Thank you for a beautiful and perfectly clean house. We loved 9 Wilfin Road. The house was remarkably well maintained and so lovely. The outdoor space is not huge, but well thought out with extra seating on the deck (extending the kitchen seating) and a nice table and chairs in the yard. The breezeway provided a great little getaway spot. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. We loved having the option to walk to the beach or to Route 28 for mini golf, and the great bakery. And we were only a 15 minute drive from our favorite Mayflower beach. Thank you for being such a well run and caring rental agency. We hope for the opportunity to return to this beautiful home.

This is a beautiful, spacious house. The property surrounding the house is spectacular. We enjoyed the amazing views of the wetlands behind the house. The windows large are placed in the perfect spots for enjoying the birds that live in the area. The beds were very comfortable.

The house was extremely clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for 5 people. Wonderful location. It was close to Harwich.downtown and Chatham downtown. Close to the beaches as well! I would rent this house again for sure.

This is a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even in a tornado! The house is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We will definitely think of renting it again! Thank you for your prompt attention to our needs after the tornado came through. We were on the beach even that day!

One of our primary reasons for renting this house was the hope that we would see some impressive birds. We did! We saw herons and several other large birds in the wetlands behind the house. The yard is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Every room is tastefully decorated. We plan to return here next year.

Wonderful house for extended family of 8. We enjoyed all features.. basement with theater sized screen and pool table., outdoor fire pit, grill etc. Everything was in excellent condition. There was a huge storm with tornado touchdowns nearby. The house has an emergency generator which helped us get through 30 hours without power. Working with New England Vacation rental was smooth. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Because we had rented a second property through an Agent, we can appreciate the service you gave us. It turned out to have a very unfair restrictive occupancy clause, essentially prohibiting us from having family for dinner. We appreciated having a place we could go comfortably without censorious criticism and second guessing, And your accommodations were cleaner , newer, more dependable, than the other.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home, even during a tornado! The house is lovely and we were given very prompt replies after the tornado came through . Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

We love this home and rent it every year for the past four years...wish it were available for 2 weeks, but we will take what we can get. I have posted about this home in the past and all remains true...great location and beautiful & clean. NEVR is awesome...This year we walked into a plumbing issue upon check-in Saturday and NEVR had someone onsite within an hour and resolved the problem within a couple of hours while we were out and about. Can't say enough about the level of care and attention to detail they have. Thanks to the staff there. I enthusiastically recommend booking a home with New England Vacation Rentals. Each person with whom I interacted was friendly and professional. From beginning to end, the process was incredibly smooth. We arrived to find a broken coffee maker. Hours later, a brand new machine, along with a pound of coffee and filters, was delivered to the home. Also upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a $25 gift certificate to Chatham Candy Manor. For years we've walked past MisBehavin' and thought we'd like to one day stay there. This year we decided to bring our dog to the Cape, and we were lucky to book this popular property. With the exception of the master suite, we loved the house. Clean, charming, and spacious, my family of 4 with kids 16 and 14,along with cousins ranging in age from 11-17, loved being able to walk out the front door to Main Street and Andrew Hardings Lane beach. Our 85-pound goldendoodle had plenty of room to roam. The home was more upscale than many dog properties I've seen. Overall we loved it and would return. The yard is very small, which wasn't an issue for us. Kate Gould park is about a 5-minute walk and offers plenty of green space for dogs. My "excellent" rating is because NEVR is awesome; I would have rated the house itself "Very Nice" on the ranking system. I appreciate a meticulous house and expect one for the price we paid. Following are my recommendations for this property to receive a rating of excellent: 1. The kitchen cabinets and utensil drawers needed to be organized. Despite the NEVR rule to clean out cabinets of personal items upon departure, previous tenants left much unopened food. I appreciate not wanting to be wasteful, but the rule exists for a reason. (Even though I brought our own staples, it was good to have foil, plastic wrap, salt and pepper, etc. already there.) The utensil holder needed to be cleaned. A previous tenant left utensils, plates, etc. in chaotic order. The cleaning crew is not responsible for tidying after guests. Guests who do not leave such items neatly should be charged, as it reflects poorly on the home. 2. The master suite needs some sprucing up. The stucco is outdated. The wooden beams and high ceilings had cobwebs. The yellowed and taped light plates looked dingy. There were no lightbulbs in the ceiling fan. The two artificial plants served as dust collectors. The master bath needs a complete renovation. The old-school wall fan was covered in dust. There's some mold in the shower. The little Ikea-looking rug was old and stained. We removed it for the duration of our stay. 3. We love an outdoor shower. The wood in this one needs replacement in some areas. One small cut in the base would prevent water from pooling. Rather than leaving soil, perhaps put wood or small stones to make the area more attractive. The water creates mud. That's our list of recommendations for improvement. Dog dishes are provided. There's plenty of room for a dog crate should you bring yours. We loved playing games on the sun porch. The air conditioner chilled the house well. Beach chairs and towels were plentiful and of good quality. We loved relaxing in the Adirondack chairs under the front yard's tree. To reiterate, New England Vacation Rentals was great. We had a wonderful time on Cape Cod , and this amazing home only added to the experience....It far exceeded our expectations , and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...as a matter of fact , we'd like to reserve this home for next year.....and thanks for the great weather!

This beautiful house was just as described. It was spacious, clean, light and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is charming with lovely homes, large lots and beautiful landscaping. However, the outdoor shower lacked the water pressure to take an adequate shower. I would definitely recommend this house to others! Loved it!

Spectacular vacation home! Everything you could hope for and more. Nestled in the Dennis Village steps from the most beautiful bayside beach. Simply a slice of heaven. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was great, very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The yard was great for my grandchildren and the hammock was nice and relaxing. Our only issue was there only being 1 outdoor trash receptacle. We are so used to recycling - which we continued to do - but kept garbage in the barrel and recycling in large plastic bags as everything wouldn't fit in the barrel. It is very refreshing to walk into a rental and have it sparkling clean!!!

We loved our stay! House was everything we expected and stocked with any accessory you need for lobsters, clam bakes, beach, they have it all!! Property is between beach and bay- you have a choice! With in walking distance of bike /walk path, Lots of restaurants nearby! PM was very easy to touch base with and house was full of instructions to assist you with your stay! Wonderful location. You probably should have a truck, the road is a bit rough...but at the end is a little hidden gem. Our pupper loved running straight into the water everyday. I loved paddle boarding in almost solitude. We also went to Port Harbor nights in Harwich and stopped by Chatham for a little shopping. For us, it was perfect.

This a perfect little cottage if you want to be walking distance to the beach and have all the conveniences of home. Loved the outdoor shower. Perfect for rinsing off the sand. We also took advantage of the bbq and outdoor seating. The week went by too quickly.

The home was cute, neighborhood lovely, and back deck spacious. Loved the deck and very private.

So happy to find this adorable cottage... equipped with everything we needed and then some... very clean ... and great location! Also thrilled to be able to have our dogs join us! Thanks for a great week!

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The yard was great for my grandchildren and the hammock was a big hit! We liked the area and the Dennis beaches. We just felt there should be another trash receptacle and we are so used to recycling and there wasn't a bin But overall it was a fantastic. Vacation house

Had the most amazing family vacation at 87 Taunton Ave. In Dennis, MA! The home was absolutely beautiful, 5 minute walk to an incredible beach. The locals say it's been rated the prettiest beach in New England - Mayflower Beach! Low tide is unbelievable! Dawn at NEVR was so helpful from the day of booking, sending updates, throughout the week with checklists to help us prepare for anything and everything we could need!! We used Linen Drops and Maureen was super in advising what our family would need and everything was there, including sheets, towels, beach towels, kitchen towels. So grateful we used them as there was no way our families could have brought all these things with us from 4 different states! Cannot say enough about the home; please check out the pictures on the website and see for yourselves why we were in awe when we arrived and how sad we were on our last day when we had to leave!! My family and I had a great stay at this property. The location was great close to many fun activities and also very close to the beach. The house was beautiful inside and out!

This house was great! We took the kayak out, and enjoyed nights in the hot tub. The house itself was clean and charming. The stairs/rail down to the lake was a little tough for a few people that came to visit. And that was the only complaint. Great property.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. Love the brickwork inside and out and there is plenty of seating/tvs for everyone to have their own space. The Kitchen is fully stocked. There are two nice ponds a short walk away in the neighborhood and our dog Sammy loved his morning swim. Short drive to Rte 28 and all the shops/beaches. Nice central location to explore all the Cape has to offer.

This rental home was well-appointed, clean and had so much room! The location was great - close to beaches and town, but so quiet. Bike trail, town beach and ice cream all very close to the house. Chatham is a wonderful town to visit!

We were so appreciative to the owners for taking our beloved 3 Saint Bernards. Fenced yard was key. We had a wonderful week.

We immediately felt at home! We’ve been staying in Dennis for many years and this was our first time staying in another town. The house was wonderful, with every possible detail you could imagine for a Cape Cod vacation. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and we basically camped at Grey Neck beach for the week. The beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys etc were a nice surprise! We brought our own gear this year but in the future will use what’s there. If you book this house, bring clothes, food and linens, everything else is covered! Thanks for a great vacation! This property was in a great neighborhood-easy walks to town or 3 beaches. There were a few minor repair issues that were resolved quickly-very attentive team. Lots of beach chairs on hand and kids sand toys for those with young children My suggestions would be to have your cleaning team clean the filters in the a/c units-with the high humidity they were in tough shape-easily cleaned by rinsing in the sink; also for a house that sleeps 10 more utensils should be on hand-service for 8 requires frequent dish washing-could also use a few more pans-large fry pan and another stockpot-would not be able to cook corn on the cob for a crowd. Again a great house-walking through the backyard arbor is like stepping into your slice of cape paradise (if only for a week)-enjoyed the outdoor shower and great deck for evening meals/hanging out. Wish we were there!

The house is a lovely Cape Cod house. It is very well kept and we enjoy it every year. Our only issue has been accidentally setting off the fire alarm while cooking bacon and not know the code when the alarm company calls. Has happened each year. Would be nice to have that code in our information. But we will come back. Thank you. Just back from my week long stay at Salty Paws. The place was perfect. Recently renovated, the home is comfortable and sparkling. The location near the beach is perfect for long walks and sea breezes. I hope to return next summer.
