The house was inviting. immaculate, comfortable, and in an ideal location for us. We loved this perfect home away from home for a Christmas getaway. The proximity to town was ideal for people visiting town on foot and walking away from town with pups. The parking was perfect for 3 cars. This home surpassed all our expectations! It was warm and cozy and NEVR provided awesome information on visiting the Cape and navigating the rental process. We never personally met anyone but felt exceptionally well cared for! We would recommend this property to adults and families with or without pups — pretty much ideal for our family of 5 adults and 2 pups, offering plenty of space for privacy and gathering.

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving 2018 stay here. So close to everything and a large beautiful home. The host was very gracious and stayed in constant communication. Highly recommended.

The home was exactly as pictured, cozy and comfortable. The space was well equipped and perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion.

Lovely home with great views; spacious and easy to live in. Would suggest the light in the master bath outside the shower be replaced. Also, when we arrived, the garbage can left outside by the garage was tipped over with garbage falling out - it has no lid. Many thanks

A warm and cosy house, literally just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Everything you need in a holiday home, house is well laid out and has all amenities you would need! There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance - one was closed for the season, but the talkative pig was a great find - just book ahead of time! A place we would love to come back to, thanks New England Vacations! Nothing was too much trouble, just brilliant!

We loved our stay at the Goose Pond and had a fabulous time with the owners, my cousins!! The LONG Camp was perfect with plenty of space, a gorgeous view facing the Goose Pond, great appliances, ideal parking, comfy furniture, and most importantly our time there was peaceful and tranquil with the sounds of nature at its best! This is a great spot and a beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Location is convenient to other Cape Cod sights and it was neat to watch the tides come and go...the tide goes waaaaay out!

“Long Camp - Pet friendly, on Goose Pond” We have been looking for a place like this for some time & are coming back

Tennis Ball, Worn Smooth The people who lived in our cottage the week before we came to do the same left paw prints in the coarse yellow sand bordering the damp edge of Goose Pond. A Labrador no doubt, judging by the size, the way they repeatedly entered the water, blurring and deepening in the shallows. A worn tennis ball half hidden in grass dropped in anticipation of a swift return, the sunny side dry, the shady still wet. How many times did the lab look back? How many times have we?

Everything about Summer Breeze is top notch - from the accommodations to the organic vegetable gardens to the pet-friendly fenced in backyard to the location. We stayed three weeks and never wanted to leave!

Our family has stayed at Summer Salt over the past 4 summers and recently this fall. The house is always immaculate and welcoming. A great place to spend time with family. We look so forward to our stay each summer!

We had a wonderful time. Great location very close to town and ocean. You can walk everywhere, and this location is on the end of road so it's quiet. Easy access to claming sites as well. Grill was well supplied with gas. Grilled clams! Try them! Had to buy a coffee maker, no big deal. We left it for the next guests. Really easy working with your guys and you are very communicative. Thanks for all the tips on things to do etc... We'll be back

The perfect little home for a summer - or fall - on the beach. The sound of the waves are still ringing in our ears. All was neat and clean. For an extended stay we would need washer and dryer - and a full propane tank. Gerd and Beate Wiesenberg

We had booked an off season vacation intentionally and had invited 2 dear friends to join the fun. Each of the ladies really love to cook, so it was thoroughly enjoyable to have such a nice upscale kitchen. Everything you could possibly need was there, to bake or make a seafood dinner, etc. this home is charming and recently improved. The decoration is just right. We especially loved the sun room , kitchen, patio, and master bedroom. Upstairs, it is also nice however, I might recommend having an actual queen sized bed there to make it more comfortable for 2 couples. That is just a small point, since this was a perfect vacation. This home was perfect for our large family group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which were all lovely. The living space was large and the downstairs had many amenities that we enjoyed especially the pool table. The layout of the home was excellent and we appreciated two laundry rooms.

We stayed at 55 Sears Point for 5 nights. The house was all we can ask for. View from the deck is awesome. We had our own lighthouse!!!Memory of coffee on the deck watching sun rise will be with us for ever. Highly recommend this house for family or friends get together.
