Monomoy house is lovely! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts you might need when on vacation. We loved having the central a/c, the outside shower and sweet little patio for our breakfast and coffee before our daily trips to the beach. The only thing we would change is the king size mattress as it wasn't very comfortable unfortunately...quite hard and the mattress cover wouldn't stay put. Otherwise we would rent this house again in an instant!! :-)

This little cottage was basic and cozy, a little tight for four adults but it looks like the owners are working on a loft space that would open things up a bit more. Overall it was perfect for what we needed, close to everything....short walk through the dunes to the beach, a little more than a mile to Main Street and a short walk to the marina! On a busy holiday weekend when traffic is crazy it was awesome to be able to walk or bike everywhere!

Little Caper was a wonderful home for our family vacation. We loved the new large kitchen and dining area and the back patio and yard were a lovely place for morning coffee and evening cocktails!

We absolutely LOVED this house – so comfortable and convenient. We slept 5-8 adults comfortably with plenty of space for all of us to move around throughout the day, and the walk to the beach was under 15 minutes. We were particularly big fans of the outdoor shower, adorable front sitting room, and big screened in porch (where we spent most of our time). We also appreciated the amount of fans available for us to use throughout – it made sleeping a pleasant experience, even upstairs in the heat. Not to mention that check-in/check-out was an absolute breeze. This house definitely felt like home, and we can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Exactly as advertised. Plenty of room to spread out and close to town and the beach. Was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt right at home. Nice touch that beach chairs and towels were provided. Made for many fun days at the beach.

Came in to the Cape for a family vacation with folks coming in from across the country & Canada. Difficult to find a single property to accommodate 17 People & personalities, but this home worked out perfectly. Walking distance to the beach & the shops & restaurants in the middle of Chatham. Bonus to be there for the 4-th of July parade going right in form of the house !! Property was exactly as advertised - Grill area & fire-Pit were awesome

We absolutely loved our entire stay at 14 Hallett Lane in Chatham! Our extended family ranged in age from 2 to 67 and everyone enjoyed the home. Many commented that it was even more beautiful in person. The kitchen was large with 2 dishwashers and was exceptionally well stocked ... we used the kitchen and outdoor grill to prepare and enjoy many meals at home! The fire pit was used many nights and enjoyed, too. The pool was awesome - you had only to push a button to open and close the pool cover and it kept the water warm and clean. There is an upper deck off the master bedroom overlooking the pool area that was a pleasant place to read and relax. Everyone of all ages loved the pool and luxurious bathrooms in each bedroom. Showers and bathrooms were large and beautifully tiled and decorated in a coastal theme. Having 2 laundry rooms was amazing! The home is perfectly located so you can walk to a small neighborhood beach, to Main Street for meals and shopping, and to a small Capeabilities shop next door for fresh berries and veggies and local gifts and sweets. We enjoyed trips to the nearby Chatham Fish Pier for seafood and seal watching and Chatham Bars Inn is close by as well. The community of Chatham is like stepping into a picture-perfect seaside village where everyone is nice and respectful, the homes and cottages are lovely, and there is everything you need for a wonderful summer holiday! The amazing home at 14 Hallett Lane fits right into the perfect town! Must also mention the great man cave downstairs for billiards, TV watching and drinks ... the grown-ups enjoyed it a lot, especially in the evenings while the children slept upstairs! We all hope to come back soon!

We have rented several homes for summer family reunions and this one was definitely our favorite so far! We used the heated pool every day and loved the cover you could close with the touch of a button! There is a small neighborhood beach with a sand bar you could walk to in 5 minutes ... the Capeabilities coop was just a few steps away for fresh berries and veggies and sweets and local gifts ... it was the first time in Chatham for many of us and it was enchanting ... we could easily walk to Main Street from the house for meals and shopping and ice cream. The house was casually and perfectly furnished and we loved that each bedroom has its own nice bathroom. The billiard table was lots of fun and having 2 kitchens and laundry rooms was so convenient ... plus there were 2 dishwashers in the main kitchen! The fire pit and outdoor dining table were popular spots in the evening ... the gazebo and side yard were great for relaxing and playing games ... the open family room and dining room and kitchen made watching the kids easy and fun ... the kitchen and pantry were exceptionally well stocked ... and the standby generator came on during a brief local power outage ... we hope to come back soon! Don’t hesitate to choose this amazing home and enjoy the spaciousness and coastal decor and wonderful amenities!

Perfect spot for your family and friends ...plenty of space, super clean and right near the bike trail, ice cream and your own beach! The house is meticulously cared for and you’ll be able to relax on the beautiful deck as you smell the salt water in the air.

This house was gorgeous from top to bottom. Spacious clean and beautiful. Plenty of room for 2 families to have their own space. Would return in a heartbeat.

Our week was wonderful. But we actually wish we could spend the entire summer here. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. To be right on the pond was great as we were able to swim and kayak. We loved the outdoor shower and the outdoor grill. At night, the sounds of nature, the gentle breezes and the croaking of frogs would lullaby us into a deep sleep. And in the morning, the singing of the birds would pleasantly awake us so that we could have another glorious day to experience at the Long Camp at the Goose Pond.

After traveling from Arizona to rent the same home on the beach for 10 years we were not sure if we would miss the water at Sea Stars. We shouldn't have given that a thought. We LOVED Sea Stars. It was clean and in wonderful condition. The 'goodie' bag was so appreciated, too. The house was just a perfect fit for our multi generational family. From the 4 year old on, we enjoyed the ocean view from the deck from breakfast to well beyond dinner. The spacious side yard was put to good use as well. We can't wait to return to this home for another late June family vacation on the Cape.

We have been coming to the Cape for many years and to this neighborhood for the last five years. Our former house on Eastern Avenue was taken off the rental market, but we were so lucky to find this perfect home two streets over. We love everything about it – the setup, the décor, the furnishings, the backyard … and of course, the neighborhood. The weather was not great the second week but, hey, that’s June weather on the Cape. It did not stop us from taking our long walks on the beach and we got to enjoy the coziness of your beautiful home even more. We will definitely be back next year if 5 Sea Breeze is available. This is our second time renting this home. It was great perfect for my hubby, me and son to have our own area and my parents to have theirs. Had everything we needed and truly enjoyed the big open yard for my 5 year old to run around. Hammock and outdoor shower were an added bonus for him. Great home and location. Took many walks to the downtown area for the bakery and ice cream!

House was great. Centrally located. House was as advertised, very clean, bed was comfortable, living room sectional was not, terrific gardens. No filters for the new coffee pot, left some #4s easy cleanup. Had to buy a grill brush and use household utensil for grill cooking as no grill utensil were found. Fridge worked great but needs to be updated. Freezer door kept getting stuck on frost from the ice maker. Great neighborhood to walk around. Convenient to both north and south rte 28 in Chatham.

We are so glad you enjoyed the house and gardens. Our only wish is that you contacted us during your stay- we would have gladly told you that the brand new grill tools were located in the garage directly to the right in a bucket with the grill brush. Also the coffee machine is a higher end one which includes a " gold filter" that you wouldn't need paper lines for but thanks for leaving some behind.
We will also send maintenance to take a look at the freezer so that problem does not occur for future guests. We have 24/7 services available to our guests and we are always here to assist when contacted. Glad you liked the location and we hope to have you back as our guests in the future!

Great house and great location- easy access to Mid- Cape Highway for exploring all areas of the Cape and neighborhood is quiet. House has a lovely and peaceful backyard for relaxing.

The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped in every way. An easy drive to town and shops-especially Chatham Perk! The house is set back in the neighborhood. There are views of the cove from some windows. We enjoyed walking down to the cove to see the sunsets or just look out over the water.

We were very impressed with the property. Everything was covered in the house, BBQ, kitchen, etc. The house had a warm feel about it. Full coverage of all channels on the TV. The facilities made the vacation enjoyable.

We loved the beach pass and lake toys! We were very glad to have rented linens and use the provided beach towels. New England vacation rentals is very professional and made it feel a lot more like a hotel rental than a personal rental (in all the good ways)!
