This house was clean, very nicely furnished and well equipped and located just a 10 minute walk to a community beach and within a short drive to a number of other beaches. We totally enjoyed this rental. Amazing views, great, well appointed kitchen, wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Would strongly recommend an outdoor deck Off the screened in porch with seating to enjoy the view and air.

What a beautiful condo. It is as beautiful as the photos. Clean, bright, and welcoming. Felt right at home. The condo is in a convenient location to access the entire Cape. It sits in a building which houses 3 other units. The other units are owner occupied. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Of you enjoy walking, running, or bicycling there's a path which is right at the end of the road. Unfortunately for me I brought my road bike instead of my fat bike. There are many things to do in the area and short drives get you to nice beaches either along Route 28 a mile away or to the Rock Harbor Beach in Orleans, or upper Cape or West Dennis. The owners left many thoughtful ideas for travelers as well as many nice little necessities in the apartment. All are close if traffic is light. Of course this year was not as busy. It is great for couples or small families. Enjoy!!

Beautiful, we’ll lived home with tons of charm. The property manager responded immediately to questions. The steps to the beach are just around the corner and are a bit of a workout but TOTALLY worth it!

We have rented houses in the past during our annual vacation on Cape cod. 790 Queen Anne was the overall nicest and most accommodating house that we rented thus far. four bedrooms with three queen beds one room with three twin beds made the house very flexible regarding sleeping arrangements. The entire house was clean and renovated. The kitchen was cute and had all the necessities including a dishwasher gas stove plates glasses cups and large pans plates and bowls. we especially appreciated the nice outdoor shower, table to accommodate eight with an umbrella, and lounging area outside. And of course the house being in Harwich, mid-cape, all the beaches and restaurants and stores are within a 20-minute drive in every direction. We enjoyed our week at the cape very much.

This house was amazing, it is a big house with plenty of bedrooms, probably too much for one family. We had 4 adults and 5 children under the age of 8 and there was plenty of room. The pool was beautiful, the kids probably spent 4-5 hours a day in the pool and there was a big deck right next to the pool. The kitchen was large and great for cooking dinner and preparing meals for the 9 of us that where there, we ate dinner every night on the deck. Plenty of separate living areas if groups wanted to go off on their own and a big living area where everyone could sit together. The location was fantastic, you can walk to a dock where you can launch a kayak, the area around Buck's Creek is great for kayaking. The walk to Hardings beach is a little far for a group of young children after a long day at the beach (15 mins) but still very close - be prepared to pay for parking each day though. The other Chatham beaches are also very close (10 min drive). Downtown Chatham is also only a 10 min drive. We had an awesome week in this house, the pool was perfect for the kids in between trip to the beaches. The house was plenty big enough for our large group. Highly recommended!

A very nice clean and modern house within walking distance to the beach and close to Chatham town center. Central to the Cape and so easy to get to all attractions.

I would absolutely recommend the rental agency. We rented the beach house on 306 Millway, Barnstable. The vacation rental was beautiful , perfect location from the beach. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. I am looking forward to renting this beach house again, me and my family had a such an amazing time , this has been the highlight of my summer so far!

This is a great rental for a family—less than a half mile from the beach—a well equipped kitchen with an open floor plan, dining room and family room all in one area. Kitchen amenities and appliances all in excellent condition. I would definitely rent again.

We very much enjoyed our time here. The home itself was perfect for us and i fell in love with the stove! The beach was so close and convenient with great sunrises and sunsets!! There are even restaurants to walk to!

Great location with waterfront views and a five minute drive to Chatham beaches. This house has tons to offer from quiet morning coffee on the deck to days filled with fun activities and family!

The house was in excellent condition! We were very pleased with the upkeep, condition and cleanliness of everything. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking with the exception of not having a steamer for veggies, but we were able to improvise. The shed was great to store the rented bikes and our beach chairs. The outside shower was wonderful and the hot water was fantastic!!! The beds were very comfortable with the exception of the squeaky mattresses in the room with the full/twin. They made a loud noice when you rolled over, very strange and annoying for those who slept in those beds. The neighborhood was lovely. The beach was close by and very nice for small children. The grounds were also lovely. We throughly enjoyed our time at the house and Cape Cod!

This house was amazing. It was very spacious for our party of 8. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and baking and the beach was a short walk from the house.

We loved our vacation at 557 Route 28, unit 201 and thoroughly enjoyed Bank Street Beach. The condo was so clean, fresh and new. Very convenient to all of the shops, restaurants and beach. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer doors should be changed so that it is not so cumbersome to transfer the clothes from the washer to the dryer. I highly recommend this location. It is perfect.

We could not have been happier with this house. I was skeptical of the size based on square footage and that we'd have 6 adults and 2 children, but it was perfect. The bedrooms are all decent sized, and the main living room is great. The kitchen is on the smaller side and could use a little updating, but honestly who likes to cook on vacation. We used the grill mostly on the fantastic deck. The huge yard and swingset were perfect for our rambunctious 2.5 year old and gave us a nice reprieve from the beach. I wish we had known how well stocked the shed was with beach chairs and other beach stuff, games, and coolers so we could have saved some space in the cars. The house overall was pretty well stocked, could have used a few more coffee mugs, but had everything we needed. It is so close to the beach which was also great with an infant so I could run back and forth for whatever I forgot. It is close to downtown and a grocery store as well. The only disappointing thing was check-in/out times because we felt like we lost both Saturday's, and 9am checkout with kids is not an easy task. Looking forward to renting here in the future!

This is a beautiful, comfortable house. We really enjoyed our time there and all the area offered.

We had a really enjoyable week at Mermaid's Rest. The house was very clean and welcoming upon arrival and is in a great location on the Cape in close proximity to Hyannis, Osterville and local area beaches. Being right on Wequaquet Lake was fantastic with use of the house's kayaks , canoe and paddleboat and a swim float. Our only wish is that the lakefront area was more usable as it's overgrown and didn't have a dock.

We enjoyed the property very much. From coffee in the morning out front to cocktails in the evening out back. Hope to return next year.

Truly a beautiful kept Home, the accommodations were exceptional and anything you needed for a day at the beach was there for your use. I would highly recommend this property. The gardens and grounds were extremely well maintained, the owners have given the plantings a great deal of thought .. I would definitely rent this home again for my family .. Best, Michael

Everything about this house was PERFECT. During quarantine, our family was really looking to get away and this place did not disappoint. The place was SPOTLESS, had amazing views and had tons of space for all of us to enjoy. It was also in a great neighborhood right near all our favorite restaurants/shops and was right on the bike trail. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Quiet neighborhood, lovely gardens, good amenities and layout, and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. And the "welcome bag" of basic housekeeping supplies was really appreciated!

Very comfortable furnishing, very well equipped, great private back yard, and easy access to so many beaches and venues. In addition to 3 different beaches, we did splash park, mini-golf and a kid’s drive-in movie for the 6 year old granddaughter and breweries, wineries and nurseries for adults. Also found some really scenic restaurants with outdoor seating. A really great week!

Fantastic time at this large, renovated and well appointed house right. in downtown. Plenty of private backyard space for grilling and eating and great fire pit too. Would definitely come back.

We loved the house, all clean and working well. We felt like we were at our own house. The outdoor deck was our favorite spot. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very good location, few minutes away from beaches and ponds.

After feeling really burnt out from work and from COVID19, my friends and I decided to take a week to get away from NYC and recharge and refresh. We were so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the cozy home feeling of 19 Burton Avenue. We played games in the reading room every night, watched TV in the living room, enjoyed our coffee in the sun porch, and had a blast with baking and cooking to our hearts' content. We were also really surprised by just how much equipment was in the house already. From an ice cream maker to hand mixers, endless varieties of bowls and cups. These sound simple but we were expecting to come into an empty house with nothing so this was a nice surprise for us. The deck is super nice - we tanned and worked there every day and the backyard was great for sitting around and other activities if you wanted (corn hole, badminton, etc.). We used the grill outside multiple times as well - it wasn't a coal burning grill (just a gas grill), which made the cleanup nicer. 19 Burton Avenue is a 5 minute walk from the nearest Walgreens/7Eleven and is located very closely to other shops you can explore. It's also about a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, so the house is very conveniently located. With that said, the neighbors are also quiet, friendly, and the street itself is very quiet, which is a plus. The house is also very cute in its decorations and furnishings. It definitely felt homey and we felt like we had lived there for a long time even though our stay was only about a week. From the candles to the little decorative pieces in the living room to the clean bathrooms to the cute lamps and the lobster theme throughout the house, it was the small details that really made the trip special. At the end of the trip, we really did not want to leave the house and go back to the bustling city of New York. We came back well-rested, recharged, and missing Lobsta House so much. Thank you for a great stay and I highly recommend this property!
