The living room is not pink as was in the pictures which deterred is at first. The inside of house was beautiful, large round table on deck and grill very accommodating. We had 3 families, and never felt on top of eachother, lots of areas for teens to hang out. The kettle pond just down the way was the most beautiful to paddle board and swim in. This was “the perfect place” indeed!

As I imagine most everyone's plans for 2020 changed we needed a tiny escape. This property was great for hosting 4 people. The backyard patio scenario really highlighted our stay. We were in a great location between our fav Chatham beach and the Harwich port. While the kitchen is a little tiny, you can definitely make it work and make great meals. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is more lovely and updated than in pictures! For instance The living room Is not pink, which thwarted us away from renting this house at first. The decor is lovely and peaceful and very “Cale-Cod”. We had 3 families and the teenagers had space downstairs, And the separate little tv room on 2nd floor was perfect hang out space for them as well. The kettle pond is just a 5 minute walk down the street and it is gorgeous, clean, Sandy, and wonderful for swimming and paddle boarding. The bike path is close by as well. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower daily. We are thinking of renting again next year!”

We had a lovely week in this comfortable and well appointed gem of a house. Super convenient in/town location but tucked away on a quaint, charming private lane. A good walk or a quick drive:bike ride to the beach. Perfect for a summer or off season stay! Would highly recommend!

Everything we expected, no surprises! Great central location made it easy to get around the cape and visit a number of beaches.

Especially loved the 2nd floor master suite set off by a closed door and including a walk in closet and bathroom. Very secluded and unique in my experience. Also exceptional amount of open space on all three floors. Home was spic and span.

The house is clean and fabulous, we felt spoiled and the neighborhood is gorgeous, the lake nearby is beautiful, the bikes, kayaks and all the beach gear were a treat! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation in cape cod! Phenomenal! We had only an issues with the trash because the animals love to open the garbage cans outside and it wasn't clear that we had to put the garbage in front of the streets. Also, we could have more light outside for grilling at night, but other than those small details, it was an incredible experience! Highly recommend! Wow! Wow! Wow!

We had a great stay at this home. It was clean, well-decorated, comfortable and has all the amenities you’d need. The kitchen is well stocked and it was great not having to pack any beach supplies. The deck and outdoor shower were excellent. Also, the house is in a great location, walkable to Grey Neck and town. We hope to return!

This is a clean and comfortable home in a great location. Private and cozy with its own small beach! Nice backyard was perfect for all sorts of games for the entire family. It was exactly what we were looking for! Thanks for hosting us, we had a great time!

Nice property. Central air was key during a very hot week. The yard is lovely; pet safe. We enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean & quiet home. It is on a main road so caution is necessary with young kids. If you don’t mind driving to beach, shops, etc. it’s centrally located. Central air is a bonus & made our stay very comfortable.

It was the perfect home. It was wonderful that is was all on the first floor. The house was beautiful and super clean. The backyard is just a haven. Very peaceful and quiet. We all had a lovely time.

We just returned from an amazing week at the Lobsta House in West Harwich. I was a little nervous renting this year due to Covid 19. However, this house was so clean when we arrived.The house had everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. There was a small beach 0.6 miles from the house that we walked to. It felt very safe going to the beach, everyone social distancing and wearing masks when walking on and off the beach. The house had a great deck and back yard where we spent a lot of our evenings. There were many things to do and places to eat nearby. Can not wait to rent this home again next year! Thank you for sharing your home, Dave and Deb.

This was the 2nd. yr. in a row our family has rented this cottage & plan to do so next yr. The cottage meets all our needs which can be a challenge as my 89 yr. old mother is confined to a wheelchair. I cant say enough about how spotless we always find it & love the renovations they've done. The location is great too!

We loved the house, it’s 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2 minutes walking distance to Down town. The house was clean und updated, washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved to spend time outside on the back yard, but extra light outside will be helpful , and extra refrigerator in garage was very helpful.

I stayed at 30 Chatham Crest Drive for two weeks in late July with my wife and two young children and had an amazing time. Upon arriving I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and was pleased discover that the interior matched the expectations set with the online photos. Although only a 2 bed, the layout of the overall house and the bonus TV room made the home feel very roomy for me and my family (we never felt like we were on top of each other). The house had everything we needed for an amazing two weeks, from pots and pans to beach chairs.....and my personal favorite an amazing outdoor shower. Lastly I would add that it was very convenient being just a 10 minute walk to Ridgevale Beach with a one year old, it made it easy to go for a stroll back to the house while my family stayed at the beach. The only suggested improvement I would make it to update the grill, it was a bit small and outdated.

This was our 3rd year renting the Sea Gem and and as before we were not disappointed. This home is so cozy and comfortable and has everything our family needs for a great vacation. The proximity to the water/beach, the friendly and welcoming neighbors, being able to walk to HarwichPort and all the great shops and eateries and the great family friendly neighborhood makes this an enjoyable time away. We hope to have many, many more years at this beautiful location. It truly is our "home away from home". We are already planning for NEXT summer.

This was a great house and very accurately described by the pictures on the website...The views from the house are spectacular and the house was immaculate..Only caveat is the stairs to the beach are very steep but otherwise no complaints!

We were a group of moms and teen daughters enjoying a week near the beach in Chatham. The home was spotless and smelled freshly aired out. The layout of the rooms gave everyone enough privacy. The yard and patios are spacious. We all enjoyed the hammock. Beach chairs in the shed made our trips to the sand a lot more pleasant. Hope to book again.

We have been fortunate to stay here several years in a row. We absolutely love the proximity to the beaches, restaurants and adorable shops downtown. The house is PERFECT, with more than enough room, well equipped (great grill) and IMPOSSIBLY CLEAN! My kids ask as soon as we leave when we will be able to return - we have come to think of 60 Cornerwood as “our place”. We feel so at home here. This impeccably maintained house is a true gem on the beautiful Cape.
