We really enjoyed staying at this house. The house had all the Cape Cod charm and none of the "run down" feeling that you sometimes get at rental properties. Very clean. It had everything we needed, all appliances worked, the showers were fine, the sunroom area and the living room area were perfect hang out places for our kids. The backyard is also a nice size, we played badminton and enjoyed being outdoors. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach (though you are walking on a side of a road with cars occasionally driving by, but they usually go slow so I did not feel concerned about walking with young kids). The beach itself is sandy and perfect. There were no moderately-priced food options walking distance but a few excellent ones a short drive away. Plus, the grocery store is 8 minutes away, which is an added bonus on the Cape.

My wife's family has been coming to Chatham for over 50 years, and this year was particularly fun thanks to our stay at The Priscilla House. It was the perfect rental in many ways: a great location (right at the start of the Main Street shops and conveniently right next to a sandwich shop); so many rooms, we couldn't even fill them all; an open kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer for storing plenty of food for the family; double washers and dryers; indoor & outdoor dining table options; a fire pit to enjoy at night; and so much more! My wife and I also appreciated the fabulous central AC, which, having stayed here several times now during hot & humid months, I can say is not always offered wherever you rent. Overall, The Priscilla House was well-kept & had everything we needed. It's a wonderful choice & we highly recommend it.

We stayed at 9 Wilfin Rd. 2 years ago and had a wonderful time.There was plenty of room for my children and grandchildren. We knew we would come back as it's in a fabulous location, close to the beaches, the best restaurants and activities for the children.The house has a beautifully private landscaped backyard for the children to play in and an outdoor shower. We returned this past summer and were just as pleased with the very clean and stylish home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

We loved our stay! Perfect home, has everything you need for a great week, cozy beds, air conditioning, grill, fire pit! The back yard was perfect for our kiddos and the beach was a short walk. We absolutely love the area too, so many great restaurants to eat at. Will definitely be coming back again!

We have been coming to Harwich since for a number of years, as a family member use to own a house in town. We felt like we were home as soon as we walked in. My family and I really enjoyed the week we spent in the house, and are looking forward to our next trip.

Beautiful home. Nice and quiet and private. House was very clean when we arrived. Very spacious. Large family room on back of house was where we spent most of our time. We had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Nice back yard, and hardly ever saw the neighbors. We decided not to bring our dogs on this trip , however the house would have been perfect for our furry friends. Having a house all on one level was great for us as I have issues with stairs. We are considering coming back next season, and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thanks for your help in planning our stay. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped. The beach totes/coolers were very handy and having backpack style beach chairs and and an umbrella was appreciated. Even our dog was very much at home; we forgot to bring a dog bowl but found you had them! Check-in, check-out was a breeze and thanks for the checklists, updates and reminders. Best regards.

We absolutely loved this house. The number of bedrooms, size of the beds and number of bathrooms made it very comfortable for us, our 2 children and their families. The house is spacious and nicely and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to the town and the beach our kids like the best( Harding Beach) We are looking forward to returning next summer!!

My husband and I rented this cute home last minute and chose it because of it's location to the private beach at the end of the road. While the house was too big for what we needed, we could imagine a combined family gathering here. so much space, clean and well laid out. The only downside was the size of the showers. The upstairs tub shower was tiny! It reminded me of the scene in Elf when he was taking a shower and his head was sticking out over the rail. Small detail and it would be fine for shorter folks and kids - it was rather funny. The stall shower in the downstairs bath was better but still a bit narrow. I would highly recommend this home for a family stay. Not only is it close to the beach, it is within walking distance or a very short drive to the center where shops and restaurants are. It is also a short ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is wonderful!

Spotless and cool upon arrival. Very spacious home with great outdoor space in a very quiet neighborhood. A short drive to area beaches. This house was perfect for a family of 5 adults and a dog, plenty of space for everyone. The home is on the older side but had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Breezy Way. Everything was clean and the beds were especially comfortable. I always received quick replies if I had any questions. We also loved easy access to bike trail and beach.

Very well situated, the house is large and beautiful. Maybe a dishwasher or a washer (and a dryer) would be a nice addition to the house. We will come bach to Harwich Port for sure.

We rented this lovely condo for our married son and his wife, plus their three young sons (ages 8, 6, and 2), to use as home base while attending our week-long family reunion in Chatham. They all LOVED it! The location was wonderful (think walks on the beach, right outside your door), and there was plenty of room, with the youngest sleeping in a portacrib in the master bedroom with Mom and Dad, and the older boys in the twin bedroom. Nice accommodations, gorgeous setting, happy family!

What a great house! We were thrilled. Not a single aspect disappointed, from the location (awesome bike/running trail on one side, scenic pond on the other) to the gracious and spacious interior. A lovely and immaculate home that took our enormous family in stride. It slept my husband and me, our daughter and her husband, and our son, his wife, and their four young children, all of us in comfort and privacy, with one little bedroom left over! And the kitchen, family room, and deck were so large that we were able to host our other married children and their families (staying in three other Chatham rentals) for dinner almost every night of our stay. Many thanks to the owners for providing a beautiful setting for our family reunion.

Our stay at the 1910 house was wonderful. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was well maintained and suited us perfectly. My daughter and pup loved the yard and played many games of tag during our stay. The stairs to the upstairs were steep as mentioned in the description, but we managed well. I would highly recommend this house. We will definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walk in the door of The Sea Gem, we feel as if we are at home. It is such a beautiful, comfortable, family/pet friendly home. It is spacious and allows us family time as well as private time; if wanted. The house is equipped with everything we need for a perfect summer vacation. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We also love that it is within easy walking distance to the lovely town of Harwich Port. The shops and restaurants are great. We hope to return to the Sea Gem for many more years with our family. The memories we've made, so far, are forever in our hearts. Our family is thrilled to have found this beautiful summer home by the water.

What a gem! So cozy and private. There’s a brand new deck that we enjoyed every night. Our 10-year-old took the top floor “suite” and was able to spread out. Our youngest had the room with the tv allowing us an extra hour in the morning. So convenient right off bank street we could easily get to all our favorite spots. Please please just add a king bed (plenty of room) and some darker drapes and it would be the best home ever! New England Vacation Rentals - Thank you for your review. A charming, cozy house conveniently located within walking distance to Lighthouse Beach and Chatham Village. We have visited this home several times and have experienced great service through New England Vacation Rentals...would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The home is simply gorgeous and was so comfortable. It has everything you need including beach towels and and chairs. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is the best. We were able to leave the car behind and walk to town (steps away) to enjoy the many shops and restaurants. It was exactly what we were looking for especially traveling with teenagers-everyone was able to move at their own pace. Lighthouse Beach is a very easy walk or a perfect destination for a morning jog. Other beaches and attractions are just a short drive away. NEVR was great. They provided a lot of information and made the process very easy! We plan to return. Christine We are sure to return
