining areas and an awesome backyard overlooking the bay and the light house. Life is at its best sipping coffee watching the sun rise and the light house. They had 3 kayaks which was handy for the boys and girls. I call this a piece of heaven.

Very clean, bright, spacious and open house. Nicely furnished with newly stocked kitchen. Wonderful view of he Sound from the house and spacious deck. Large yard and right around the corner from the beach. Easy stroll to town.

This property is wonderful. It is roomy, spacious and right on the water. It's not for the faint of heart, though, since it's at the end of a one lane dirt road. The view is spectacular.

This home was so cozy and lovely . We so enjoyed how beautifully it was decorated and well maintained. It was clean and had all beautiful high end finishes. The bathroom , beds and bathrooms were of the highest quality ! Stunning deck and backyard! I highly recommend this home! Lovely in everyway.

We had a an excellent stay in this home in August 2018. It was our 3rd year on the cape and by far the most comfortable family home we've stayed in. 5 minutes to Pleasant Beach, which is a nice family beach. 15 minutes or less from Red River Beach. We drove to Chatham Lighthouse one afternoon, Hyannis another day, and took advantage of the nearby gokarts, bumper boats, and $1 Happy Hour Oyster Bars! ... it's very centrally located in our opinion. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a delightful stay at 2 Captain's Row - our 3rd or 4th time at this house and 6th or 7th in the complex. This house has plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable - 3 generations including grandparents and their daughters and partners + two grandkids. Lovely home, great location, wonderful space indoors and great meals on the patio.

What a wonderful home!! It's a beautiful home, with the perfect amount of space, situated so privately, tucked away from the main street. We loved being able to walk through town and to Lighthouse Beach. The home itself is pleasant and welcoming! We hope to be back!

We recently spent a week at this lovely home. We were there with 6 adults, 2 newborns and a 2 year old. I have to say the view is incredible and the beach is perfect for young kids. The finishings in the home are lovely. We hope to return!

This was a beautiful, well equipped, spacious and cozy home. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of hard work into making this house truly special. The location and views were amazing. We also very much appreciated the welcome bag which was a nice touch. I enjoyed working with New England Vacation Rentals through the whole process of booking this home. They were friendly, responsive and accommodating. I will definitely rent through them again.

This charming home was just right for our summer family get-away. Plenty of room for our 7 vacationers (with room for even more). Very well maintained. It has multiple gathering spaces, including a backyard deck with grill and grassy area for play and a huge dining area and large kitchen.
There are three good sized bedrooms in the main house, and a suite above the 2-car garage (which also has a pingpong table for after dinner or rainy day fun!) It's set back from Bridge Street, so it felt very private and quiet, yet it was only an easy 10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach, or a 10 minute bike or car ride to Monomoy Beaches and Nature Center, and a slightly longer walk into Chatham's shopping district.
We also liked that the linens were included - very convenient. Kitchen was very well outfitted. And, the garage had beach chairs and toys, bikes, a high chair, and a large wagon for bringing things (and a baby) to the beach. We also appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and the outdoor shower. My only negative comment would be that the old wooden glider in the backyard, should be repaired or replaced. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Very nice and comfortable property on the edge of Mills Pond. One of the most beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod. Well provisioned. Minor points of improvement- a peeler in the kitchen, air the house more often as there’s a musty smell in the main upstairs bedroom.

Good News - The kitchen is having a remodel and the owners will be sure to add a peeler and the master Bedroom is being freshly painted so that should solve the musty issue. We really enjoyed staying at 66 Long Pond Drive for 3 weeks this past summer. The house was cozy and well taken care of, the central air conditioning was a plus, and it was in a great part of town near the ponds and close to Route 6. It was clean and comfortable and we can't wait to go back!

Our family of 5, including 3 teenaged boys, fit nicely in this cozy townhome and we really enjoyed the location. It was a quick bike into Chatham and a leisurely walk to a very uncrowded beach. Everything in the unit was in top shape and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great home!! Online pics represent it well, Home very comfortable and well equipped. Despite being on main road it was very quiet inside. Very steep stairs to 2nd floor bedroom were challenging, but kids loved it up there in their own private space. Rooms were very homey and if you like period colonials this is a great mix of that with a coastal/beach flare. Beds very comfortable and extra pillows provided for added comfort. We look forward to staying there again next year!

We gathered our family and 2 dogs to vacation together at 10 Cove Hill. The house was perfect, every amenity was there and the house was clean, ready for us and had everything we would need, including beach chairs, towels, all linens, completely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of clean bathrooms. The outdoor decking was perfect for dining and relaxing and the barbecue was great for our needs. The home has wifi and several large TVs and was very comfortable to relax and spread out when the weather was not conducive to being outside. The private beach , dog friendly, was an easy short walk and no one else was there. It was ours alone. The house is centrally located and easy to access town, shopping and highways. None of us had any complaints and NEVR was very communicative from start to finish with directions, instructions, suggestions for entertainment and things to do, and very knowledgeable about the house and Cape. Even though we had a few days of bad weather, we had a great experience, and would highly recommend this beautiful house.

We had 9 adult family members including significant others + 2 dogs and had more than enough room for everyone.
Chatham is a nice spot and being on Oyster River was a nice bonus. It was great to have our dogs with us and saved a lot on getting a house sitter. Rooms are nice and the main floor plan is great for a lot of people.

We just came back from a three week vacation and stayed in this cozy home. We really enjoyed staying here! The central air conditioning, the vicinity was close to the ponds and close to Route 6, the decor was charming and very welcoming, the outdoor shower was absolutely perfect, the large kitchen was perfect to cook in, and we loved the covered porch. We suggest you get more dinner plates and bowls (there were only 7 dinner plates and about 5 bowls), you need serving spoons, and more serving platters. But the house was clean and we definitely enjoyed being there and we will be happy to book next summer too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at the Priscilla House. At one point we had 17 people ranging from 21 months to 76. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for all and laid out so that parents could sleep right near their children. Incredibly well equipped with 2 washers and dryers, 2 dishwashers, dozens of beach towels and beach chairs, tons of sand toys, etc. Walk to town and beach. The house was beautifully renovated inside. Our only criticism would be that there are 2 very soft boards on the back deck, and some real rot on the front porch. Also, we had to replace the light on the front porch because it wasn’t working, and the upholstery could use cleaning. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

This is our second time returning to this lovely home! We love the access to the bike path (just down the hill!) and access to local ponds for swimming and kayaking. House is beautifully decorated, clean, and kitchen so well equipped! Great home for families with young children. We would rent again in a heart beat!
